Host and Server were great! Super friendly and helpful with the menu. They are able to adjust dishes accordingly. Very homey/laid back atmosphere. Food was phenomenal... can't go wrong with anything on the menu.

We stopped in at breakfast time. Wow the biscuits are some of the best I ever had. We both had the gravy biscuits but I added fried chicken and eggs. Both dishes were very very good. Service was just as good. Overall very good meal with very good service.

Seated very quickly as a party of two. Got a coffee and orange juice and unfortunately the coffee was cold and bitter, like it had been sitting for hours. I just switched to water. Thankfully the food, though, was very good! Chicken was tender and the biscuits dense but still kinda flakey. The tomato bisque was also delicious.

8/8/25: We enjoyed a relaxing lunch on the covered porch. Server Abby mixed our several Arnold Palmer drinks to perfection. She was quite attentive and friendly. We ordered from the “Specials” menu: three shrimp tacos and three steak tacos, which were delicious. We luckily happened upon BisQit as we were shopping in the Hammock Shops Village.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Laura & Mark VanValkenburg, The Bluffs on the Waterway, Myrtle Beach.

Google
In my husband's words, 10 out of 10 the best lunch he's had in a long time. The biscuits are big and fluffy. The food is flavorful. The sandwiches are delicious! The chicken is AMAZING! Service is always great and the restaurant is so quaint. BisQit gives so much to enjoy!!! Always a MUST try! #authoramandaj #reviewsmatter

We stopped in on our way to Myrtle beach and we're not really impressed. The biscuit and gravy was extremely dry and didnt have much flavor. My husband had the blt and was not a fan. The salad my daughter in law got also lacked in everything. The best option was the burger my son ordered. We also had to wave down our server to get refills and it wasnt even busy at the time. It was our first time eating here, and I cant say we would return. The price for what we got was not worth it at all.

Google
This is such a cute find, hidden in the Hammock Shops in Pawleys Island. Burgers, sandwiches, salads and breakfast options. Lots of beer, alcoholic beverages and even milk shakes. Something for everyone.

Google
We came across this lunch spot after our airboat ride and it sits in a cute shopping area. We were sat in the screened in porch area. We ordered the burger on greens, hagley’s biscuit sandwich and beet burger. The beet burger fell apart all over and was very difficult to eat as was the biscuit sandwich. We saw others food had done the same so you end up eating the sandwiches with a fork and knife. My husband’s burger on greens was okay but nothing special. I wouldn’t say it lived up to previous reviews but maybe it was an off day. I wish there were more vegetarian options on the menu. Outside the restaurant along the walking path was corn hole so we stopped and played a game before getting back on the road.

Yelp
Parking spots available within the Hammock Shops. I use a walker and I only needed to walk a short distance. The ramp was easy to use not too steep. Once inside we were greeted and seated immediately. The cool air was refreshing after walking in the heat. Everyone was so kind. I knew I wanted a salad and I got the perfect one. See photo. It was like a tastebud party. All of the flavors blended perfectly. So delicious. Bev and I were able to relax and enjoy our meal. Both of us mentioned what a lovely quiet spot to eat. The manager came by and spoke with us. We mentioned how wonderful our server was. We also mentioned about the food. The staff worked together so well the teamwork was fabulous to see. If you are looking for a nice place to have lunch .... I say come here. Willie Conway.

Yelp
I imagined they'd do biscuits right but mine was very dry. The sausage on my egg sandwich was also dry and had a lot of hard nubs in it. The egg was perfect, but it wasn't a great sandwich overall. The home fries were not very warm and the melted cheese on top (I asked to add) was also dry and very stuck together. So the potatoes were all one sheet of cheesy potato which did not easily break apart. The cheese they used was not a great melting cheese. Probably pre shredded with a caking agent on it. Anyway. It was all edible, but it wasn't great. Also, this is a very drafty place, tried to sit in the plastic walled porch but was freezing. The bar wasn't much better. And the annoying guy next to me who couldn't read the room didn't help anything.

Yelp
Whenever I come to the area this is top on my list of places to go, the food is always delicious, it's in such a cute area and the service is always amazing! Whatever you do make sure to get fries with your meal whether you get the large portion for the table or a side with your meal, they are the best fries I have ever had! I wish I had taken a picture but I was too busy inhaling them. Our table of four got two burgers/fries, BLT (the L stands for lobster)/fries and a lobster roll/fries. Everyone raved! All of it was so good!!! One of us got the Wake Up Call (spiked) milkshake and oh boy, it was perfection. Creamy and delicious and with a perfect balance of flavors. Try it, you won't regret it! Thankfully, I did get a picture of that!

