Billion Waterfront

Rooms are quite spacious and clean. Bed is comfortable.The outside area is pleasant, a nice resort style pool with a pool bar and also the Kraken Grill which is a good place to enjoy overlooking the marina. Food quality is average. Location is near to the town and mall is nearby. Staff is very friendly. Overall a good place to stay.

Needs proper refurbishment. Wifi was barely useable with weak signal and slow speed. Room TV channel totally not working ie not a signal channel can be received - and this was after they change my room to one which the TV channels as graining but at least had a picture but after a few hours the crappy picture was gone as well. Call reception to ask maintenance to fix twice but no one turn up to fix it. First room provided did not have toilet paper and BOTH rooms go not have face or hand towels - apparently all out for washing even at 7pm none was insight. Hotels has seen better days - only positive is if you like big spacious rooms this is what they have but carpet needs a proper clean etc. Overall avoid if you can. Go to Hotel AiFa more convenient location to food and pubs - all walking distance vs Waterfront

Slow service if any. Staff are reluctant to help guests at all. One staff member was caught stealing from us during our stay. No action was taken by hotel management. Lost laundry and the list goes on. My advice DO NOT STAY HERE.

Strategic location. Good place to stay. But for breakfast, its doesnt offer so many dish. Just so so only... Its room quite big, comfortable and good. For the price, its worth for the stay

The location is great if you are an offshore worker. Or an offshore banking worker. If you are here for a holiday, it is okay as well. Just beside the Labuan Marina where you can board your launch boat. Just opposite the Labuan Financial Park where you can walk over. However, the breakfast is terrible.

Formerly known as the Waterfront Hotel, the accommodation was very clean and comfortable at the time. Close to the ferry terminal to Sabah and walking distance to the city and shopping malls.

Best view of water front, clean room, morning breakfast is good; taxi service is good, we went to nearby seaside for seafood, and look at blue waves.

I went to billion waterfront for a swim. It was really a good ending for 2017. I enjoyed my last weekend of 2017 at billion waterfront. Nice place to stay.
