Bill Tourist Inn Elnido

I had a King room with balcony and loved the natural light. Breakfast was good as well with variant and sufficient. The location is great, walkable to everywhere but not too loud. ||Cons: I originally book an extra night. Upon checkin the manager told me it is ok to check in and she assured me that she will work with booking.com and refund that extra night so it is ok to check in. After 2 weeks, and many follow ups that is still not done. It is disappointing as they assured and gave her words to me to fix this.

Nice place. Staff were very nice, communicative, and always trying to help. Had a smell issue with the first room, so they moved me to another one. Location is fantastic, walking distance from the main street but a bit apart. Pool in the pictures is not a real one, more of a pond, but the rest was great.

Very noisy a/c and situated just above your head. Bad linen should be changed. Only 2 towels for 2 guests. The hotel needs renovation. The photos are better than the room itself in real life. But good breakfast and attentive staff.

So location is great! Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good. I’ll still give it 3 stars though because I saw lizards on coffee table at breakfast.. like 2-3 lizards wandering around.

Rooms were clean, although on the smaller side and no refrigerator - you could buy cold drinks at reception. There was no lift, and we were on level 4 so that was a bummer. Breakfast was basic but nice. Staff were lovely and helpful. The pool was nice although small. Great locations only 5 minutes walk to the restaurants/bars.

Our room was facing the road. Noisy in the morning. So many motorcycle passing by. |Staff were nice but they gave us the room facing the road which is not good. |Food was okay. |No parking if you have big car.|||I have nothing else to say. Stayed here for 5 nights, overall stay was pleasant! Room was spaceous and clean, but AC was pointed at the bed which could be uncomfortable. Bathroom had dual showers which was great but shower pressure on one shower was quite poor. Keep in mind the hotel has 4 floors and no elevator, we were staying on the 2nd floor which was fine. Unfortunately no fridge was available but you can get cold water at the lobby or breakfast area, an insulated bottle is a must. Our room which faced the main road had no sound insulation whatsoever, which was sometimes problematic with loud vehicles or people late at night but usually fine. Location was great, town and beach were walkable and it is located right next to a tricycle parking area so you can hop on one immediately as you leave the hotel. Service was great. Front desk was always kind and helpful when we were in need of anything, but the highlight of our stay was the driver Manuel! He picked us up from and dropped us off at the airport, he always greeted us warmly everytime he saw us during our stay (often multiple times a day). His big smile was a delight to see everytime!

Stayed here for 3 nights in Aug 2024. 10/10 experience. The room was spacious and clean. The AC was strong. The location was within walking distance of the “nightlife” district of El Nido, and approx 15 min away from the airport. The highlight was definitely the customer service and the staff. Would stay again!
