Enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the surrounds of the gallery representing meaningful and stunning storyline’s of the talented artists both world renowned and emerging under the guidance of Birrunga. This is a special place to bring clients and partners or visitors to Brisbane. But equally casual for a delicious and connected start to the day. I had the Sunny Benny and it was outstanding coupled with a generous coffee.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Truly Exceptional! This venue is a perfect fusion of culture, flavor, and creativity. The Indigenous-inspired menu delivers authentic, beautifully crafted dishes that highlight native ingredients in the most delicious way. The art gallery is filled with stunning First Nations pieces, making the experience so much more than just dining, it’s a cultural journey. The team is warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable, which made the visit unforgettable. I’ll definitely be back soon.

I had the pleasure of visiting Birrunga at his Birrunga Art gallery. Excellent location close to the CBD but not in the craziness of the city. Artwork adorns the walls of various artists of different styles and Birrunga’s own works. What’s really good about Birrunga’s place is food, delicious food and gooood coffee. I had breakfast, but there is also a lunch menu. Staff were friendly and I had experience with Birrunga himself and his yarns about art and his cultural journey. 5 stars for me!

Amazing art works. Amazing gallery. The team go out of their way to help. Was there for dinner with friends and the waiter took a special request to the kitchen and chef just made it. The art is phenomenal - really lands culture. I love the way the gallery supports the next generation of artists. Highly recommend!

Birrunga Gallery is an absolute treasure and a must-visit for anyone who values art, culture, and connection. From the moment you walk through the doors, you are embraced by an atmosphere that radiates warmth, respect, and authenticity. This is not just a gallery—it’s a living, breathing celebration of First Nations culture and creativity. The artwork is breathtaking, telling powerful stories that speak to history, resilience, and identity. Every piece feels deeply personal and invites you to pause, reflect, and truly appreciate the richness of Indigenous heritage. It’s an experience that stays with you long after you leave. The food is equally extraordinary—crafted with care, bursting with flavor, and beautifully presented. It’s clear that the culinary team takes pride in every detail, blending tradition with contemporary flair in a way that feels both comforting and inspiring. The service? Absolutely impeccable. The staff are not only professional but genuinely passionate about what they do. They make you feel welcome, valued, and part of something special. Their knowledge and willingness to share stories add so much depth to the experience. Birrunga Gallery is more than a destination—it’s a cultural journey. Whether you’re here for the art, the food, or the people, you’ll leave feeling enriched and uplifted. I cannot recommend it highly enough. Five stars, without hesitation!

Beautiful space, beautifully curated. The warmth and welcome is apparant the minute you step inside this gorgeous gallery. We proudly showcase works of both emerging and master artists in our brand new office in the CBD. Visitors from overseas, interstate and local have been treated to a fantastic experience when visiting as we're able to share some of the stories and art works we now proudly hang in our large entrance/forum space. It's the best 'welcome mat' we can offer clients and members alike. We've been able to do this by embracing a mutual conversation over several years and now we have the opportunity to hire some beautiful pieces of art through Birrunga's recently launched corporate hiring opportunities. I encourage anyone wishing to experience the warmth, generosity and truly wonderful works of First Nation Artists to take some time out of your day, and visit Birrunga Gallery; but don't stop there - the catering is exquisite - I can attest to this - we willingly and gladly offer our VIP's Birrunga catering - I promise, you won't be disappointed. Many thanks again to Suz, Birrunga and the whole team. We look forward, here at Arup, to continuing our journey alongside Birrunga Gallery. Always was, always will be.
