Bismi hypermarket good shop to buy daily use items groceries, home goods.A little bit of improvement . Occasionall stock shortage and staff helpfulness.

We recently visited Bismi Hypermarket, Alappuzha, and were quite disappointed with the experience. The customer service was very poor, and the air conditioning was not working. When we enquired about it, the staff just said it wasn’t working, without any concern or apology. It was very hot inside, and with no proper ventilation, shopping there was really uncomfortable. We hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the facilities and service quality.

I recently visited AB Bismi Supermarket in Alappuzha. Overall, the store is good and has a wide range of products. However, I noticed a few things that could improve the shopping experience. I only had 4–5 items to purchase, but there were no hand baskets available. Customers are forced to use large trolleys even for small purchases, which becomes quite inconvenient, especially when the store is crowded. Providing shopping baskets would make things much easier and more comfortable for customers. Another point — if someone forgets to bring a carry bag, the store charges ₹17 for a basic bag that usually costs only ₹6–₹7 outside. Since the store buys in bulk, it would be fair to charge a reasonable price (around ₹10) for such bags.

Bismi Hypermarket, Alappuzha, offers a wide range of groceries, fresh vegetables, household items, and more under one roof. The store is spacious and well-organized, making it easy to find products. Prices are reasonable, and they often have good offers. Staff service is generally helpful, though billing queues can get a bit slow during peak hours. Overall, a convenient shopping spot in Alappuzha.

Visited the hypermarket and was disappointed with the service. Not a single staff member was available to assist or clarify basic pricing doubts. Spent nearly 30 minutes inside the store without any support. Poor customer experience.

Gone there for..ice cream . Refrigerator covered with branded ice cream...pictures... And filled with local brandzzz.. More than 5 counters for billing .. Only working...1st one....

One of the largest hypermarket in Alappuzha town. Price is slightly less than the MRP and other offers are also available especially during weekends. Adequate parking available but during weekends its crowded.
