We really appreciated Zina's knowledge and patience. She is a special, caring person who made sure we got the equipment and 6 healthy birds we really wanted! Everything was Handicapped accessible so our whole family could enjoy this special experience!

Absolutely amazing store. A huge selection of any and everything you could need or want. We don't have a bird but we found some stuff for our hamster. And the birds are so beautiful and friendly. So awesome to be able to pet them and interact. My son loves coming here, cant lie, I love it just as much. Prices seem very reasonable, especially compared to chain pet stores. Definitely recommend stopping by, even if you dont have a bird. Theres plenty you could use for other pets as well.

It’s a Bird Paradise for sure! They offer everything you could possibly need for your feathered friend. In addition to a huge variety of bagged foods, they have an utterly amazing bird food buffet, so you can satisfy your birds favs. Their selection of toys, cages, accessories will absolutely astound you. And their birds… are beautiful. And most importantly extremely reasonable pricing.

I have been a customer for over a decade but no more, always had issues with pantry moths in the food they shipped another issue is the amount of peanuts they add in the products, if I sent an email to complain never got answered I started looking for alternatives a couple years ago and I found one but I was still occasionally ordering from BP but now to see the crazy price increases and now a $20 fee for heavy shipping? They have priced them self out of my business. Look around and find better products at better prices and higher quality with no bugs.

The most amazing "shopping" experience for me of all times! Visiting Bird Paradise can be an all day event. The fact that they have every conceivable food, toy, perch, book and cage pales to the actual, physical presence of the birds themselves. They have hand fed birds of all sizes and species, from tiny finches, parrotlets and parakeets to conures, African greys, eclectus, Amazons, cockatoos, macaws and toucans. The store encourages responsible interactions (don't forget to sanitize!) between customers and birds. Most of the staff are wonderfully knowledgeable and passionate about birds, and willing to share what they know. I love their policy of not selling unweaned babies, and I had the joy and excitement of visiting my Slender Billed Corella, Bill, as he finished weaning - it was also a wonderful way to develop a bonded relationship with him before bringing him home. I have lived with Bill for 12 years now. Thank you, Bird Paradise, for giving me my BFF! 2025 Update: Bill turned 18 this past April, and continues to thrive. Thanks, again, Bird Paradise, for this amazing life companion!❤️

Sadly, I must part ways with Bird Paradise after having a good run of 7 years in purchasing my bird supplies/needs from them. I know that employees come and go, but quality and customer service mean a lot to me, especially when or where I will be spending my hard earned money. I had called to inquire as to whether there was any food available for the type of bird that I have, as my last trip there they did not have any (it was on back order), so I had to purchase a substitute that was suffice for my bird at that time. I live 40 minutes away where the type of food for my bird isn't available, so I buy in bulk when I do go to Bird Paradise and just spread out the number of trips I need to make so I'm not going back and forth too often. However, I called to find out if the food was available before I made my trip and was placed on hold by Cassandra and left there for 15 mins. I hang up, called back and asked to speak to a manager and was told by Cassandra, that, that was her that left me on hold and apologized saying she got busy and the food was available and than she proceeded to say that I 'yelled' at her which I believe was because I asked to speak to a manager. Then she attempted to argue with me on the phone and said she 'was' the manager and I yelled at her and she hung up on me. I called again and said 'I never 'yelled at you, I only said no one has ever left me on hold that long' and then she starts accusing me of yelling at her again, so I hung up. All I wanted to know is if the type of bird food I needed was available before I took the long ride and not to be falsely accused by an immature employee of something that I was not setting out to do. Cassandra was very rude. After having a smooth, problem free relationship with them for 7 years, Bird Paradise will have to never worry about me doing business with them again and I will share this experience with my fellow bird owners. I will now resort to just having my birds food shipped from another company. and now I don't have to worry about driving there again. I called myself trying to support a small business, knowing that there were other sources available to feed my bird, but if this is who Bird Paradise has running their business now thanks, but not thanks!

Yelp
Staff are very very friendly and they have everything you need here plus more. They have a gigantic variety of bird toys and food/treats. All of the birds are friendly and they allow you to handle most of them. Staff know what they're talking about and seem very educated on parrots.

