The server was so friendly, welcoming, and funny. I tried several Flamkuchens, and each of them has an exceptional taste in the sauce and ingredients. The Apple Cinnamon one was the best, and you could see a little flaming show. Make sure you make a reservation or be there at opening

We had three tartes flambées: Gratinée, Chèvre (goat cheese and honey) and Pommes (apple with cinnamon) and all were super tasty. Had also a very good local draft lager, Tigre. The lady who served us was very friendly and chatty and the service was pretty fast despite the tiny kitchen. If you are claustrophobic maybe you'll want to go somewhere else. The place is tiny (like 20 square meters or so), dark, with a low ceiling and packed, I mean you are sitting within centimetres of each others.

We went to Binchstub for a small dinner wanting to try a tarte flambé to share. I enjoyed it quite a bit and it was just the right thing after a rather big lunch. The Alsatian Pinot Noir they had on the menu however was outstanding. Only downside here is that it is a rather small bar, so expect to be close to other guests.

Cute place to stop in for a drink and a bite while shopping on the square. I had the raclette pizza and 2 glasses of Riesling. Thankfully their Riesling is very different that the sweet version I get in Midwest USA. Great chill music and vibe. Seemed like a place the well-heeled locals hang out, but not pretentious.

Great option for eating Flammkuchen / tartes flambées in Strasbourg centre. If you don’t like touristy restaurants and want to join the young crew, this is the place. The Flammkuchen are very good quality, the service is nice, plus is a convivial atmospheric place with one long table to share and some little tables.

Great place for traditional Alsatian food! I got the traditional tarte and a glass of Riesling, both were fantastic. Staff were also great

Excellent experience. Probably the best tarte flambée I had during my trip to Alsace. The tartes were made with fresh ingredients and were very flavorful, just like the wine. The person who served me was extremely friendly, gave great recommendations so I could try local specialties, and explained everything in detail, it’s clear that he truly enjoys what he does. I would definitely recommend this place.

Phenomenal tartes flambées and phenomenal wine selection with some unusual varieties. The hostess was exceptionally friendly and helpful. It’s a tiny, super-cozy place with barstools at several small and one long communal table. We’ll definitely come back if we get the chance — à la prochaine!
