Bird & Jim is always at the top of our list when we're in Estes. They are consistently some of the best food in the valley. We love to sit at the bar and chat with the staff and other guests. The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming. We enjoyed all three of our visits this trip. Including the always fantastic pheasant chowder! One afternoon we had a late lunch from the apps and sides menu - elk strip loin and chicken nuggets. Both were delicious. We pictured are two desserts, the strawberry shortcake and bread pudding. I also really liked the house-made potato chips and onion dip. It's not something I'd usually order but those chips were so good - the perfect thickness and crispiness. In fact, they were so good, I used them the pimento cheese dip and the tuna poke. Their happy hour (open to 4 pm) draws a crowd and it's always a good idea to get a reservation for dinner.

My wife and I decided to try something different today and were honestly, blown away!!! The Portobello fries were amazing!!! The best fried mushroom I have ever had!!! The dipping sauce and onion slivers marry perfectly; absolutely delicious!!!! The BLT was really yummy as well, a little heavy on the dill aioli but still really yummy!!! The Mountain Jim burger was super yummy as well!! Extremely juicy and messy!!! If it's not messy, it's not good!!! We ended up getting the focaccia bread to try as well and were really pleased we did!! The focaccia was really good, we really love the herbs and the butter.... Mmmmm so good!!!

One of the best restaurants in town. Thematic, rustic atmosphere. Comfortable seating. Delicious food options. Many of which embody that mountain town theme. I recommend the mixed olives appetizer, it was especially good. The lamb rack was really good too. The roasted tomatoes it comes with really stood out. They taste like they were marinated first and then roasted. Really unique flavor. Great draft beers as well. Parking may be limited but you can actually park at the Bird’s Nest lot across the street.

Fantastic meal and service. We ordered 3 carnivore plates along with the pheasant chowder, corn bread, mushrooms, and mac and cheese. The meats were juicy and cooked perfectly. It was the best tasting Elk we ever had. We also ordered cocktails which were very enjoyable. Cool atmosphere inside the restaurant and really like the open kitchen concept.

Our group of 5 stopped by after some sightseeing and were seated right away without a reservation. This huge cabin-style space has high ceilings, cozy and regular dining areas, woody mountain decor, fun mismatched cloth napkins, and local art for sale. Food was great! I had the Smoked Pheasant Chowder and Cornbread (three mini rounds) as my meal and both were solid, hearty goodness. My husband enjoyed his Buffalo Burger with tomato-bacon jam while My mother-in-law loved her Arugula Apple Pecan Salad with added greens and raved about the dressing. Her Bird & Jim Lemonade (happy hour til 4pm) tasted like a limoncello spritz. Both kids finished their plates, fries first: Chicken Fingers & Fries and Grilled Cheese & Fries. The atmosphere in this place is very nice and cozy. Food took about an hour to finish and we just ordered chicken and waffles and avocado toast. The toast was a huge let down. No balsamic drizzle or any kind of flavor. The waffles were delicious and saturated with syrup.

Busy afternoon, ate in bar area, couches were comfortable and cute! The bartender was great, we enjoyed our service. The staff was attentive and we really liked the vibe from the napkins to the paintings. My BLT was disappointing as some of the bacon was burned and one piece really undercooked. We enjoyed the portobello fries but didn't enjoy the aoli. Bison burger was cooked perfectly and the gnocchi was delicious! Herby with great texture. We absolutely recommend.