Yelp
We have 2 birds (so far) from Bird Paradise. They adjusted so quickly to their new home. It's so evident to see how well they've been cared for and socialized. The staff is amazing! Courtney, Cena, Phyllis, just to name a few. They are so very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. i highly recommend Bird Paradise in Butlington, NJ.

Yelp
This business offers many beautiful and interesting birds on display outside of their cages. The amount of merchandise available is overwhelming, which includes bird toys, bird food cages, and other accessories. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Even non-Bird owners would enjoy visiting the store just to see the variety of birds. One important note if you do buy a bird, make sure you buy a very large cage and fill it with many perches and toys. Birds are very intelligent and emotional and require a lot of attention and care. They are not inanimate objects. They need to interact with their environment and owners. If you buy one, give them a home, not a cage.

Yelp
Like Toys R Us for birds supplies & birds. You could spend hours lost in here. My bf and I decided to take a 80mile road trip to check this store out. We took our budgies along for the trip. We had them wait in the car just to be safe. (dont worry, Ac was on and one of us was always with them. We switched off) When we first arrived, there was a huge sales tent outside. So we checked that out first, it was a mix of toys and other goods. Some of it looked damaged or overstocked, but we found some good finds Once we got inside, I felt like a kid walking into a candy store with all the toy selections available. It was rather overwhelming, along with a huge selection dedicated to just building bird toys. Highlights - A ton of baby birds and birds out for display, you could touch and hold the birds. Just remember to sanitize your hands before you touch them. We wanted to check out the baby cockatiels and potentially welcome a new family member. We wanted to try holding a cockatiel but non of the birds seem interested, and we didn't want to stress them out. Guess none of the birds choose us this time, not meant to be. Also they have a section that dispense bird food, this would be a good way to try different products in smaller qualities for your bird. Price wise- not bad, some of these items you wont find so easily online but some more common items were more pricy. I would price compare with Amazon just in case. What we wished for- I wish they offered bird toy building demos, this would be helpful for those of us curious about the process and having a guide would make the whole experience less stressful. There were some items that weren't bird safe being sold in the store, I'm aware that a lot of customers ask for these items. I just wish that there was warning/disclaimer about them. ex; the happy hut, millet holder(for budgies & small birds). Service- The cashiers were polite but not overly friendly. They were surprised that I was getting so much stuff just for two spoiled little budgies. In the end, we ended up just buying more toys for budgies and toy building supplies.

Yelp
We have been coming here for the last 7 years or so. We have a beautiful cockatiel baby that just had their 7-year anniversary with us She is amazing. Recently we have gotten my dream bird!! The place is clean and very welcoming. Staff is amazing very knowledgeable friendly and easy going. It's funny how you remember faces and they have the same ladies working there that have been there for years and that's tells you something how wonderful this place is! I love the fact that they are hands-on and willing to have you handle any baby bird or any other bird you would like The birds are beautiful ,friendly, clean and healthy. Apart from the birds this place has an amazing selection of toys purchase cleaning supplies cages stands, food anything you need. This is a one stop shop. I would highly recommend this place!!

Yelp
Great products, staff and merchandise. Very cool place to visit even if you do not have birds. But if you do it's something you have to see.

Yelp
The staff are what makes this place! They go out of their way to help you, The selection of supplies, from the smallest to largest is outstanding. I've been there many times and there is never a dirty cage, or a lack of clean water. The birds all have a variety of foods and toys available. The birds are in excellent condition and all seem to be handled appropriately. Bird Paradise seems to have a real dedication to their birds and to their public. I've been using them for 15 years since moving nearby with my 3 parrots (U2, Eclectus, and Dble Yellow Amazon) and I've never been disappointed.

Yelp
I was yelled at for wanting to touch a bird. I was told to Sanatize my hands, also experienced racial slurs from employees. I never felt so disrespected. I will never patronize this place again. STAY AWAY!!!!!!'

Dee K.

Yelp
Obnoxious staff. They are rude and ignore customers. It doesn't seem that want to sell their birds.

