This place sucks!!! Nasty dry old tasting wings. Nasty fish sub! The cheesesteak was terrible! Soggy greasy fries! This run down hole in the wall with loud music! Just ghetto with ghetto staff! What are they feeding people!! Will never be back. I guess since it’s a run down area they just serving subpar food! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else

I had a delivery. Driver was polite. Cheeseburger was to my liking however they were out of the strawberry shortcake. So I tried their sweet potato. Bad mistake ever....too light, unbaked, sweet but not what I expected. Looks like pumpkin. Sausage pizza crust tasted frozen, reheated. Sauce bland. No texture, no seasoning.

The buffalo wings were immediately thrown in the garbage after my taste test. The sauce was vile and the chicken inedible. The shrimp steak was extremely salty and oversaturated with hot. And the smallest shrimp steak I've had. All for them not to have celery or forget to give me the ranch. The fries had no salt or pepper and tasted like the grease they fried it in. Never again.

Best cheese steak subs in town! Busy, attentive employees! Great cookies and desserts! Order ready within timeframe given. Delightful and tasty treats.

I ordered delivery, my food was dropped off shortly went to go look at it and was immediately disappointed. I first noticed that the wings were way too well done to where the meat was fried off the bone. Mind you I don’t mind my wings well done but that was way too well done. The seasoning was very unsatisfying. Then I open the pizza and could automatically tell it was not going to be tasteful. I called to complain and change my order they told me that they couldn’t change it I have to re-order the same thing. I have never heard that in my entire life of ordering food if I didn’t like something I was able to pick something else anywhere else I ever been ans had an issue. After I asked for something else the lady told me, VERY RUDELY, I can’t do that so she put me on hold. Someone else got on the phone and he was just as rude. He told the lady to put in an order for a cheesesteak For me. She began to yell in the back ground. She got back on the phone and asked what I wanted on it I told her. She she asked do I want cheese on fries I told her I don’t want fries with a rude attitude she told me it comes with fries. If I don’t want fries then don’t put them on there what is so difficult and why is such a nasty attitude. I highly recommend you DO NOT order through them, their food is trash and their attitudes are even worse.

This my first time eating here I had read the reviews and it was taking bout bad customers service but it seems like that’s not the only problem they have. Cause apparently I got refried old wings wow this what the world of people spend they hard earned money gets.

The seafood club was delicious and sleep inspiring, crammed with a crabcake, shrimp salad and a stack of bacon I requested grilled onions and provolone! Absolutely perfect!!! The lemonade was satisfyingly sweet, crispy french fries closed out an amazing meal amalgamation from the seafood and flavor gods. Enjoy this delicious wonderful place to eat.

A hidden gem!!!! With low prices and tasty food, this place a is a steal! My group indulged in cheesesteaks, fries, and cheesecake. The cheesesteaks were so juicy and cheesy, did not skimp. The cheesecake was a real cheesecake that did not disappoint. We did grub up and the food came fast and hot. They have a wide ranging menu that is very affordable. You gotta try this next time you are craving a cheesesteak.

The food, service and staff are wonderful here. Highly recommend this place. My family and I been coming here for years. The ambiance here is like a hole in a hole but decent. The staff have us cracking up here.

Ordered mushroom cheesesteak with Swiss and cheesesteak with provolone. Really like the mushrooms, fried onions, and hot peppers; can't fault them for the bread being soggy due to toppings because I ordered it for pickup. It's probably best to order online and pickup because they are really busy, which is kind of a good sign. There is no seating or bathroom--this is a walk in, order/pickup and leave kind of place. Definitely recommend for a cheesesteak in this area.

My favorite place to get a chicken box and cheesesteak from! Their mumbo sauce is perfect and not to sweet or spicy.

Good food whenever!!! I was pleased with my sub! I am lucky it's not too far from home.

What can I not say? Well let's start with the fact you need to be wise and not come in and order on a Friday evening, the wait will be about 45 mins to an Hour, if you're ordering any type of sub or pizza pie a slice or two you're in and out. I ordered the Bill's Extreme Cheesesteak and a half and half. The whole meal itself was to die and definitely worth the hour wait. Bill's place will definitely be on my go to list whenever I make a trip to Baltimore. I'll be stopping by again before my departure as the chicken steak sandwich was recommended to me by another customer that was waiting for his order as well. Bill's place is definitely a gem to the west side of Baltimore.

Never thought I would pay almost $8 for a Chicken box but it was good. Cheeseburgers are inexpensive and good. Fast service.

I'm just going to keep it short, I was very disappointed. Visiting from out of state and was very tired and hungry. Ordered Wings and mozzarella sticks. All I could eat was the mozzarella sticks. Bit into the chicken and it was so uncooked, I spit it out. It took 45 minutes to receive, so the place was closed by the time I could call back. Early drive back to home state, so no time to wait for place to open. Very disappointed and waisted money I didnt have to spare.

I ordered a cheeseburger sub combo and it arrived as ordered minus the missing nacho cheese on my fries. My sub was still hot when it arrived, as well as my fries. The burger is homemade and well seasoned. So yummy!

I've been going to Bill's Place for about 20 years. Unfortunately, they are not one of the restaurants that gets better with time. Even though most of the employees are kind, there are a few that need an attitude adjustment. The best foods that I've ever tried are the cheeseteak subs, french fries, fish sub, fish sandwich and burgers. The worse food that I've ever tried is the alfredo. It's soaked in a pool of butter. The reasons why I did not give Bill's five stars is because of their customer service and their rather uninspiring menu.

Bills has been around forever! I get the cheesesteaks,wings,half n half. I just ordered a shrimp cheesesteak,old bay boneless wings abd onion rings. Will see how this goes!

Welcome to Bill's - a word about the location and the 2 stars have nothing to do with where this place is but a *warning* That section of West Baltimore Street - shocking....shocking for West Baltimore. Nearly every structure, for 1000 feet in either direction, is half boarded or full on destroyed. Bill's seems to be the 1 place that avoided the mass abandonment of this street and its properties. Proceed with Caution - now the Review. I ordered nearly 20.00 bucks worth of a loaded cheesesteak, and 4 whole wings with fries. Bill's went 1 for 3 - the steak was a gooky mess, fell apart immediately, not supported by a pruneish roll that was instantly soggy 10 minutes later arriving home. The filling tasted okay but a SUPREME let down. The Fries tasted generic, frozen and chewy rather than flavorful and crispy (big pass). The whole wings were enjoyable...well fried with good flavor. Try the Teriyaki. So if its Bills, call ahead, grab a big plate of Wings (hold the fries) and bolt the decimated scene. (the cookies looked good and soft but I didn't sample.

My first time going to Bills Place the food was excellent .My co workers had shrimp chicken cheese steak ,Shrimp cheese steak ,Strawberry short cake was big enough to feed 3 people .I had shrimp lake trout .Defintely would recommend this place .Awesome !!!!
