Bilderberg Parkhotel Rotterdam

You want to be a 4 star hotel but your sauna does not work?! I had to stay twice for 5 days because of work and I was happy to use the sauna after a hard cold day of work. Both saunas looked new and very clean but only the infrared cabin was working. After 5 days it still wasn’t fixed. I started to believe that they just don’t want their guests to use the bigger sauna?

Let's start with the positives: The bed, despite being 90 cm wide, was very cozy. The location is extraordinary and the hotel has parking. The negatives: The self check-in system gave us problems (despite we had a reservation the room was not available), also because of Amstel Live, the hotel was very busy and the reception staff only had one computer to do all the work. I want to emphasize that the reception staff were very friendly and professional, but I don't think the system works as it should. The shower is uncomfortable and the bathroom fan makes a noise that, if you're sensitive, won't let you rest.

This hotel is within walking distance of the central station, on a busy street, but still very convenient for exploring the city. The room was very Clean and had a nice view. The breakfast offered a good variety.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE FOR MY BIRTHDAY 🎆 I loved the beautiful reception and how great the room service was. Everything was close nearby by walking distance. We had a baby which was so loud and no one could hear him because the walls are very thick.

We are on a round trip through nice places in Netherlands. The hotel is very close to the main shoping areas of Rotterdam. The rooms are surprisingly big and well equipped. Everything is working as expected.||The staff is friendly and efficient. The price of the rooms are very good. The parking lot is also safe.||Because of the central location, some rooms are very noisy. Some windows on older rooms are not well maintained. We had to change the room. The staff was supportive.||Our dog was welcome too.

I booked executive room tower. Spacious with nice view on the city. Towels didn't smell very good and for room cleaning should send message. There is no reception and as I used the site chat to order water I received an answer 4 hrs later..... I had already been to nearest market buying one... Breakfast is quite good.

The hotel provides a good level of accommodation, particularly when opting for the more upscale executive rooms rather than the standard ones. Check-in is done via a self-service, which may not appeal to everyone — especially given the hotel's category and pricing. A more personal welcome would better match the overall standard and create a warmer first impression. The property itself is beautifully maintained and impeccably clean, with lovely artwork and decorative stained-glass windows in the hallways that add to the charm. Rooms are very spacious, including the standard ones, and offer a cozy, comfortable atmosphere. Cleanliness throughout the hotel is exceptional. A small suggestion: there’s a step at the bathroom entrance that could benefit from some kind of highlight or marking, as it's easy to miss — I unfortunately bumped into it quite badly. Our main concern was the noise during the night. A loud ventilation system located just outside our window made it difficult to sleep, which was disappointing even for a standard room. Additionally, mosquitoes became an issue. Installing window screens or providing plug-in repellents would go a long way toward improving guest comfort.

Well į could say they should change windows in Some of rooms and bathrooms and add heating to dry towel ir wet clothes. But other part like stuff , Reception, bar was nice. Thanks to Fey for being polite and All your other colleges . Breakfast amazing - everybody who said in reviews that It’s Not Good then go to Africa and šit on a diet. So realy not bad but Cant give 4/5 *

Wanted a hotel within a 10 to 15 minute walk from Rotterdam Centraal Train Station and located conveniently to explore Rotterdam. The Bilderberg Parkhotel Rotterdam was perfect. So nice that we could drop off our luggage after our cruise and they also let our friends store their luggage as well, since our room was not ready early in the day. The hotel is so centrally located near museums, shops and restaurants. We even walked by the hotel on our Free Walking Tour Rotterdam (which I would highly recommend). Our city view room was so comfortable. Lots of space with a large desk and a couple of chairs. Beautiful views of Rotterdam from the oversized windows. Definitely add breakfast. Love the huge selections of fresh Dutch cheeses, smoked salmon and thinly sliced beef. The bread was so delicious, especially the brown bread with fig and nuts. The bread pudding was a nice breakfast indulgence. The orange juice was so fresh. Grab a latte or cappuccino to start your day. The outside garden is so peaceful for breakfast. If you didn't get enough steps, there is a small gym, but after 26,000 steps, I just relaxed in the sauna late at night. Had the space to myself which was a nice bonus. Highly recommend this hotel for an overnight stay in Rotterdam. One of our favorite hotels for our Holland/Norway/Paris Olympics vacation. Got a great deal on Booking.com. We stayed here for an overnight stay as part of the Cosmos Tour Group of Netherlands in September 2019. The hotel is easily accessible and located centrally in the city of Rotterdam. The hotel was modern, clean, and well maintained. The room was spacious and we had no issues. Despite our room located along a busy street, we did not have issues with sleep quality. The room had adequate air conditioning and had multiple windows that can be opened for fresh air. Breakfast buffet was included and was adequate for European standards.

Was in Rotterdam for a business trip and enjoyed my stay here. Location wise, this is a quick 15 minute walk from Rotterdam train station, and close to a bunch of bars and restaurants. Very convenient! I stayed in the newly built rooms in the tower. The room was spacious and clean, there was a separate bathtub from the shower, & lots of toiletries that were restocked every day. Temperature was comfortable bed was so comfy! Staff was friendly and check in was a breeze. My room did have a strange looking, outdated hair dryer though.. it looked like a vacuum nozzle (lol wat.) Judging from my coworkers' rooms, there seems to be a lot of variability between the rooms (one of my coworkers was in a room with a single bed? while another got a top floor room with a panoramic window view.. and no one else had a weird old hair dryer like mine!). So I think it's luck of the draw. Breakfast buffet is about 25 Euro and had a nice variety of offerings (eggs, bacon, yogurt, fruit, cheeses, smoked salmon, meats, & of course lots of bread). Overall a lovely stay in the center of the city.

Great for date night. Food and atmosphere is excellent. Service could be a little faster, but don't let that sway you, the staff is very friendly and helpful.

I hesitate to give only two stars, as the room was clean and quite comfortable enough. However, it was freezing cold, even with the heat turned up full. In my opinion, the "garden rooms", as they are so optimistically called, should not be used in cold weather. There was no clock. The soap was the world's smallest. And generally one had the feeling of pennies being saved wherever possible. The staff at the front was aggressively friendly, and I didn't really appreciate being forced to shake hands with everyone, especially in these days of ebola and other communicable diseases most often spread by travellers.
