Bimbi Park was a gem of a park, we loved it. We stayed n our rented 8 meter Motor home.|The staff were very friendly and helpful and the park was well managed.|We had a great experience here as there were wild Koalas in the trees above the campsite. So lovely to see them in the wild. |We were encouraged to go for a walk and did not feel rushed to check out. |We would not hesitate to recommend this park.

We had a wonderful stay at Bimbi Park. We booked a cabin, which was very cozy and comfortable. The facilities are well maintained, and the bathrooms were spotless. It’s surrounded by beautiful nature, we saw lots of koalas and wallabies during our stay! There are also plenty of play areas for kids, making it a great spot for families. Overall, great value for money. Highly recommended!

Mid winter at Bimbi, brilliant! The park is quiet, the environment glorious, there is always a kindly welcome, and I can't picture better camping facilities. Well run, super clean, good recycling. Koalas! All the accommodation is above expectations. I've stayed many times and whole-heartedly recommend Bimbi Park - at any time of year. |Thanks so much!

Incredible accomodation!! We stayed for one night in July 2025. They have created a safe space for all wildlife. In the short time that we were there, we saw 17 Koalas, we even woke up to one just outside our bedroom window. The park is well equipped to cater for couples, families and retirees. Our eco cabin was clean, warm and had a fully stocked kitchen. It was nice and quiet in the park so you could hear all the native birds. Thank you for an incredible stay. We will be back.

We had an amazing stay here!!! We couldn’t believe all the wildlife - so special to see dozens of koalas in their natural habitat. The cabin was well appointed and comfortable. Great friendly service at the front desk. The campsite also had putt putt which was a fun bonus! Located close to the Cape Otway lighthouse and easy to access walks/hikes. Highly recommend

My wife and I stayed in one of the solar cabins. It was well set out, comfortable and perfect for our stay. We had come down to the Otway national park for a few days of hiking and exploring in the area. It was nice to be able to cook our own meals as the facilities were more than adequate. We also appreciated the help of the park staff to provide us with directions to different places of interest and hiking trails. Finding a koala outside our cabin every morning was a great way to start the day!! Bimbi Park is certainly well situated to explore the beauty of the Otways and we would highly recommend the park to anyone looking for a great, relaxing time away.

Beautiful setting, friendly staff, very high chance of seeing koalas. Lots of walks from the campsite or a short drive away. Lots of activities for kids and a great camp kitchen/lounge area. Mini golf, splash park, rock climbing, table tennis, puzzles, books are all available.||A bit of a hike from the group camping area to the bathrooms but worth it to be camping surrounded by trees. ||Easy to drive to the lighthouse, Blanket Bay, or Maits Rest (to see Glowworms at night). Can walk to the top of the hill for a bit of an ocean view, or a longer walk to the beach. ||Camping options for all tastes and budgets - unpowered, powered, pods, bunk rooms, cabins||Phone reception can be patchy but there is a wifi spot up near the office. Office sells basic supplies and firewood.

Great park, enjoyed our stay in the family bunk room. Very small but did the job. My only criticism would be that the kitchen window in the common area needs a wash (so you can see nature whilst waiting for your food to cook) & the wood heater is blocked and not functional. I saw a few ppl try to get warm with it to no avail. There needs to be a sign that it’s not working or even better if it was fixed :) |The trees around the property were my favourite feature of the park, they are amazing! Friendly staff, koalas everywhere, farm animals and plenty of space. I would recommend & return. Thanks Bimbi Park :)

Yelp
I really enjoyed camping for 2 nights under the koalas. There were at least 5 hanging around everyday. Lots of great things to do out here. They have a lot of options for camping including cabins, caravan sites, powered campsites an bush camp sites. We stayed in the bush camp where spots weren't designated, you just find a cleared place to set up your tent in the bush. There were a lot of trees so we were protected from the wind. Best thing was having our own camp fire to sit around! They have a pizza night on Saturdays and provide dough and toppings! They do horse back riding tours for only $50/hr, glow worm tours $8/pp and have a lot of walking trails to choose from. They even have a rock climbing apparatus. One of those tall towers.... Not climbing on real rocks as I initially thought. Informative and friendly staff too! The showers are beautiful and you pay $1/3min. Great kitchen facilities and tv room where a lot of young kids were watching cartoons. This place is so family friendly. There were kids and families everywhere riding their bikes, sitting around giant Bon fires and having a Wonderful time. It's about an hour drive to the 12 apostles and 20 minutes away from Apollo bay. (Get your coffee here!) Whatever you do don't miss the turn off! We did! We lost phone reception and missed seeing the 1 sign that said turn left in 300m. We drove for 25 minutes before we got reception again and had to turn around!!! Add that to time spent driving from melbourne! Maybe keep a map in the car when traveling; I plan to!

Yelp
Dirty kitchen, extremely dirty toilets and showers. Rude welcome. These days Koalas are kept off trees by steel cuffs. Thus no more Koalas on camp site. The operator claims they kill the trees. All in all one of the worst campsites i have seen in Australia.
