Birchbox SoHo

Beautiful little store. Lots of cosmetic products, all sorted by type (ex. all lipsticks are grouped together), making it really convenient to shop! You can also build your own Birchbox by picking five samples, which is really fun.

Didn't even know this place existed. I used to to get the boxes. You can purchase full size products of your favorites, or build your own box

Glad I got a chance to stop in on my trip to NY! I am a Birchbox lover and so it's great to see a brick and mortar where people can BYOB (Build Your Own Birchbox)! It's two levels and downstairs you can schedule salon services. You can also find men's products which my guy actually liked and he ended up buying something. We got to use my Birchbox points for purchase, which was awesome. We talked to three different employees during our store visit and each of them were friendly and excited to tell us about new products and areas of the store. I loved the layout and I am a fan of the products they carry. If you're a beauty subscription lover, go build your own Birchbox and see why it's so fun to get one in the mail every month.

I absolutely loved visiting the brick and mortar Birchbox store! I am such a huge fan and have been getting the subscription for over a year now. Even though I live in NJ, I've never come to the store and was psyched to be able to do so on my birthday weekend. All of the employees I interacted with were so nice and helpful. I also got my hair and eye makeup done by Adriana, who was so talented and sweet! It was also great to get to try products on my wish list that I probably wouldn't be able to sample (stila eyeshadow palette, for example).

This store is very cute and have lots of products. I've been to this location for a few events and also to have my nails hand polished with a design which came out beautiful. The staff on every visit were very friendly and knowledgeable about all of the products and services that I inquired about. In the back on the first floor you can build your own birchbox. Downstairs there is a salon where you can get your hair done, nails done, makeup applied. You can also set up an appointment online.

I have been here a few times for their exciting events - including one where they were celebrating their birthday with a free Birchbox. Another event had free Melt Ice Cream sandwiches and with any purchase, you can snag a cute tote bag with other coupons, such as another free Birchbox, worth $15! Yet another event has free updos. The Birchbox samples concept is an interesting one. I think they also have a salon on the lower level - though I have not yet tried it.

Really awesome to visit the physical store. Men's selection wasn't great and a lot of the products were kind of old namely the oils and lotions. They were old, dry and clumpy... Otherwise great staff and seemed like the top floor had a lot more options for female cosmetics etc.

I had a great experience when I went to the birchbox in SoHo. The service was very good, my sales rep was very knowledgeable of each and every product in the store. I signed up immediately, walked out with my first purchase and in a few weeks I will get my first delivery..... I'm very excited!
