Visited the hypermarket and was disappointed with the service. Not a single staff member was available to assist or clarify basic pricing doubts. Spent nearly 30 minutes inside the store without any support. Poor customer experience.

I visited Bismi Supermarket on 01/02/2025 and saw that the Maggi Hot & Sweet Sauce 1kg was displayed with an offer price of ₹129 in the store. However, when I proceeded to the billing counter, it was billed at ₹149. Upon noticing the discrepancy, I inquired with the management, but they were rude and dismissive. They claimed that the offer was not updated in the billing section and charged ₹149 instead of the displayed ₹129. This misleading price display traps consumers into paying a higher price than advertised, which is deceptive and unfair trade practice.

Gone there for..ice cream . Refrigerator covered with branded ice cream...pictures... And filled with local brandzzz.. More than 5 counters for billing .. Only working...1st one....

Today I visited Bismi supermarket.. very poor customer service from billing staff and front office staff.. Improve the your staff quality !!!

One of the largest hypermarket in Alappuzha town. Price is slightly less than the MRP and other offers are also available especially during weekends. Adequate parking available but during weekends its crowded.