Last night was my first visit to Bird & Jim, and I can gladly say we WILL BE returning! The food and service were phenomenal! Here's a rundown of our experience (including beverage and food selections): For drinks, my husband ordered the Bust a Rut and I had the Manhattan, both were fantastic. For our appetizer, we ordered the Tuna Poke (photo attached...though it’s half-eaten because we were so excited to eat it that we forgot to take a photo at first) and it was honestly the best tuna poke we’ve ever had. For our shared entree, we ordered The Carnivore, which included elk striploin, filet mignon, cheddar game sausage, and broccolini. It looked so incredible that we started eating before I could even get a photo, so no photo of that amazing meal, but it was beautifully plated and absolutely delicious. We ate every bite. We added a side of mac and cheese, which was also full of flavor. I believe our waitress’s name was Nina (from Argentina). She was so sweet and attentive, even during the busy hours of a Saturday night on a holiday weekend! Highly recommend Bird & Jim (and Nina!) because everything we ordered and the service was amazing. Also, considering how BUSY the restaurant was, I was very thankfully the hostess was able to seat us 30-minutes before our reservation, since we arrived a tad too early AND that Nina was so attentive while all tables were full of other patrons. So as you can tell, great experience all around and we'll definitely be returning on our next trek up the canyon from NoCo!

First time review - Service - Great! Attentive, friendly, knowledgeable. Food - OUTSTANDING! Deep fried Portobello as our appetizer - impressive and will order again. Entree - sweet potato gnoochi with organic salmon and husband had trout. Both were delicious, full of flavor, and very large portions. The cornbread was off the chart with flavor and slight crunch. Dessert was bread pudding with vanilla ice cream and oh my! Atmosphere - casual, upbeat, and packed with patrons. Will return again and again.

During my Christmas/New Year's vacation to Estes Park, my friends and I ended up going to this place to grab dinner one night. The parking here is quite limited, so we ended up parking across the street at a gas station and running over as we fought the chilly Colorado winds. Upon entering, we were seated quickly, and didn't need a reservation luckily. We got our menus, and we ordered the bison burger, the meatloaf and the pheasant chowder. I really enjoyed the chowder and the meatloaf, however the bison burger was a bit on the soggier side. I think I've had better burgers from In-N-Out burger back at home. The staff was friendly, but they also forgot to give us utensils so I eneded up having to ask them myself. The interior of the restaurant is very cute though, as they have a bunch of sofa tables and also high tops and normal tables as well, very cabincore, which was great.

We rolled in to Bird & Jim's at 7:45 on a Tuesday - 15 mins before the kitchen closed. They were entirely accommodating. From the outside it looks like a somewhat run down lodge. Inside there is plenty of understated mountain charm with an artistic flair. We kept it simple and light. We weren't very hungry and with entrees in the $40s we chose items off the handheld part of the menu. I had the veggie burger along with a local IPA and wife and son shared a BLT with chicken and side of mac & cheese. Veggie burger is mushroom based on a pretzel bun. Thick "burger". Very much enjoyed it, perhaps a touch peppery but all in all above my expectations. I chose sweet potato waffle fries that were nice and crispy. Also the side garnish of pickles should not be overlooked. Heavily pickled, tart and mouth watering. The BLT, also on a pretzel bun, was good. Simple dish, the added chicken was of ample size. The mac and cheese was uninspiring. Service was exceptional. As friendly and welcoming as can be. Really the highlight was how pleasant our waitress was. We visited as a last minute road side stop not realizing the level of this restaurant. Bird & Jim is well worth a visit. I'm fairly certain that we would have gotten more out of our experience ordering their cast iron skillet entrees.

Recommended by our bar tender at our hotel! He was right! Great dinner. I had their soup, cornbread and salad. Service was exceptional. She was on top of it. Highly recommend this place. Very comfortable and warm place to visit!

We checked out Bird & Jim while in town on a Wednesday and it was very busy.. This definitely seems like a hot spot so I would recommend making a reservation on Resy beforehand. The vibes were very great and felt like a homey cool mountain restaurant. Service was prompt and friendly from the hostess, servers, and food dinners alike. Burrata ball & Butter Lettuce (5/5): loved this salad. The burrata was great and flavored perfectly with the vinaigrette and balsamic reduction as well as the sweetness from the figs. Roasted half chicken (3/5): this dish came high recommended but I found it to be really bland and needed to add salt Shrimp & Grits (5/5): this dish was full of flavor and the grits were perfectly cooked for a nice texture that didn't feel gritty at all. Almost had the flavor of a jambalaya and the shrimp was delicious. New York Steak (4/5): steak was cooked perfectly to a medium rare but I found this to be slightly bland as well Game Sausage (5/5): this was amazing. I would come back and order this as my main meal with some sides in the future! The sausage had a little kick and great flavor Cornbread (5/5): MUST ORDER. Some of the best cornbread I've ever had. It was so fresh and moist and soft. Just trust me and order it!

