Just love this hotel. So cool. We got married here in July 2008 so slightly bias. Great location & hotel bar with DJ playing on Friday night when we stayed. Staff very helpful and attentive both during booking and our stay. Breakfast was included and very good. We are thinking of returning annually.

Booked direct through the Bingham Riverhouse website so was able to take advantage of "free" breakfast and car parking "book direct" offer.||Have stayed previously and the front of house team are, by and large, v friendly and professional.||Three night stay was fantastic and reasonable value by London standards. The only reasons I've not awarded a 5* review are as follows:||1) Room was street facing - only room available when I booked - and street noise comes into play at night.|2) The cooked breakfasts are a delight but the breakfast service was a bit hit and miss with the single server often disappearing from the dining room for long periods.|3) The Bingham offers a Club membership scheme and on the Friday morning I had to endure the loud and inane conversation of a group of wide boy estate agents who were annoyingly making their presence felt (in the library space set aside for Club members) while hotel guests were enjoying an otherwise peaceful breakfast in the adjoining dining room.

My husband and myself stayed for 4 nights in Jun25, we were in the Atthis room. We just wanted a short break to visit Kew Gardens and Richmond Theatre. The hotel is very clean and has a welcoming feel, the staff are friendly and attentive. The rooms are very well looked after, cleaned daily and clean towels. We arrived at around 10.30am and had no trouble parking in the hotel car park 5 mins away. The hotel is located right on the Thames, it was just a 10min walk to Richmond town centre and Ham House was just a 20min walk away ( a lovely walk along the Thames). It seems you get better deals when you book directly with the hotel and we will return again.

We got married at the Bingham and it was a perfect day! We would like to warmly thank Laure for being our wedding planner. |It has been a real pleasure to meet her and Ricardo, and to have "worked" with them during all these months to create our own "dream day". |We are very pleased to have chosen to get married at the Bingham, this is such a special and beautiful venue. We really love this place, and so do all our guests now! |The team is amazing too. It was a real joy to celebrate and spend our special day with all the members of the Bingham team, in particular Laure, Ricardo and Sherry (sorry if it is not the correct spelling), whom we would like to truly thank again. |Thank you so much for your professionalism, your flexibility, your kindness, your big smiles and your patience. |We really had the best day! We highly recommend the Bingham.

Had a lovely dog friendly birthday staycation here. It's about a 15 minute walk both from the station and Richmond park. The selling point of this hotel is the direct access to the river, which was so lovely to have morning and evening walks in the summer sunshine. The hotel is dog friendly for an extra £50 which was great for us. We paid for a fancier room but would stay again even in the cheap room for the amazing location right on the river. Other pros: the bathroom was lovely with a beautiful copper bath in the room. Fresh milk provided with the coffee machine (from reception) and milk frother provided. Each room is unique. Afternoon tea was tasty and well priced. Con: noisy music in the bar until 10:30pm on a Friday night.

We booked the Bingham Riverhouse for a small, all-day Corporate meeting and I have to say that, at every touchpoint, they excelled.|Attention to detail, such as placing name labels on the reserved car parking spaces, impressed our clients from the outset. The word they used to describe the food was "exquisite", and being able to go out onto the terrace for lunch was a real treat, especially in the current summer weather. The service from the staff was excellent, and our clients fully intend to go back again in the future.|Whilst I have no experience of the hotel room side of things, I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the Bingham Riverhouse for meetings! 😊

This is probably the best roast I had (we took the beef and the lamb). I’m French and the quality of food was outstanding it was fresh and handmade from the products to the sauce. It was delicious! The service was amazing they really care about their customers and they were lovely and attentive. The setup is pretty and quiet with a nice view. We had a lovely time

We chose Bingham Riverhouse for a family lunch to celebrate the Golden Wedding anniversary of our parents and had a wonderful day. The menu, though not extensive, had plenty of choice and a variety of vegetarian dishes which was so nice to see. The staff are lovely and a special shout out to our server was a lovely chap, very friendly and happy to chat with us. So pleased to have found this restaurant and shall certainly be returning.

