This is a good store with a wide variety of products. However, the explanations of the products could be improved. The staff seemed knowledgeable, but the product information provided was unclear or lacking. With some additional product knowledge and better explanations, this store could be even better And essentiall oil have very uncomfortable bottle for travel

Some good products even if lot of them are not well noted on the App INCI Beauty (because they include a lot of endocrine disruptors). But I Will not give more than 2 stars because each time I come there each time the welcoming is without smile. I though that women who work there do not want to work or do not know to smile

This Biofresh🏪 store is right in the centre of Sofia 🏙️, it has a wide variety of rose🌹 products but also has some other toiletries which aren't rose🌹products. The cashier was friendly and polite, and even allowed me to take pictures inside the store. Card payments 💳 and mobile NFC payments 📱 are accepted.

Very rude sales woman. Service is bad. She was kicking us out of the shop.

Nice rose products, BUT the service and maybe the company policy to make more money was at it's minimum. I spent more than 150 BGN and the lady refused to give me one more free plastic bag (most of the goods were for presents for friends abroad). She offered me to purchase a gift bag for 1.50BGN each.

I went into the shop today and the shop has nice products. Unfortunately, the shop assistant was cold and did not reply even to greetings from customers. It is possible she was having a bad morning but there was no need to bring to that to the customers' shopping experience.

This brand offers stunning cosmetic products containing Bulgarian rose oil. Ever since I have begun using their face cream, the condition of my skin has improved considerably!