Yelp
Great little pub tucked in the Hammock Shops in Pawley's Island. We stopped in on a recent Sunday. Though the restaurant was fairly empty, the host had to go clean a dirty table so we could be seated. We were greeted warmly by a server who brought drinks right over. He wasn't the most attentive however and seemed to get overwhelmed by 3-4 small tables. He apologized to the table beside us for forgetting to bring one of the items they'd ordered. They seemed to be ok with him adjusting the check. Our lunches were good - served hot, and only about 10 minutes after ordering. Drink refills were forgotten until the end of the meals. Sadly, we both got sick 20 minutes after leaving. I'm not sure if the fries were bad as we both had them and they seemed to be dry and hard. Would love to return but not willing to risk it!

Yelp
Absolutely adorable house converted into restaurant. Food was really good and our server was sweet. It's in the little shopping area where all the shops look like houses. I would go back

Yelp
Located in one of the cute little store villages. There is parking in the back, and it's just a couple minute walk. They have a ramp to get in, and also offer indoor and air conditioned outdoor seating. The food: to say they include picked okra in their coleslaw is an understatement. There was like 1 little piece of okra in both of our portions. Onion rings tasted a lil burnt. Toooo much mustard on the Carolina. I do like that you can choose beef, chicken, or a veggie burger for the sandwiches though. The idea of a spike milkshake is cool, but didn't try. Server was nice, maybe shy or new.

Brett M.

Yelp
Everything... service, apps, food ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Pork skins are a must!! Down for a golf trip and no one had a single complaint!! Compliments to the chef and staff.

Yelp
My food was good had no meat in it. But husband said his hamburger was so tiny ? Nothing like picture.and wish he would have ordered something different and the side dish of coleslaw was for a toddler .

Yelp
We ate a late lunch today at BisQit and it was very good. The restaurant is nestled among shops with beautiful bushes and trees, making it a relaxing environment. The staff was attentive and so kind. The soup of the day was vegetable and it had a great flavor. The star of lunch, though, was the fish tacos. Lightly breaded and fried, served with slaw and diced tomatoes in flour tortillas. The fish was very lightly breaded with good seasoning. Wonderful place for a relaxed meal and we will be sure to return.

Yelp
Located in the adorable Hammock Shops of Pawleys Island, bisQit is a great option for groups who may be looking for menu variety. There were 5 of us for dinner during our recent visit, we each ordered milkshakes and were all thrilled with our choices. I personally went with the spiked Salted Caramel which was the right amount of sweet for me, my husband chose the Kentucky Cowboy (he doesn't usually like sweets) and finished the whole thing. I did try a sip, it was delicious and a bit more savory than a typical milkshake -- a great option if you don't want something overly sweet. For dinner I got the BLT (bacon lobster tomato grilled cheese). It honestly wasn't great. The bacon was really salty and there was a ton on it which overwhelmed all of the other flavors. The bites of lobster were great, though. I also had the soup of the day which was a bit underwhelming as well. It was decent, nothing to rave about. I think that is how we all felt about our meals. Overall, great location, friendly staff, fantastic milkshakes, and okay food. I'd visit again and try a bisQit sandwich -- they looked great coming out.

Yelp
We chose this restaurant for lunch based on the yelp reviews and we are SO glad we did. The area it is located in is so cute and offers pre or post meal shopping. The menu has specials and so many great options, that it's hard to pick! We were all so pleased with our meals. Service was quick, waiter was friendly. We are from Pennsylvania and we will be back!!

Yelp
Quick service, we went on a Saturday a little after the lunch rush. Had the veggie burger, the server suggested I get it in a wrap which was great advice. Also, had to add a biscuit to the order because why not. So good. Highly recommend this spot if you're in the area.

Yelp
I was recently there for a lunch, never heard of this place. It looked small and wasn't sure at first. Got seated and the server was Parker, knew her stuff. Great service, so if you go ask for her by name. I ordered the chicken bacon cheese on a biscuit with sausage gravy. Asked for biscuit on the side and no judgement-was dieting- less carbs. Food was fabulous and tasted fresh and homemade. Would recommend this place-love good food good price and great service! Place smells and looks good, bathroom clean! Also you can tell a lot about a restaurant if the Cole slaw is good..... well 10/10 great Cole slaw! Will be back again!