Visited again and was a better experience (no wedding party). Clearly they maintain a strong following as was again very busy at 6pm. Our waitress Anne was very personable and did great with our drinks and meal. Tables remain too close in the dining area and a lot of noise comes down from the sports bar front end. The pheasant soup was Luke warm by the trout amandine was great. The sweet potato gnocchi is also a great choice. All in all, a mixed experience but food was a good point.

We visited Estes Park last weekend and only had one night (Sunday) in the area. During the day we did the green jeep tour and had a private trip just us and our older driver, who's wife is a business owner in town. During our excursion I asked our driver where he would go to eat if he only had one night in Estes. His suggestion was for us to try Bird & Jim. We went without a reservation and were almost turned away because they were pretty busy. I think it's nearing "off season", but there was still a pretty good crowd. The hostess asked if we'd mind sitting at the bar. Through the years we've enjoyed many a fun evenings sitting at the bar for dinner and drinks while engaging with a fun bartender or two. Bird & Jim has at least two fun bartenders that would fit the "fun" bill. There's a man and woman that seemed to be running the bar and overseeing things throughout the restaurant. We never caught any names and the two very well might have been Bird & Jim for all I know. The two had a fun dynamic and were quite conversational with customers. I wish we would have been there to have drinks and conversation. We had homemade chips as an appetizer, which had just the right amount of flavor. I ordered the wild game meatloaf. Perhaps I was in vacation mode because at $45 I probably would have been grumbly with my wife at the price of meatloaf, but not this occasion. I just rolled with the prices and found my dinner was quite nice. My wife had the lamb rack and equally enjoyed her dinner. We topped it off with the bread pudding for dessert. So Bird & Jim is a bit on the pricey side for my personal preference, but also. Is it though? It's a nice restaurant in the mountains at the edge of a National Park. Duh, dinner is going to be a little more expensive. Bird & Jim was a nice dinner option with a bartending staff that seems to enjoy being there. We'll definitely visit the area again and Bird & Jim will be under strong consideration for a return visit.

We enjoyed a dinner for 7 after a good day of hiking at the Rocky Mountain National Park and it didn't disappoint! We had good service and the ambience is pretty nice too. We enjoyed a lot of different entrees and everyone enjoyed what they had. The chicken nuggets were great and the fries were done perfectly. The sweet potato gnocchi was a huge highlight of mine. Definitely would recommend giving it a try if you are in the area!

We came here after a morning spent in RMNP and were able to be seated right away, but saw a lot of people waiting as we were leaving. I ordered a burger and added mushrooms and onions, and it was delicious. The burger was cooked perfectly to medium, was seasoned well, and was huge. The burger came with the option of a few different types of fries and I went with the standard. The fries were ok, but weren't well seasoned and there wasn't any salt or pepper on the table. After a morning of hiking, I was pretty hungry so I ate them anyway but not the best fries I've ever had. Overall a great experience and would definitely return again.

