The choice of the restaurant was based on feedback, my friend and I were vacationing in the Socha valley, and decided to have dinner, when we arrived at the restaurant, no one was waiting for us, and we waited for 5 minutes until the first person appeared and escorted us to a table, when we asked for a wine list, the waiter left and when he returned He said that he had not found the wine list , when I unwrapped the cloth napkin , I found that it was dirty , it was no longer pleasant, they ordered cold and hot snacks , I asked for olive oil , salt and pepper , because it was not on the tables .
When choosing the main dishes, everything turned out to be difficult, there were only three to choose from, wild boar, fish (and not local trout) although the waiter tried long and hard to prove to us that she was from a local fishmonger, I ordered a burger from the children's menu, and my friend ordered a duck, which was very tough and chewed poorly, a burger it was standard - breaded chicken meat , lettuce leaves , ketchup and mayonnaise , the bread was very greasy in butter , I don 't understand at all how you can offer it to children ? My friend did not eat the duck, the waiter came and asked if it was possible to take away an almost untouched dish , without even asking if she liked the dish or not , and my friend also ordered a burger, the air conditioner was on in the hall , but it was cold, I asked the waiter for a glass of tequila to keep warm , but unfortunately she did not drink it. The tequila was served in an old - fashion glass , without salt and lemon .
Desserts are a whole other story. We ordered one traditional Slovenian dessert and another, but the most interesting thing was that when the waiter brought them, he said the chef wasn't local and still hadn't learned how to make them properly. It was a shock! I don't recommend this place; it feels like the reviews are fake!