Yelp
Finally stopped at Bisqit on my way through Polly's and I now I can't wait to go back. There's not usually a ton of options that are open on Sundays when I'm making the drive between Charleston and Myrtle so I was excited to see that Bisqit was an option. They were closing early for the Super Bowl that day, but generally they have regular Sunday hours. It was busy, but we lucked out with no wait and were seated in the side room by and window which was nice. I was torn on what to get because everything looked great, but I was in the mood for breakfast food. My friend had the BLT with lobster and a side of onion rings and I got the Chicken and Bisqits to which I added two eggs for a small upcharge. We also shared a cup of soup to start. They had just run out of the daily special which was a french onion, but they offered this different take on an onion soup that was excellent. As someone who grew up in the north, I often prefer an English Muffin or toast to biscuits but these were excellent and the gravy over top was so good. This is definitely a hearty breakfast but it was so good that I finished the whole thing. I got a taste of the lobster BLT and it was fantastic as well. We really enjoyed our lunch here and are looking forward to dining again.

Yelp
We saw The Hammock Shoppes on our way to Myrtle Beach and decided to stop on the way home. So glad we did. I started with the BisQit Bloody Mary and that was a meal in itself. The food was really good. I got the chicken and biscuits. It comes with gravy and plenty of crumbled bacon. The gravy was delicious, the chicken was crisp and the biscuits nice and fluffy. It was a large serving, my husband helped me finish it. He ordered breakfast tacos and said they were also quite good. We were greeted the moment we walked in by a friendly gentleman who sat us right away. Our server was also friendly and attentive. It was a cool, cozy place with indoor and outdoor seating. The shops didn't open till 12:30 so we didn't get to check those out but the whole place seems pretty cool.

Yelp
Love it very nice stuff and great food and atmosphere. My sister took the veggie burger and she said is one of the best.

Yelp
Second time here - and won't be the last. This is the cutest little cottage in The Hammocks Village - which is simply stunning. Truly a hidden gem. Now let's get to the food! Today I had their Portlandia and fruit, and it was wonderful. So tasty! I am sharing photos from the last time we went, because I forgot to take photos today. Extremely yummy, unique meals here, as well as a full bar, should you desire. Cozy, fun and the nicest staff. You MUST go!

Yelp
This place was a pleasure from the moment we walked in. Greeted immediately and given seating options. Christen was our server. She was very attentive and gave great recommendations, and I went with one of them. We both LOVED our meal. The restaurant itself has a cool story. It was the original Pawleys Island post office, moved in '83 to this location. Highly recommend.

Yelp
The fish tacos were the best on Pawleys Island . The service was awesome as well. Nice atmosphere. I will be bring my kids here at Christmas time

Yelp
Stopped in while visiting family in the area. We sat in the covered patio area which is probably great in warmer months but other than a tiny space heater (which we weren't near), it was freezing. Food was tasty but took forever. Our waitress was apologetic and explained that they had many tables order at the same time and it caused a backup in the kitchen. I ordered a salad and blackened shrimp and it was yummy. My dad ordered a chocolate shake which was also yummy.

Yelp
If you are in the area, BisQit is a must visit. First of all, everything is made fresh. I'd say they are most famous for their biscuits, burgers, shakes, and beers. My brunch choice is always the country ham biscuit and seasoned fries. One of the, if not the absolute best country ham biscuit I've ever had. My wife had a burger and really enjoyed it. Their burgers range from the basic meat and cheese to gourmet burgers with all sorts of different fresh fixings. After your meal, if you have room, try one of their shakes. You won't be disappointed. I'd suggest getting a shake to go and roaming around the various unique shops that are located right around BisQit. It's a very cool place to check out - be sure to stop by the candle shop! Seating wise, I'd say BisQit is a very rustic, unique, and comfortable environment. You have three choices: a "restaurant" section, a bar area, or a third section that resembles a sunroom. The servers are always very nice, attentive, and easy to chat with. I look forward to my next visit ti BisQit!

Dino R.

Yelp
Service was not particularly good; it was slow and the waitress got our drink order wrong - nothing complex - 2 teas, one unsweetened no lemon, one sweetened. We got one unsweetened with lemon and a water. Food - my breakfast tacos were very salty and the soft flour shells were hard. My wife's burger (cheese, catsup, and mayo) had so much mayo it looked like it had but on with a ladle. Bun was not toasted. Chips were store-bought. Overall - disappointing. Ambiance - it is in a tourist spot so it was as expected.

Yelp
A great quick local casual meal. A good cheeseburger. Try the soft pretzels with their cheese sauce.

