A lovely little church, especially at night when it’s beautifully lit and shines like a beacon over the old Schei district. During the day, it might seem a bit understated, but once the lights come on, it turns into something truly magical—like you're waiting for a saint to appear… or maybe a vampire, this is Romania after all. 😄
Dating back to the 15th century, this is one of the most important Romanian Orthodox landmarks in Transylvania. Inside you’ll find impressive frescoes and icons, and right next door is the First Romanian School with a small museum. A perfect blend of history and nighttime charm.