Would give this place 11 stars if I could! Food, service and ambiance all awesomesauce. Carnivore: around $60 gets you a giant piece of elk, large filet mignon and game sausage. It is definitely edible all in one meal. This is a really good price compared to what you would pay in Denver or LA for example. 5/5 Veggie Burger: Very tasty! The pickles were sweet and didn't quite go so I was glad they were on the side. Otherwise though the Patty was excellent and seemed like it was housemase, I added pepper jack cheese for $2. But there are a variety of add-ons for two bucks each each that you can put on there. The pretzel bun was excellent it was all around really great. 5/5 Kids chicken nuggets: these are so high-quality that actually one of the dads at the table ordered the adult chicken nuggets after trying one from his kid! You can get regular potato fries, sweet potato fries or fruit as a side. The fruit is a giant bowl of super high quality berries! 5/5 Our server could not have been more helpful, attentive and just an absolute delight! We asked for help when ordering and he gave on point feedback abt the menu items that could guide our decisions between options and was so helpful w the table full of kids. Ambiance is also super cute with an eclectic mountain vibe. We will 100% be back. The location is also really Ideal after a day hiking in Rocky Mount National Park. Happy hour is open to 4 PM with decent $6 cocktails and $2-3 off beer/wine.

I had their special, two lamb t-bones. Their flavor was amazing. My wife got their salmon and she loved it. The service was wonderful. I highly recommend going here for a fantastic meal. Their wine list is amazing, too.

Ambiance was very eclectic and fun, which was unexpected compared to the view of the outside. It was very busy and had an upbeat vibe. Staff were very friendly. We decided to share 2 appetizers, a salad, and the trout so we could try more items. Our waitress was accommodating in coursing it out for us. This star rating was a difficult decision. I feel like I should rate it a 4. They seem to be really trying, the Trout was good, and maybe our order choices weren't the best. Maybe some of the other cast iron items or the burger would have been better. I gave them a 3 because they just didn't deliver. The smoked old fashioned was good. It definitely gave you a mountain/campfire feeling, which was great! The appetizers/salads were not very well done and the Trout was okay. The Edamame were really covered in oil and garlic. The flavor was good when dipped in the sauce, but they were really undercooked. The bacon and butternut squash crostini was disappointing. The crostini was really hard/over toasted. The bacon was overcooked and butternut squash was undercooked. The toppings fell off easily, and It wasn't very cohesive. The arugula salad dressing was too vinegary. The trout was very well prepared and tasty. The rice had a good flavor, but the components seemed a little disjointed and did not create a cohesive mouthfeel. Not pictured was the flourless chocolate torte for dessert. The raspberry sorbet and berries that accompanied it were delicious. The torte was okay.

This is a solid choice for a place to have lunch if you have a lot of time. Service was very slow and it took us a while to get seated. The atmosphere was lively but not to the point that it was too loud. You get nice views which is definitely a plus. Our waitress was very nice, however, we had to ask for cream for coffee twice. By the time we got creamer the coffee was almost cold. The food was decent, the smoked salmon salad tasted pretty good and the fingerling potatoes were a nice twist. The bacon was cut too thick but everybody has different preferences, just something to keep in mind. Overall I can say we would come again.

We got in around dinner time to Estes Park and since we were staying across the street from Bird & Jim's, we thought what the heck since it was convenient. The wait was typical but the hostess was very nice and sat us at our requested table. Our waitress was very nice and attentive at first, but then started going MIA towards the middle of our dinner. The drinks were delivered fast as the bartenders were working very hard! The ambiance was very lively, great music, twinkle lights inside...made for a very nice setting after driving 2 hours and being hungry. The disappointment came when dinner was served. I ordered the halibut, my husband ordered the chicken and we got a side of mushrooms. My halibut unfortunately was extremely dry and flavorless (even though the description mentioned miso being included on the fish) and my rice was hard and crunchy. My husband's chicken was very cold and can tell it had been sitting for quite some time. The only saving grace was the mushrooms. My 3 star review is very generous for what we paid (although our waitress did offer us a small compensation which is considered in my number of stars) and walked away feeling hungry as our meal was not appetizing. The service was good...the food was not so good.

Great place for a dinner out! I enjoyed the burrata salad with salmon and also tried the trout and broccolini. Everything was delicious and service was good. They provided high chairs for the kids as well as coloring sheets and kids cups

First, the service was spectacular. Our server - sadly I cannot remember his name - was very understanding of my need for low-sodium items. His father had a similar heart surgery as I had, recently. He was wonderful in helping select dishes - the Seared Halibut, the Trout Dip, and the Strawberry Shortcake. He spoke directly with the chef to make sure that salt was held to a minimum. Everything was delicious, and the ambiance in the restaurant was wonderful. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. One of the best dining experience I've had since my heart surgery.

