Bishkek Centrum Hotel

It was pleasant stay. Bathroom floors are heated. Rooms are tidy and spacious. Sound proofing is very good. Staff is very friendly and cooperative.

This hotel is in a side street close to a shopping plaza, small shops, convenience stores and restaurants. It is within walking distance to a few tourist attractions. The staff are friendly and helpful. My room was clean and spacious.

I had a great stay at Bishkek Centrum Hotel and would rate it 4.5 out of 5 stars. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with good facilities, making our stay very comfortable. Breakfast was available at an extra cost, and the quality was satisfactory. The hotel’s location is ideal for tourists—right in the center of Bishkek and within walking distance of all the main attractions. This convenience made it easy for us to explore the city without hassle. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would recommend Bishkek Centrum Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and centrally located place to stay in Bishkek

The location is great. The staffs are very friendly. The room is quite spacious. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. One comment: the wall is a little thin so you might be able to hear the sound of your neighbours.

Perfect location in city center, close by all main places and shopping streets. Room service needs improvement.

I stayed at this lovely hotel in central Bishkek with my family. We'd booked 2 superior rooms, on arrival we got upgraded to a suite room for free which was very kind of them. The rooms were very spacious, decorated with modern furniture and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was very respectful and beyond helpful, they did everything they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They also speak good English which we found very useful! They arrange airport shuttle free of charge. The location is within minutes of all major attractions. There is also a really nice restaurant next to it, a coffee shop and a shopping mall just few minutes walking distance. Highly recommend this hotel if you're in Bishkek!

Brilliant hotel. Friendly and attentive English-speaking staff who helped with our luggage on arrival and arranged a taxi for our onward journey on departure. We were given a free upgrade to a suite which was huge and very comfortable indeed. The whole hotel is decorated and furnished to a high standard and a great deal of thought has clearly gone into its design. The location is fantastic, very central so we could walk everywhere from it. Unfortunately we only booked one night, we would have happily stayed for longer.

So much is different to what is advertised on the booking system. Free airport shuttles do not exist, the room advertises 700 and when we asked reception to book a taxi we were quoted 1000. Not the loyalty you expect as a paying guest! Breakfast is also reported to be free on the booking system, no such thing at the hotel! The room was clean and spacious but the bathroom light did not turn off which we didn’t notice until we tried to turn the lights out, too late for a room swap or trying to get it fixed! ||Best advice is to check what you are getting before booking and paying.
