We visited hoping to see the alpacas, but they were standing near some trees in the center, and when we walked over, a security guard ran out yelling that we couldn’t go there. There were no clear instructions on how to interact with them.
Next, we entered the central hall, and yet again, another staff member rushed over and told us we weren’t allowed to be there. But where *are* we allowed to go?
I also tried to book the lounge with the fireplace. They said it was fully booked, so I asked, “Is it reserved for the whole evening?” The staff member said they’d check and then never responded. Later, when we went to dinner, all the lounge areas were empty.
At the restaurant, there were plenty of open four-person tables, but we were only allowed to sit at small, low two-person tables where even our plates barely fit. The food itself was mediocre at best—definitely not worth the price. Dinner for two (two main courses, a salad, and drinks) cost 158 GEL.
Ordering food to the room takes 1–1.5 hours, which is just unreasonable.
The cottage TV didn’t work, bottled water was 6 GEL, and massages cost 300-400 GEL. Honestly, the whole experience was disappointing. Wouldn’t recommend.
