BIMBA Y LOLA

Just visited the store on Calle Muntaneer. Despite there only being one person working there at 12.15, (and quite a few clients too) the shop assistant was super helpful and efficient and gave excellent customer service to everyone, multitasking and being upbeat and professional. A very positive experience and better than other stores in Barcelona.

I do not know what happen to this brand each new collectio keeps gettin worse

Me encanta Bimba y Lola, tiene ropa colorida y original. Tiene productos para todos los gustos pero su bisutería atrevida es lo mejor.

He hecho un pedido por la web que nunca ha llegado. He escrito varios mails mediante el formulario de contacto como indican en su FAQ y como indica la máquina que te atiende cuando llamas a atención al cliente y no hay respuesta ninguna. Al teléfono tampoco nunca se me contesta por mucho que llame o espere en línea. Alguien me va a contestar?

Me ha gustado mucho el trato y como asesoran.. Valoro un diez al personal de esta tienda.

me parece muy feo que el horario no esté actualizado , cuando cerrais por el mediodia y en la web no pone eso
