Went to a candle light concert. Lovely building interior beautiful. Hard to locate with Google maps. They take you to the museum entrance.

The roads around Birmingham are horrendous. Too many potholes everywhere. Last two months I have damaged two tyres which caused me negative £280 and witnessed many right front of my house. After reporting the potholes they sent someone out to make it “Smooth pothole“ instead of fixing it. Look at the second picture how they are repairing a potholes 🤦🏼‍♂️.

For allowing only one hour to charge your car at NEC Birmingham (not enough to fully charge !) or if you exceed you have to pay £100 fine even though hundreds of empty spaces and not clear signage . Appeal rejected . Of course you need money .

On the 6th September, my partner and I attended a wedding at the Council House in Birmingham. It was a wonderful experience. The architecture was breathtaking. The staff, especially Paul the security guard were a pleasure to encounter. He was so informative as to the history of the building as well as its many famous visitors over the years. The banqueting staff were wonderful also. The facilities were spotlessly clean and the whole building was beautifully maintained, despite its age. Thank you again from a very appreciative couple from Ireland.

They have placed new signals on Coventry Road, Sheldon Crossing near the big Morrisons store and created a mess out if it. Traffic queues are miles long everywhere and Traffic police as usual is in deep slumber

This council should be discussed references banning busking in its city centres. Especially when the problem have been caused y the religious people promoting their religion s with amplifier s etc . Also please note in concrete engraved on the steps down to the bull ring market it states listen to busker s. Etc

Dreadful, incompetent, incapable council. What service standards do they apply. No wonder the city is a literal mess, one can understand from just one interaction with the council. One star is actually rewarding these super incompetents that cant answers emails, respond to service requests or ever accept any responsibility for failures..

Today I was waiting at a bus stop When it is a area which is for the public to use Which I say there is a drug needle, so I tried to call the local city council It is impossible to get through to a person try to speak to environmental health options when the AI just disconnect your call Absolutely ridiculous This is not on we Paying for a service, which is not even keeping in the streets safe Very disappointed it’s one thing not clicking rubbish but when it comes to health and safety like this, there should be a number we can call and get through to What about old people? What don’t have access to the Internet? The AI call system is not working at all
