Expectations vs. Reality: 8€ for that? I couldn’t finish it and left still hungry. A tiny, hard waffle drowning in syrup absolutely ridiculous. The quality was truly poor. We used to enjoy coming here it used to be good. But after this, I’m definitely not coming back. No smile, no warmth just like the food. They didn’t even ask if everything was okay, no eye contact, no commercial gesture. Honestly, a complete lack of respect for customers which i remind you pay your salaries.

Great place to find American style breakfast food in Naples. I got the scrambled eggs and bacon which were cooked to perfection. The staff, Anton, Bruno, and Federica, were extremely helpful, even managing to track me down to give me a bottle of expensive perfume that I accidentally left behind at the table I was sitting at. Overall great service! I highly recommend stopping by!

I was looking for a place to eat a proper breakfast (which is not espresso and cornetto ) , and Birdy Is the perfect place for that. There are options of omelette and avocado toast, and also sweets. Good service, nicely decorated.

A cafe / restaurant with a young and fresh design. Smiling staff, high service awareness despite the English language barrier. They welcomed us with a smile, responded positively to every request and provided delicious and wonderful dishes. We highly recommend to anyone who looking for a delicious breakfast, brunch and more... to visit this beautiful place. this is one of the only places in the area that serves an omelet. Thanks for great service.

Fantastic breakfast and lunch menu. The coffee is fantastic, and the staff are very welcoming. The ham/cheese toastie was one of the best I’ve ever had, and the pancakes were huge and great value. Other restaurants need to take note of the quality and service.

If you like third wave coffee this is not the place for you. The coffee is as everywhere else in Naples. The food is good.

Great staff, good vibes, great food and coffee. It was nice to get a little taste of the US, since we’ve been in Italy for around 3 weeks now. I highly recommend this place for a breakfast option! We got eggs, bacon, French toast, and pancakes. The portions are more than enough. We couldn’t finish all of the food!