Yelp
This is a charming, cozy, and very romantic hotel. The bedrooms are fantastic and the real draw are the large river rooms with beautiful views and copper soaking tubs. I had a very comfortable king bed. The room has a large walk-in shower surrounded by marble. Very clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are modern and lovely with towel warmers. You get robes and slippers with your room and a nice bottle of water ready for you with pretty glasses. It's all so accommodating. The tub is just an added luxury that topped off my stay. It was amazing!!! The tub spray was really nice and it felt wonderful to relax and enjoy the rainy weather from my cozy room with splendid views of the Thames. For food, superb! Wonderful breakfast included and delicious choices. I think they make the best sausage I have ever had in my life. Do try it at their morning buffet. Also they had the most delicious cheesecake I have ever tasted and I'm not a fan usually. This came with seasonal plums and dark cherrys in a sauce. I wish I could order it again. That was the best dessert during my stay in England. This hotel is 20 mins from Heathrow airport and a nice choice for ending your stay in England and not rushing or traveling far on your last day.

Yelp
One of the best hotels I have ever been to. Beautiful views. High end rooms. Top class breakfast.

Yelp
Had lunch at the restaurant Sunday and it was really not quite all that. We went to the bar for a drink to wait for friends and spent most of it waiting for the bar staff to finish their chat before they thought to see what we'd like to order. Through to the really beautiful dining room - all chandeliers and champagne walls - and a quick perusal of the set menu that was tempting all the way. Sommelier was very helpful with choosing good wines, not cheap but really well matched. Half way through our fabulous starters a couple arrived with a toddler and were sat next to us. The child sreamed and yelled and banged its plate for the rest of the duration of our meal, while the parents were seemingly enjoying themselves so much they didn't hear him. The staff made no attempt to ask the parents to quieten the child. If it was Pizza Express I could understand but not in a place that sells itself as a 'fine dining experience'. Mains were good, and beautifully presented. Unfortunately the waiter poured wine over the table instead of into the glass while topping them up and left a spreading puddle while he went off to find a cloth. Didn't clear it up well. Dessert menus were also luscious - one of our party asked for the rice pudding from the childrens menu and was promised an adult sized serving only to be told later there was none. While she chose again we asked for a wine list and ordered a dessert wine. My dessert was good, but served on a chipped plate. The banyuls arrived after we'd finished desserts without apology. Though the food is very good the rest isn't really. Wouldn't hurry back.

Yelp
Super bar with great cocktails. Never too busy as it's a two minute walk too far from the centre of Richmond for some, but definitely worth the effort. It's just past the Poppy Factory. I've also attended two private dinners here, where my company hired the rooms downstairs. Super food, very friendly, competent staff. Summer here is great as it has a lovely, spacious terrace.

Yelp
Fantastic boutique hotel on the Thames. Relaxed contemporary atmosphere with lovely decoration throughout. Staff were very attentive and professional at out function. Here are some pictures and words from our 'do'. Highly recommended. http://www.veilandtrain.com/veilandtrain_blog/boutique-thameside-wedding-venue/

Yelp
Fantastic restaurant/hotel! My boyfriend and I dined and stayed the night. Very friendly, helpful staff, excellent facilities. We had a few cocktails after dinner and they were an absolute knockout. The food was simply beautiful!

Yelp
Absolutely lovely hotel/bar/restaurant with great view over the river, good food & cocktails to 4 courses + 2 cocktails = £56

Yelp
Have been there only once; good food, nice tables in summer overlooking the river, nice interior decoration but service is not perfect (we ordered a new bottle of wine after the starter and we got is after the main courses)

Yelp
We were married at this hotel, with lovely relaxed drinks in the back garden by the river, before a dinner upstairs. It was a eally easy experience, and the catering team were wonderful. recommended for any event

Yelp
Great cocktails. Superb staff. Lovely place for a drink slightly off the beaten track in Richmond.
