Birra Monte Baldo BEER & BBQ

Insanely good american barbecue experience. Our favourite by far is the brisket (in burger form too) but the ribs are also amazing. Shout out to the sides (the potato salad is fantastic) and of course the craft beer.

Great BBQ and a nice variety of brews makes this a refreshing change from the typical Italian cuisine you get around Lake Garda. The ribs fall off the bone, the pulled pork and the turkey melt in your mouth and the fries are to die for. I absolutely recommend giving it a try...

I just realized I never wrote a review of my favorite place in Caprino. The selection of beer is wide and can satisfy any preference. The atmosphere is curated and interesting (featuring contemporary art) but still cosy and unpretentious. The food is amazing and genuinely international. Take a look at the menu available online. It’s easily comparable to what you find on the menu of similar places in big European and US cities. The staff is friendly and professional. Since it’s an artisanal brewery not a random bar (there are plenty of those in Caprino) it attracts a clientele that values quality over quantity, something I appreciate when it comes to alcohol. Absolutely recommended.

Tried all 9 bears, except 1, all were better then the next. Exceptional bears. Had a mixed BBQ with hot chili sauce. Really enjoyed the meats, brisket, pulled pork, turkey and ribs. The staff were helpful and informative. This place is recommended because there is nowhere around this side of the lake this good.

Closed. No hours posted on Google or on their website. A sign on the door in Italian indicates open daily in May at 18:00 - not the case unfortunately

During our holiday in the Garda lake area we heard about this small brewery nearby. Because we had to leave in one day i send an e-mail if we could visit before opening hours. The owner is very friendly and we were able to visit the brewery! It is a very nice microbrewery wich was in a very good condition. Everything was wel build and very clean. The materials were very new. It was a nice visit and we are looking forward to our next visit. Thanks Mattia!

Ad ogni pietanza viene suggerita la birra da abbinare quindi seguendo questi consigli non potete sbagliare. Avendo parlato con i proprietari ho potuto sentire nelle loro parole una grande passione per il loro lavoro ed una grande attenzione per la ricerca dei prodotti da offrire.
