"In a light and airy space filled with greenery, BimBeriBon serves a completely gluten-free menu. International dishes are fortified with superfoods and come at a reasonable price. While vegetable lovers will favor fare like the oat fava bean gnocchi bowl, others should try the jian bing, a typical Chinese street food similar to a braised-pork-filled crepe topped with an egg." - MATADOR_NETWORK

Friendly staff. Okay food. A few gluten free and vegan options. Google says dine-in but it's not. You order at the window, and take it to an outside table. It was cold outside tonight, so dress warm and wear a hat. It would be nice if you had heaters for the outside. You could do what you're doing now by letting people order ahead inside at the counter and then sit down at a table inside. It would help keep your costs down, and customers a warm place to sit. I love that you order your bakery items from a local baker. The Persian Love Cake is very dry. I make a ton of vegan and gluten free bakery items myself and their moist and delicious. Have the Baker try a different gluten free flour (like chickpea).

Incredibly good Korean-inspired cuisine. All gluten-free with many vegetarian/vegan options. Excellent dessert options. Several local ciders on tap and a decent wine selection. Fast, friendly service. Seating is somewhat limited with some outdoor seating available.

I ordered the vegan nachos, vegan cinnamon roll, and the fried potato wedges. I was not impressed with the vegan nachos, as I think my cashew cheese sauce was not put on the nachos which is what I was looking forward to!! Not to mention, they only serve to-go in a boxed container which made my nachos soggy by the time I was able to eat them:( However I was very impressed with the vegan cinnamon roll:) I have a gluten allergy and am also vegan so it’s been difficult to find a place that sells vegan GF cinnamon rolls, at least ones that aren’t dry or tasteless. These cinnamon rolls were moist and tasty with flavor, even my non vegan aunt said it “wasn’t bad” which was a vegan win in my opinion! The wedges were pretty good, nothing too special about em, but they came with some funky dipping sauces that tasted like they had some curry or unusual spices in them which was neat for a change. I took em home and heated them on 350f in my oven, shook some slap ya mama on em, and served it up with some homemade vegan ranch and they definitely SLAPPED! My aunt and mom who are not GF or vegan ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and an everything bagel. My aunt loved her sandwich and said she would come back again, she loved the kale side salad that came with it! My mom was not so impressed by her bagel , but she says it’s probably because it was dry from being made from gluten free flour. I tried it and it tasted okay to me! I would come back, next time I want to try the falafel, or the Asian cabbage salad!

By far, one of the best and healthy brunches I’ve had! Portion sizes were very generous. I had vegan breakfast sandwich. It was full of flavor, hearty and satisfying. We ate at a high-too outdoors and the atmosphere was relaxed, hip but causal... it felt like we were enjoying brunch in little oasis of a garden.

Wonderful gluten free place with lots of amazing healthy recipes regardless of your dietary principles. A lot of vegan and vegetarian options, but plenty of great healthy omnivore options as well. Amazing broths and smoothies. Fresh squeezed fruit and vegetable juices. They have the most decadent desserts, we ended up trying two of them and getting one to go!

I live south, so I don't get to the Haywood road area very often. After my Yam Hot Bowl, I find myself clearing out my calendar to make my way back up here. Definitely going on my favorites list!! I did however take one star, simply because I wish that the kitchen smell didn't get into my hair & clothes. This will be a factor for me taking my food 'to go' when I am dressed up. I want to try every dish on their menu!!

Fresh ingredients are the stars in the flavorful and healthy dishes here. Seating can be tough to find at busy times after going through the order-at-the-counter setup. But the friendly staff and dishes that look good enough to be at far fancier restaurants make this a West Asheville gem.

A genuin foodie place in West Asheville. The fusion of tastes and styles (Mediterranean and middle Eastern) is excellent. They have great coffee, coffee bar, and superfood menu. The seating can be tight unless the patio is useable but the atmosphere is nice inside for date coziness. I've added photos of the vegan Masala Dosa with sauces. Yummm!
