Nothing to complain about at Bioesseri, everything was on point. The beef tartare was delicate and well-seasoned, the octopus dish was beautifully plated and flavorful, and the pizza was just the right kind of rustic perfection. Even the house bread was excellent. We paired everything with a bold local Syrah (“La Monaca”) that tied the whole meal together. A solid 9.5/10.

I have eaten here on my three visits to Palermo. The pizza and pasta is sensational. The vegetable side dishes are delicious, and the staff are super friendly. Would recommend to anyone.

There for water and maybe cornetto late morning. Snotty waiter let us wait 15 minutes before showing up. We asked for our waters and menu. Said no menu as it was not yet lunch. He left. When he had not returned 20 minutes later we left. Suspect not a fan of tourists. Oh well. We sat for 35 minutes staring at awnings with your name on it. We knew where we were.

We arrived very hungry at the restaurant, but we were put to wait and sat outside because the lunch table was not ready?!.. ok.. we waited and got invited to also drink something. After 20-30 min, we got inside, seated in the squished corner of the room, when we clearly had heavy backpacks to put somewhere, but we managed eventually. The female waitress didn't speak English. I was asked if I would like water, thinking it's on the house, I said yes, but it wasn't, don't you worry. :)) So don't fall into this trap The food was very good, nothing to say about that. The smoothies was ok.

Wonderful restaurant in the heart of Palermo, went straight after landing at the airport. Server delivered the menu of the day in french cause my Italian is not there yet. My girlfriend took pasta patate e provola, for me I went for a classic spaghetti tomato sauce, exquisiteness lies in simplicity. You can choose anything on the menu eyes closed, focaccia bread is baked a la minute in the pizza oven (wood oven). Go there, you will not be disappointed. We didn't take any wine cause we didn't feel like it, but the wine menu is also very appetizing.

Both the croissant and the cappuccino where nice. I was expecting a bit more of pistachio cream. Surprisingly it was not that much.

Excellent pizza, veal, fruit drinks and pastries. Went for a late morning nibble and lunch. Glad that everything is organic. Well worth a visit. I’d read other reviews that weren’t very good but we didn’t experience anything bad. Service was good too.

Bioesseri is an organic gem in heart of Palermo. We were so grateful to find an all organic restaurant of this caliber in the capital of Sicily. If you are in Palermo or visiting Palermo and looking for an organic fine dining restaurant, a visit to Bioesseri is a must! Bioesseri literally translates into “To Be Organic” and this amazing gem 💎 is complete with an executive chef who proudly highlights organic ingredients throughout his dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff and kitchen are highly accommodating to dietary restrictions. There is something for everyone! The space is the perfect balance between rustic and modern, making it definitely an unusual restaurant for Sicily, but very welcomed and loved. Other locations of this incredible ristorante is in Milan. Some of our top highlights are the quinoa meatballs, pizza and cappuccino.

We went here 3 times during our stay. Fantastic pizza, delicious pasta dishes, fresh salads. Service is excellent. Very reasonable. A bit more for gourmet items. Best tiramisu in Sicily!

A great find in Palermo. This restaurant specializes in organic foods with a varied menu. I had linguine with versace clams and it was very good. My wife had the salmon which she found delicious. My friends had mozzarella with tomatoes (REAL tomatoes - not industrial fakes) which they loved. This is definitely worth a visit if you're in the area looking for a quality meal - we would definitely return.