Yelp
We went there last night to adopt a Cockatiel for my 14 year old daughter. Her God parents met us there. Such a large and at first overwhelming place. Once someone is free to help the service is excellent. They get busy at times, but they take time with you. Just need to be a little patient. Once my girl picked out a bird they had her sit with it on a couch there. We got to interact with the bird and the staff and other customers. The staff would come by and ask how things were going. My family is completely in love with this bird. They do require return visits for weight checks and yes, they will not sell you a bird without the right setup. We left with the feeling they really care about their birds. My wife and I will be going back to adopt our own bird in the future. I trust these people.

Jennie L.

Yelp
Just got a baby conure from this place. I had called several others in the tri-state area and I had the best feeling about this one after speaking to someone over the phone. We were able to look at all the available conures and one of them literally chose us. She stepped up onto my shoulder and stayed that way for the rest of the time that we were there. I was so impressed by how knowledgeable everyone was and they took their time and spent a solid hour educating me on the things I needed to be aware of during the first few days that I bring the baby home. I had no idea that a bird could be this affectionate- this little bird just wants to snuggle all day and she has the most wonderful personality I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a feathered friend

Yelp
Today marked our fourth (or fifth?) year in a row at Bird Paradise's 'Parrot Palooza' :) IDK how the owners pull this off each year - the set us is wonderfully ornate and it's F R E E !!! There is a free toy making station, contests, store-wide sales and such a great vibe overall. Yes, of course us 'bird people' will purchase bird treats and more but you can come and go without spending a hot red cent. All we bought today was millet, and a toy ball. My girl won two prizes at the (wheeled) penguin race and we all enjoyed (good) - again free! - burgers, a meatball sandwich and a hot-dog. I also had a soft pretzel and of course there were drinks too. Okay, aside from PP, I shop here a few times a year. It is, after all, the biggest bird store IN THE COUNTRY! If you can't find what you fancy here, I don't think it's made! There are sections among sections of bird cages, food, toys, dishes, harnesses and of course gorgeous SOCIALIZED birds to buy. You can also get your darlings clipped and trimmed for a fraction of what other bird specialty stores charge. We especially like the comradery of fellow bird lovers. We gab with people of all walks of life here and it's just a pleasant experience. Nobody cares, and in fact, enjoy my shutter bug ways ;) I've never had an issue with ANY of the sales associates. Sometimes they're nutso busy and can't chat w/ you but that's a given. They ARE there to . . . WORK after all! I'll go back again and again and am happy to give them my business!

Yelp
I have been visiting bird paradise periodically for many years. I can now take my son. He was in awe when he arrived to see the free roaming birds. The staff is always friendly and allowed us to touch a few birds. They have many beautiful birds to chose from and the visit can cheer anyone up. I will continue to bring my son to visit the birds and hopefully we'll purchase one soon.

Catalina A.

Yelp
Great location for exotic birds and overall good experience with staff. Very kind and honest.

Yelp
My family and I had a wonderful experience at bird paradise. I learned a lot about caring for my bird, that wasn't expressed to me at other pet stores. The staff here are all very knowledgeable and helpful. They made buying a new bird such a wonderful experience. Also, being that I live two hours away, I love that I can purchase a lot of what they have for sale in the store and have it delivered to my home. Their bird food is really wonderful and is unlike anything I can get at my local pet stores.

Yelp
This review is more for their shipping program than it is for the actual physical grounds (although I comment on that below, as well). I have been a parrot owner for several years. I discovered this store via the Internet and was compelled to go pay it a visit. It was a road trip for me, as I am from North Jersey, but it was worth it. As another reviewer said, this store is the ultimate Toys R Us for birds. They have every toy or supply you could possibly dream up. The selection is actually overwhelming and you could spend a considerable amount of time browsing, which I certainly found myself doing. I rely on them for my Parrot's food and, given the distance, I use them exclusively for their "Ultimate Blend" and have signed up for their auto-ship program. The food arrives packaged great, it arrives reliably and on-time, and it is very high quality. I have never had a single issue. My parrots go bonkers for it. If the distance is substantial, you can't go wrong with this option if you want quality food shipped to you.

