Great food, reasonable price. I came around 16:30 and the staff told me the restaurant is closed but they can still provide certain dishes. I ordered a rice with chicken, an eggplant appetizer and a beer. The food is tasty and the total cost is 22 euro.

Staff is very friendly, helpful and speak good English. Food is overall really delicious. We especially recommend Panelle, Caponata di Melanzane and and pasta dish. Millefogue unfortunately wasn’t very good. We paid for 3 people 61eur.

Based on a trusted travel guide recommendation, we sought out Bisso Bistrot—and it exceeded expectations in every way. Perfectly located at the Quattro Canti, it offers an authentic Sicilian experience far from the typical tourist traps. It was excellent on both of our visits—lunch and dinner. We enjoyed great pasta, fish, salad and soup that were simply outstanding—dishes that felt genuinely homemade, reminiscent of traditional family cooking. The cuisine stays true to Sicilian roots, with thoughtful reinterpretations that remain accessible and honest. Prices are more than reasonable, especially considering the location (and quality, of course) Service is excellent. The staff was consistently friendly, fast, and helpful, even though we don’t speak Italian. Despite not having a reservation, we were accommodated at the narrow bar along the wall, and the experience remained impeccable. This looks like a place where locals and informed travelers alike gather. Do consider booking in advance—it gets busy for good reason.

Pasta was just okay, mediocre I would say I totally recommend to try the salad with eggplant - not necessary here, it just a very nice local dish The cheese thing will be left without comments I do not understand the plastic plates, but it looks like a thing here in Palermo In total, place is nice to check, it’s quite aesthetic inside

Came without a reservation for dinner and were lucky enough to get a table! An amazing local restaurant. Fresh homemade pasta! And everything tastes great! Fair prices. Definitely a must visit

Very nice, quiet bistro on the otherwise very crowded Via Maqueda, much appreciated by locals. Delicious espresso, very nice service. When I'm in Palermo again, I'll definitely be back!

We had a long drive, were very hungry and stopped in for breakfast. We were recommended this place by the owners we stayed with. Great location, we were served in a friendly manner. Unfortunately the breakfast leaves much to be desired. The price to quality ratio is disappointing. This is not my first visit to Italy but my first to Palermo and I do not recommend this place.

Delicious food and great prices. Top quality ingredients and flavourful food. We sat outside which has lovely views if the nearby buildings. The caponata mad busatine were delicious. White wine great too.cant wait to visit again!
