Pros: The service and ambience were very good. The have a wide range of drink selections, especially for those who love coffee. The food also came out quickly and hot. The skillet was fairly good and the mimosa was good. Cons: We weren’t fans of the sweet bruschetta (way too much chocolate, it overwhelmed everything else) The kids omelette was good but the hash brown wasn’t. If you want fitattas, tradicional salvadorian breakfast, or coffees you can’t go wrong but I don’t think we’ll be back, it was an underwhelming experience.

Biscuit Factory is an outstanding place to enjoy a meal, and it absolutely deserves 5 stars. The food is amazing, and the breakfast we had was nothing short of fantastic. The coffee stood out as well—extremely flavorful, delicious, and strong, just the way it should be. I ate here with a group of six people, and the staff was very attentive, making sure everyone was well taken care of throughout our meal. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making it a perfect spot to sit down and enjoy both food and conversation. I highly recommend coming here, whether it’s for breakfast, coffee, or just a great time with friends and family. This place truly delivers!

We visit every time we are in San Salvador, once or twice at year. We love having brunch at the Biscuit Factory! I recommend the place to all the tourists that tell me they’re visiting San Salvador.

Food was good, good price. 1 liter mimosas during breakfast that tasted great. Definitely tourist friendly and a great spot for breakfast. No AC in the place though. Would go back again.