Yelp
I visited this store for the first time ever and God I regret driving an Hour and a half for nothing. I adopted my 9 month old cockatiel about 35 days ago. A good friend of my suggested this store for his food and toys. Long story short I asked one question to an employee there and she went off on me. Saying my baby didn't have the proper checkups and evaluations to be in the store. He just got out of the Animal Hospital in mount laurel and I just wanted to get him a treat. I'm literally in tears, and I've never felt so degraded in my life. It's because I'm a person of color. Cause everyone around me watching the whole fiasco we're Caucasian and they also were shocked. Store has everything you can imagen for your pet bird but the customer service is the worst I've experienced in my life. If You're a person of color I don't recommend this place.

Cory S.

Yelp
Reading the reviews I can see some of these people getting a little bit hurt due to how much these people Do care in this store ! They won't let you leave with a bird if you have a cage set at home due to a lot of good reason I my self who is new to this they had told Me them self if I didn't buy cage from them they need to see the cage and see it set up I order to release the bird to us ! They love what they do and care of the birds !

Megan C.

Yelp
If you are looking for supplies for your birds this is a great place. HOWEVER this was my 3rd visit and each time it hurts my heart more and more to visit. They cram these beautiful birds in small acrylic "cages" with no perches or toys. The birds water bowls look like they've gone days with out being changed. Mind you the birds that are In these enclosures are not parakeets or small birds they are cockatoos, conures, caiques etc who need to be in decent sized cages. On top of that my friends recently were looking to adopt a cockatiel they bought a cage and supplies elsewhere and the woman refused to sell them a bird because they did not buy the supplies from them. They were so rude and lost their business. If you want to adopt a bird or give people your business who actually care about the animals over profit then visit Todd Marcus in Delran!

Yelp
This place is fantastic. The Berkshire Bird Paradise Sanctuary in New York Needs your help. Unlike you they give Bird Sanctuaries a bad name and helped kill many birds recently. Maybe you can give them some tips!

Yelp
Am a bit superstitious so hopefully this review won't be detrimental. I went to this store in the hopes of getting info and purchasing a parrot...specifically a Conure. The staff was extremely helpful and althought they were very busy, they did what they could to accommodate me. I settled on a 9 week old Pineapple Conure. They let me sit with him on their couch for as long as I needed. That was about two hours! They answered all my questions and would not release him till they were satisfied I knew what I was doing...impressive. When the day came to pick him up, they have a policy of spending at least 30' to go over everything you need to know about your new pride and joy. Again, impressive! They give you a 35 page Bird Guide, a 10 page "Taking your bird Home", Hand Feeding instructions, etc. They just don't take your money and leave you. After bringing him home, I had to call his weight in every day so they could monitor his health. If his weight dropped too much, I would have to bring him back for their help. Nice! I could go on and on but needless to say that you CANNOT go wrong with Bird Paradise. The store is packed with a huge amount of accessories. Plan on spending a few hours when you go. My first visit, I was there for 4 hours. A week later, I went back to get more accessories. I bought a small amount of a seed mixture and when I went to pay for it, I was "interrogated" about buying it. I had already known that you want to feed your bird, very sparingly, on seed as they will get hooked on it and may not eat anything else. This purchase was for special treats. But I did appreciate being questioned. My "baby" is so amazing. He is so sweet and tame. He lays in my hand upside down so I can scratch his belly. Amazing after only a few days. Why? Probably because the staff handles them affectionately. I've had dogs for many years, but there is something about a baby bird that is just endearing.

Yelp
The store is a bit dirty but that is to be expected when you have birds hanging around. The food seems alright you just had to make sure you freeze it for a couple days because I had problems with moths eggs in them. They have lots of toys and treats but it is really hard to find what you are looking for. When I went to get my birds nails clipped they put Vaseline on his eyes to get him to calm down and he was depressed for days after that. I was not happy that they did that without my permission.