From start to finish, I found the service significantly lacking. We walked in and no one was there to greet us. There were two people waiting ahead of us and it was unknown how long they were waiting. Eventually two people came to the front and one was training the other. She proceeded to explain how to make reservations to the other instead of seating the customers ahead of us. I was blown away that they were doing all of this instead of serving the two people and making them wait even longer than they already had. They eventually seated the two in front of us and we were left waiting. The service here is horrible. We ended up sitting at the bar so we could actually get served. I got the spring salad. It was basically an overpriced side salad for $18. It came out with no dressing and when I pointed this out the person said, "Isn't it on it?" I said that I didn't see it so they got the dressing and I was finally able to eat my lunch. This other person went around training this other person completely clueless of it all and not adequately serving guests. The ambience was only okay because we sat at the bar because it would have taken forever to be served at a regular table due to the poor service. Highly disappointed.

We've been told for ages to try dinner at Bird & Jim, and I finally made it happen -- so glad I did! We had a party of 7 and were able to get reservations just a few days in advance. We showed up about 15 minutes early, and they seated us right away. Our server, Johnna, was fantastic -- friendly, attentive, and full of great menu recommendations. Bruschetta and corn bread are must-orders! I also had the 4oz filet mignon, which was packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. We certainly won't skip on this place the next time we're in town!

We were so excited to try this place after being recommended by it, but unfortunately it did not hit the mark for my family. Our service was just okay - our waiter was alright, but nothing spectacular and seemed to be irritated when only one person of the five ordered a drink. The food was brought out quickly though, which was good. My sister ordered the veggie burger which was okay on its own, but the sweet potato fries were drenched in so much oil that you couldn't even taste the fries. She was also turned off by the celery in the burger (not the restaurant's fault, she just has a strong aversion to celery and didn't know it was in there), so most of her food just sat there uneaten. I got a side of mac & cheese and a side of garlic broccolini as my meal, which was definitely an adequate portion size. The mac & cheese was okay - tasted more like buttered noodles than cheese, but suited my plain palate just fine. My mom did enjoy her side salmon and garlic broccolini, but overall we found the prices to be pretty steep for the food. This is definitely a popular spot in Estes Park based on the amount of people in the restaurant, but probably won't be a restaurant we'll be returning to. Pro tip: Make a recommendation several months in advance via Resy in order to get the time you want. I do appreciate the restaurant working with us to move our reservation up half an hour in order to accommodate a show we had to go to.

Great food, cute vibe inside and very friendly staff. Definitely a place to take your family when they're visiting you in town. Would come again :,)

While we had to wait a bit for a table..once we got seated our server was attentive, gave us great recommendations and helped us order. Once we ordered the food came out quick! And wow it was amazing. The chips were delicious, the elk steak was like nothing I've had before. And the trout dip hit the spot! The ambiance of the restaurant is nice, big well lit space. I would go back again- and I would recommend!

Our server Ivan was very pleasant and helpful with the menu! Our view from the patio is so breathtaking! We ordered the bruschetta and it's wasn't too great. And we ordered the chips and onion dip that was so good. The grilled salmon plate was absolutely phenomenal!

Bird of Mouth With just one-day in Denver, we only had time for two restaurants to dine at and I insisted that one be something "uniquely Colorado." And with their locally sourced proteins and vegetable from regional farmers and ranchers, and a chef-driven menu, Bird & Jim fit the bill to a T. The Good: *Reservations available thru Resy *Great cowboy country décor *Nice location overlooking the Rockies and just a short drive (±10min) from the entrance of the park. *Great bar program that features local wines and beers on draught. *Friendly service *French fries were handhandcut and fantastic *Pheasant Chowder was good and almost too salty, but the seasoning was just perfect. Two more flakes of salt and it would've been over, but they did it expertly. *Both our burgers were cooked well and had a lot of flavor, but nothing mind-blowing. Just good, solid burgers. The Meh: *Parking lot is a bit on the small side. Might be tough to park during busier hours. The Ugly: *Driving thru the heart of Estes Park to get here was a bit of a shit-show, especially with all the construction going on in the Downtown area. Conclusion: Good solid tasty food and brews in a great location.