Yelp
Excellent...again Excellent...bisquit, crispy fried chicken breast, crispy bacon gravy...DAMN! Tasty adult libation to compliment a Sunday AM... staff well attended our table... ** Please dont eat my chicken hero of youth; Foghorn Leghorn :)
google avatar

Rachel S.

Yelp
Brunch at this place was delicious. We ordered a few things and shared... of course the biscuit with jelly that was fresh and large. Breakfast tacos with sausage and eggs were fresh and filling. Nashville hot chicken tacos were worth it... super hot and enough for the day... you get 3 with a side of chips. BLT (bacon, lobster, and tomato) was everything it should be... Mayo and lobster was fantastic with that cheese that was the best. Service was good and friendly. I would definitely return if I get another trip to SC, such a cute area. #supportsmallbusinesses

Yelp
One of the best, everything on the menu is great, affordable w large portions, the wait staff the best , very wel mannered and helpful

Yelp
We had lunch yesterday and it was excellent! The service and food were amazing. The prices are very reasonable. I had the Lowcountry and my husband had the House Burger. Left full and happy. Our server recommended walking to the hammock shop, laying down and unbutton our shorts...she wasn't wrong!

Patrick T.

Yelp
BisQit makes a very good burger. We've eaten there a few times, and have also ordered take out a few times. Service has always been great and prompt. It's a nice place for lunch or dinner, and is family friendly.

Yelp
We tried BisQit twice this family beach trip. The second visit was a special request for our Birthday individual. Food Feedback: - Pretzels - they were great and we ordered them both visits - Cauliflower wings - we tried both Buffalo and Garlic and they were great. The Garlic ones were a little more oily but everyone seems to like it. - Onion Rings- we ordered them the first visit. They were okay and very greasy. - Advocado and Hummus Wrap - I ordered this the first trip and it was okay. They didn't put enough avocado and I didn't order it again. - Portlandia - my wife ordered this the first time and said it was alright. It tasted okay. Seemed like a bunch of beets chopped up and it was messy to eat. Expected more of a party that stayed together. - 2 eggs any style - I ordered this the second visit for dinner (yes you can order breakfast anytime) and it was pretty good. Nothing special and simply - just eggs and potatoes. - tacos with egg and black beans - didn't get to try it since the eggs were not cooked Al the way. Please see comment below. Service Feedback: Our first trip was excellent and the server was great. She kept our drinks refilled and topped off, left plenty of extra napkins, came by on several occasions to check on us, and was extremely friendly. We gave her at least 30% tip. Our second trip, he wasn't that attentive and we had to ask for various things such as drink refills, etc. My wife's entree had issues and was never resolved. She ordered tacos with egg and black beans. He brought tacos with egg and bacon instead. She is vegetarian and informed the waiter. He took it and brought back tacos with eggs and black beans (but the eggs were not fully cooked). At this point, she said it was too late and people are almost done with their food and to cancel it. All he did was take the entree off and could have offered a better resolution. At the end of the day, I would go back again. The service is hit or miss. The food is okay depending on what you order.

Yelp
bisQit is a good restaurant in Pawleys Island, SC. It was recommended to us by a friend, and we were happy to give it a try. bisQit is located off the main road in shopping area where you have to park and walk on. When you enter the restaurant, they have a nice bar and lots of tables in the main area. They also have seating out on a covered/enclosed patio area. Their service was good. The food was good. We ordered the Breakfast taQos (scrambled eggs, cheddar and Jack cheeses, and bacon) and the Nashville Hot Chicken tacos (fried chicken tenders, pickle chips, feta cheese and Nashville hot sauce). Both were prepared well and had good flavor. bisQit also has a reputation for having really good milkshakes - kid friendly and spiked. We ordered the Nutty Cup which is made with vanilla ice cream, chocolate chips, peanut butter and chocolate syrup. It was fantastic. This is one we will have to visit again. I rate bisQit an 8/10.

Yelp
OH MY GOSH!!! We stumbled upon this gem while up in the Pawleys island area and the food and milkshakes were OUTSTANDING. The vibes are so chill inside and out server, Ethan was very helpful and attentive. Definitely will be back!

Yelp
This place is incredible. Everyone working there is so friendly & genuinely nice. We are in town for a week & stopped just based on the photos on yelp. Wow, from the onion rings to the burgers, shakes, salad, chicken it's all spectacular. Great quality food, it's creative yet simple. We've been twice already and want to go back a third before we leave town. We had the onion rings app -colossal- enough for 6. Burger was perfection (they have lots of choices) garden & spinach salad was tasty and super fresh. House made dressings! The spiked shakes...a must. The shopping center where the restaurant is located is quaint and historic with lots of quality shops. Beautiful place to walk around. Worth the stop!!
google avatar

Mindy S.