Yelp
Let me begin and say this place looks amazing and has a wide variety of well cared for parrots. My review is based on the customer service I had when I visited the store. The manager/owner/angry middle aged woman/ was rude to use the moment my boyfriend and I entered the store. She talked to us as if we were children. I may look young but looks can be deceiving. I have owned a variety of parrots since the age of 8 and my boyfriend also grew up with a variety of birds and parrots. She told us to sanitize our hands which was not a problem but they way she spoke to us was as if we were 4 years old. We sprayed our hands down and there was paper towels next to the spray bottle. We went to use the towels to wipe down our hands and at that moment we got verbally scolded for using the paper towels. We asked to see a parrot in our price range of $500 (honestly we would of been willing to spend more but we wanted to see what was out there at that price) and we were told that they pretty much don''t really sell parrots at that price range. I am pretty sure parrotlets and conures can be found with in that range but we kept looking. The lady gave us a look of almost disgust. The lady decided a parrotlet would best suit us and picked the bird of HER choice for us. The parrot was flighty and scared of humans. When I tried to let it perch or hold it it would try to get away. She had the audacity to ask in a rude tone "have you ever held a bird before?" She was questioning me as if I was some sort of moron. At the time I owned a quaker, cherry head conure and a green cheek conure. I obviously did not feel a connection with the parrot and did not want to purchase a parrot from this place. We instead went to Mineola NY to a parrot store and actually purchased a Double Headed Amazon which is well over $500. If we were treated with the respect and kindness that would of been expected we may have taken the time took look at birds that were more expensive but worth the price. Instead we were treated like garbage the second we entered the facility. Since then my boyfriend and I have added a caique, and senegal to our flock. I consider all these parrots to be priceless.

Yelp
Absolutely love this store. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Their birds are amazing and selection of feed, toys and supplies are endless and reasonably priced. I didn't purchase my babies from them, but drive 40 minutes to this store - well worth it!!

Yelp
Great bird store!! Best in area for all around selection and availability--plus super nice and knowledgeable staff.....you may even buy another feathered baby while stopping for supplies!!

Yelp
My wife is the bird fan. On the outside, there's a banner that says "Voted #1 Bird Store in the U.S.". I don't go to many, but this is probably true. They have plenty of birds, food and accessories. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms to play with many uncaged birds.

Olivia R.

Yelp
Went here a few days ago to look at birds to potentially take home and fell in love with a cockatiel. The store itself is fantastic lots of toys food and cages, but the staff sent me over the edge. As this was is my first time getting a bird I tried to ask the staff some questions but they gave me short answers that were no help. I brushed it off and left the store. I was sold a cage that was "perfect for a cockatiel" which I will admit was not perfect for a cockatiel, when I showed it to the staff they laughed in my face and it seemed like they were mocking me and making fun of me instead of trying to give me some feedback. Being very upset with the way I was just treated I left in tears. I loved the bird that I saw, but at this point I refuse to give my business to people who treat others like that. I took my business down the road to Todd Marcus Birds Exotic. Where I was pleasantly helped. This is not the store for beginners unless you're okay with being made fun. Take your money and go to another store.

G A.

Yelp
This business is owned by Jack and Kathy Lance and they own several buisnesses related including mybirdsafestore.com and a company that sells cages online. I'd have no issues with them if they only sold supplies however visits to BirdParadise make me so angry that people are selling birds and treating them as a commodity only vs caring for birds completely as they ought to be. I think it's interesting how google & yelp scrubs true bad reviews. My wife rated this store a few years ago & it's gone. Don't buy any birds here. Visit and you will see what I'm saying... the birds are mostly left unattended which means they can be harmed by the public at large...many people with their young kids come in... I once reported a clearly sick/hiding bird that was there all day (we were there several hours visiting a bird we thought we were getting until we saw the bird husbandry) and no one ever bothered to come attend to the bird. Our bird was a baby and after visiting several weeks, it had the same formula crusted up on its face. Bird 101 is you never let food sit on the feathers for bacteria & feather health. The bird was clearly not at all handled. Birds who get feathers should have IMMEDIATE perching opps so that they can have healthy feet as they spend their whole lives on their feet. If you visit you will see that not only do baby birds NOT have appropriate perching made available but the older birds don't either, they're in make shift endcap freezer containers in substrate...NO perches! Babies are simply stored away in the back in tupperware. They also own mybirdsafestore which is a warehouse just a block over. Do you really believe they're not pulling stock from the store if they run low yet they advertise their stock not being around birds....go there & judge for your self. Until they stop selling birds,I would not purchase anything from them.