What an amazing view first of all when you sit outside. It's so refreshing to eat outside on a nice day. We weren't too hungry, so we didn't want any heavy dishes. We started off with the chip and dip which wasn't bad. As always, there's never enough dip for the amount of chips. The chips appeared to be made fresh daily and they're huge! Next were the mushroom fries, which was "chef's kiss". They were truly a delight and surprisingly done really well. Probably one of my favorite dishes. The batter has just the perfect crisp and inside was moist and not overly dry. For our entree we split the simple green salad and the pheasant soup. The salad was nice and refreshing, while the soup was very flavorful. It was a bit heavy on the salt, but I could have that taste over and over again. We drank every last drop. Service was very attentive and the waiter was indeed knowledgeable. I will have to come back here in the future. It's family friendly also, with plenty of seating. It seemed like you needed reservations if you wanted to sit inside though.

We came to try this place after going to a park. Got the smoked pheasant chowder, which was really tasty. Also got the bison burger. I've never had bison before and it was absolutely delicious. Well cooked. Good place.

The server was great and very attentive. The food was fairly bland and nothing special, a bit overpriced in my opinion. Got a salad, burger, and chips w onion dip. Burger was very underwhelming, even w cheese and aioli it was pretty bland- could've used some salt or garlic salt or a different sauce to give more flavor. Salad was fine but also very simple. Only tried these items, maybe other stuff is super flavorful, I will say it felt like fresh ingredients which was the one positive. Would I go back? Maybe to try the half roasted chicken, but otherwise probably not.

Easy to get a table at 2pm on Friday. Service was friendly. Started with homemade potato chips and onion dip and butternut squash crostini with hot honey. Then shared the carnivore plate and a salad. The best part of the carnivore plate was the sausage. They have a full variety of and a variety of beer and wine. The menu is apparently seasonal so would consider retuning several month later. Vibe was informal with families present.

The whole experience was so pleasant we ate here twice! The ambiance was great, the service was exceptional, and those sweet potato fries were delish! We loved both the bison burger and regular burger. The "spreads" appetizer was a little disappointing as the hummus had no flavor, but the other two were yummy. I asked for my lamb chops medium and they were definitely well done, but the flavor was there and the sides didn't disappoint. The trout almondine was a winner, as was the bread pudding - sadly we devoured it before taking a pic. All in all, great food and a lovely experience.

Lively atmosphere. We didn't have a reservation but they were able to see us outside with the heaters, which was really nice. Our server was friendly but we did have a long wait for our entrees. Caprese salad - not a ton of mozzarella but still very tasty. Black cod - tastes good but a different flavor profile than what I'm used to when getting it at Japanese restaurants. My favorite was the Cheeseburger which was delicious and just what was needed after a long hike. the sweet potato rounds were also crispy and really good. Tip: ask for the aioli dipping sauce. They have heaters on the porch to keep you warm at night.

Very popular location, we were lucky to get a high top by the bar. Menu is amazing local selection. Started with pheasant chowder, unusual and delicious. Would highly recommend to order alongside the cornbread. We ordered shareables for our main course and the sizes were generous and the elk strip loin and game sausage were both excellent along with the potato mousselline. Prices were great for the quality of food. Also loved the back story on Bird and Jim, two characters from the early establishment of Estes Park. Parking can be tight so be prepared to come in your smaller vehicle to make it easier for yourself.

Ate at this restaurant with some friends, and we all enjoyed our meals! My trout especially stood out - fresh caught and prepared absolutely deliciously. The service was so friendly and very efficient. Great ambiance and very accommodating for larger groups. If I lived in Colorado, I would be back over and over again.