Yelp
Great place! We loved the fish tacos and the smokehouse burger! Nice atmosphere and service. We were disappointed that a side of onion rings only included 3 rings, especially since it was an additional charge to have onion rings over fries. Other than that, we had a great experience.
google avatar

Mark G.

Yelp
Good service. Food average. Nice location and quaint. Right in the heart if the Pauleys Island Village of shops.
google avatar

Tess S.

Yelp
This place is amazing! My sister and I stopped here for a late lunch and it was just what we needed and more. They had outdoor seating available, out on a nice patio where it was quiet and peaceful. I got the House burger with a side of coleslaw and it was flavorful, juicy, wonderful, everything about it was great. And BisQit is located in a beautiful area surrounded by clothing boutiques, gift shops, and more, which was quite a treat to explore. Our waitress was friendly and personable, which added to the fun of the experience!
google avatar

John B.

Yelp
I love, love, love the Hammock Shops. I also love drinking on Sunday afternoons so this is a win. Great host and server. Can't go wrong with the location this is a great place. Food never disappoints.
google avatar

Yelp
I wanted a good burger while I was on vacation, so I decided to check out Bisqit. We were impressed by all of the unique items that they offered, but based on our server's recommendation I went for the House Burger. Our server was very attentive and knowledgeable, probably the best server we had during our entire trip! The burger came out and it was huge! It was very flavorful and filling. The only complaint about the burger is that it could've used a bit more sauce. I asked our server for a side of the special sauce and he bought out two different sauces. The special sauce complimented the burger very well. The fries were unimpressive, they looked good and they were cut right, but the flavor was a little weak. After dipping them in the special sauce I was able to eat the majority of them. House Burger 1-5=4. Fries 1-5=2. Customer Service 1-5=5.

Yelp
Awesome service. Delicious food. Relaxed atmosphere. The salted caramel milkshake is divine!!!

Yelp
Not bad if you're into biscuits. The food was pretty decent. The service was great and the place was very clean.
google avatar

Yelp
Variety of adult shakes - the Kentucky Cowboy is delicious balance of sweet and salty with a Bourbon kick.
google avatar

Ellen C.

Yelp
Nice casual atmosphere, good food , good service. Not too pricey which is great when on vacation and are eating out a lot. My boyfriend and I both got the chicken on biscuits with gravy. They were excellent!

JoAnn R.

Yelp
Very good food. Nice outside area for large groups. Good place to eat if you're shopping there.
google avatar

Daniel G.

Yelp
I was excited to try the biscuit & gravy and chicken sandwiches, but I was pretty disappointed to find out they only make the gravy with back included. I don't eat bacon, so that took most of the breakfast options away from me for meals. I order 2 eggs meal, and it was just okay. It came with a biscuit as a side, and the biscuit itself was good. The wait staff was nice, and they had the hammock area the restaurant is located was nice, but it was a little disappointing that they didn't have a no bacon option of one of the most prominent items on their menu. Not sure I will be back because of that.
google avatar

Benson F.

Yelp
Very good food and lots of it. Well worth the price. Service was excellent. Only drawback is distance from parking areas. If walking a hundred yards is a problem you probably need to be dropped off in front of this establishment.
google avatar

Latonya P.

Yelp
This BisQit right here is dense but moist buttery and ohhhhhh so delicious I don't think I've ever had a more enjoyable biscuit. It's definitely worth a stop if you're in the area. Grits are cooked southern style with heavy cream not water and real stone ground grits not instant. They know how to cook a perfectly over medium egg too. The place is beach and trendy with a full bar including the 50 tv's in case you wanna catch your favorite sport! Bathrooms are clean. You definitely know you near the beach with wood plank construction very raw and unassuming but welcoming. The staff very friendly and full of suggestions which is great when you're a newbie. Our waitress in particular was super friendly even suggesting dinner options for later that day. They are quick to serve and check on you frequently. We'll definitely stop here again when back in town

Kael W.

Yelp
I ordered the House Burger. Which features braised pork belly at a premium of about $3 to comparable burgers. However, the pork belly seemed negligible towards the flavor of the burger. I felt there was very little on the sandwich for the $3 extra it cost. The quality of the ingredients were good and it was still a pretty solid burger. I was just disappointed that I wasn't able to distinguish the flavor profile of the pork belly. The staff was very friendly and the service was great. Being located at the heart of the Hammock Shops provides an excellent atmosphere and overall feel of the establishment.