Yelp
Horrible Store. This place has just about everything that you could ever need for a bird. Seriously. You can find everything there under the sun for birds. The issue here is that I would never buy anything from them because of the Staff. they are condescending, mean spirited, treat people like idiots, and overall just unapproachable which is everything a pet store should not be. They will NOT take a look at your bird if you didn't buy it there, unless its been tested for a plethora of diseases some of which are so obscure that the vet I take my pets to told me that disease had not not been seen once in the 30 years he has worked in the area. Not to mention this testing is expensive as well. They basically tell you that if you didn't buy your bird from their overpriced list.. then it will probably drop dead before its first birthday !!! I watched the owner talk to a grown man like an Idiot from everything about rolling here eyes and insisting that the bird he bought was less than optimal health becaue he didn't buy it from her store. She wouldn't even look at it and use her experience to give it a clean bill of health or offer up an opinion. She then proceeded to sell him the seeds SHE thinks is best for the bird without asking one question about its current diet. She stressed how she dosen't charge people for the testing that she does on the birds.... but when I asked to see the testing on a bird I was going to buy she never was able to produce the paper work or the paper work for ANY of the birds in that set. She SAYS she tested the birds and I doub't any s.h.i.t. has been done to them.

Yelp
I've purchased several birds from here. After bringing each one home, I feel it can't get better than this but it does. Large selection of birds and even larger selection of toys, foods, accessories, etc. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The owner is pleasant and extremely helpful with matching you with the perfect feathery companion, as she should be since the commitment you will be making can last a lifetime for you and the bird. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this store to anyone!!!

Yelp
My wife, myself and our little girl Piper have nothing but positive feelings about Bird Paradise. We live like 45 mins away but this is our new place to get food, toys, treats and grooming done. We have stopped a few times prior to getting our White Bellied Ciaque (she didn't come from here) and have walked and walked around without much assistance. We were a little bit put off by that, but the past two times have been the complete opposite experience. We talked and talked and talked to a lady who worked there who spent so much time with us, she answered all of our questions, gave us advice and didn't laugh at our inexperience. She truly made me feel a ton more comfortable about inviting a bird into our home. Their bird food mixes seem very fresh and full of all the good things that birds need. They have a great loose/bulk selection of treats and they give away free samples, so you don't waste too much money on a picky bird. It is a bit out of our way but we will always come here. They are focused the bird and the bird only.

Yelp
Amazing collection of parrots and other birds. Very well cared for. Lovely folks. Prices in line with the region. I bought my sun conure here, and board her once or twice a year. Very satisfied.

Yelp
I have a Sun Conure,Congo African Gray and a Medium Sulfur Cockatoo.I recently purchased my Cockatoo from Bird Paradise. This store has the best inventory of cages, toys, tree stands, food and supplies.I drive 45 minutes once a week to get my supplies.I have bought multiple cages and Bird Stands and have always been treated fairly.I do all my grooming and Boarding at Bird Paradise and can not say enough about the staff.Everytime my wife and I have a question we know that we can call them up and get a answer to our questions.I see some of these reviews give the staff a bad rating but I do not see it.I have been shopping there for years and use to drive even further passing other stores that were closer to my home.

Yelp
TERRIBLE! They must be the rudest salespeople EVER! Non-attentive, uninterested and very unprofessional. They tried to overcharged me for a consignment bird by almost double the normal price of the same bird/situation as others. I had cash and wanted to buy a bird, cage and everything to go but the chubby, blonde-haired woman was less than interested in me and family from the moment we walked in til the time I left. I think she was the manager. Saddest part, we missed out on a bird we loved and that poor bird lost a loving family and home. I will NEVER buy anything from the store again!!!

Yelp
I love bird paradise! I've gone here for a very long time! Even though I do not have a bird (yet). I am going to get a bird here one day! I haven't chosen the perfect bird for me yet. The funny thing is, Parrot Paloza is on my birthday! The staff is so nice! They tell everything you need to know if you are purchasing a new feathered friend! Even though I go in there to look at birds and socialize with them. I do try to test every bird to see if it's right for me! If you don't have a bird, you can go in there and socialize with these feathered beast!