The real jewel of Bird and Jim, however, is its picturesque outdoor seating. With breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and trees, it's the perfect backdrop for a meal. The food did not disappoint. Each dish tasted so fresh. I was surprised at the quality of the food. I think my burger may have had heirloom tomatoes. I really was not expecting the food to feel so ~fancy~ but it felt special and not like a typical casual restaurant. Major points for the vegan options as well! Service at Bird and Jim is great. The staff are warm, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu, enhancing the overall experience. Their passion for food and hospitality is evident and contributes greatly to the welcoming atmosphere of the place. Bird and Jim is a must-visit for anyone in Estes Park. Highly recommended!

Fine dining in a casual way. Wonderful menu choices like steaks and fish plus very nice veggie choices. Casual. Excellent cocktails. Great service.

Unfortunately our visit to Bird and Jim did not start off as well - we waited 15-20 minutes after being seated for our waiter to stop at our table. Apparently they were short staffed and he had quite a few tables. He deserves credit for having a great attitude and providing friendly service but it was limited due to the number of tables he supported. The food was excellent. I had the shrimp and grits and my husband got the Lamb T bone. Both came out hot. They specialize in wines at this restaurant and the waiter was helpful in pairing a glass that complemented our meal. The ambiance of the restaurant is fun with great views from the windows. I would definitely be back and hopefully they'll be better staffed for a more enjoyable evening.

Can't go wrong. Food is well made and tasty especially after a good hike at Estes. Service is the typical Colorado vibe, cool, relaxed and welcoming.

Oh my gosh. I know I was hungry after a long day of hiking but dang this place was so good. My fiancé had a buffalo burger and I had the "simple" chicken nuggets. MY GOSH were they so good. I also had an "escape room" and the drink was well worth the price. All I needed was one! If I lived in Colorado, we would be regulars! To top it off before we left we got a postcard to send to anyone and they would send it to them. Such a small, but sweet gesture!

Yummy bruschetta appetizer. Tasty trout entree. Juicy Mountain burger. Delicious salmon filet. Incredible Mushrooms. Crispy French fries. Overall a top notch lunch and really fast and easy service for dine in. Super close to Rocky Mountains and great spot to eat. We liked the laid back home town vibe and chill ambiance. Would highly recommend.

Atmosphere was amazing, staff was super friendly and upbeat, food was fantastic. It was fairly just for a Wednesday night, which is a good sign. Everything flowed smoothly and we were very happy with our meals.

Great food and drink. The sitting is nice and it's always fun to sit by the window and enjoy the scenery. Whenever we're in Estes this is our go to restaurant.

Definitely recommend a reservation, it seems like this place is pretty popular (and for good reason). I seriously wanted to try everything. We eventually landed on the trout and sweet potato gnocchi after our bruschetta appetizer. Really cool atmosphere with artwork and unique items all over the walls. Service was awesome - Delilah was very attentive. We were in Estes park for two nights, came here on the first night and I wanted to come back again the second night but my wife wouldn't let me.. It seems like the menu changes pretty often so I posted an updated menu. Awesome meal and experience so you definitely need to hit this place up if you're in town for a night or two.

First, the manager was so accommodating as I'd made reservations then accidentally cancelled. She got us in right away. The service was excellent, the food was amazing (I had the trout and it was perfection, Brad had the tuna poke bowl and the flavor outstanding)! My espresso martini the best! Highly recommend this restaurant. Yummm!

We were able to sit outside and enjoy the weather and the gorgeous view. Food was excellent, we got the vegan bowl and bruschetta and a bottle of wine. Service was fantastic our waitress was very attentive.

Food was delicious. Try the smoked pheasant soup. I had the smoked salmon Niçoise salad which hit the spot. Hubby loved the trout. Bread pudding was huge and very tasty. Lisa's service was top notch. Parking is a pain though.