Yelp
This store has a great toy and perch selection- 5 stars for that. However, as often as they boast about their birds being healthy, they are NOT friendly. Barely weaned baby birds that try to bite your fingers off? That isn't right. Weaning babies should be socialized to a few different people and basically be a blank slate by the time it's ready for them to wean and be sold. So why did a macaw who had formula on his face practically fling himself across his guinea pig cage to get away from me? That's just fishy. Baby birds should not be terrified of hands or people. The only birds who wanted to step up were caiques and one of the three scaly breasted lorikeets. I no longer buy babies, I only adopt older birds, but if I wanted one, I definitely wouldn't be interested in one here. Also, easily 20 to 30 canary wing beebees in a single corral? Easily 10 goffin cockatoos? 15 white belly caiques? 4 or 5 Meyers parrots (all of which were nasty!) Why do they buy mass quantities of birds they cannot sell? It seems like their bird side of their business is just quantity. Most of them will need an experienced owner to be pet quality.

Yelp
Ok. So I can see reviews for this place are all over the spectrum. So I have been around and owned birds for about 7 -8 years now. Presently own a Caique and care for another Caique and African Grey on a daily basis. This store has been great from my experience. I have never had a bad time there. When they are busy it is understandable that they too can be burnt out by the patrons. They always seem to try to give you discounts, even when you didn't know you were eligible for one. The staff generally leave you alone and let you enjoy the experience of the environment. I particularly enjoy bringing new friends to this place to see how fun it is. I would rate it a five star but think there is some room for improvement.

Yelp
I live about a half hour away from this store. It's very big inside and sure to meet everyone's bird's needs. They have a large selection of birds. They have countless numbers of toys, perches, cages, etc. They even sell products for outdoor birds such as feeders. They allow you to take up to 6 sample cups of assorted bird food home to give your bird to try instead of wasting money on a food your bird might not like. The staff is friendly in my opinion. It's usually busy in there and all the staff is busy taking care of the birds so I don't seem to bother them with questions since I own a red lored amazon parrot and just go there to look at the birds. Most birds there range from $1,000+. I do like this place and recommend it.

Yelp
What can I say? What a wonderful group of BIRDS! So many different species and sizes. Bird Paradise? More like Bird Xanadu! Some of the birds can talk at you. They say " hello" or "I eat worms"! Cool. One of them said "fapfap" everytime a lady walked by. (Weird?). Anyways, GREAT store. Caring employees. Really glad to see so many birds being cared for, I'd recommend this over that other bird store in town any day of the week. Only negative was no free Wi-Fi though :(

Yelp
An amazing cavernous store of exotic birds and supplies. One of the few bird boarding facilities in the area. The staff are bird lovers and take great care of my macaw when I travel.

Yelp
Knowlegable staff. Staff treats you like you are the only one there. Great selection of toys. Even toys you can make. A great choice of birds that are the cutest babies. We are still weaning our fifth addition to our family.

Yelp
WOW! That is the first word that comes to mind for this review, and it was the first word that came to my mind when I walked in the door! It's AMAZING!! They have THOUSANDS of toys there. It's overwhelming! We made the hour and a half road trip there because a friend at work told me to go there for toys when I mentioned that I need some new toys for my birds. I cannot tell you how truly amazing this place is! Every kind of toy is there with countless choices of them all! There are many, many birds there, and you can interact with many birds. The staff that I encountered were extremely helpful and friendly-all of them! The food choices, treat choices, everything "bird related" choices are just out of this world. I cannot think of anything like it. There just aren't enough stars for this amazing store or enough words to properly do it justice!!!

Yelp
I love this store! Today we purchased several toys for our Cockatoo food and a UV lamp. The sales lady was so helpful ! She answered all my questions about everything i wanted to know. She spent a lot of time with my husband and I getting the right toy and helping us with a UV lamp for our cage. We always take our bird with us to Bird Paradise, The last time we were there Leo one of the birds there and my Lulu had s little love affair going on! So Cute I put it on Utube, If you would like to see it i think it is Leo and Lulu or LuLu and Leo, Marian Hampton
