Bistro 9:45

Excellent food and fantastic service. We were a couple who shared a date and they were so kind to let us share the dishes so we could try as much as possible. Full stars and very recommendable its original food from the region. No fusion just really good ingredients very well made ! Yum yum yum :)

A truly superb experience. A small, ambitious menu with something for everyone. The service was exemplary and the food was stunning. Beautifully balanced with excellent local wine selections. And all this with a mountain view. I wish we'd eaten here earlier so that we could come back again.

A fantastic experience and a top choice for anyone in search of creativity and technical perfection on the plate. We tried the tasting menu, which Chef Erik crafted based on our preferences – I highly recommend giving him a few hints and then just letting him surprise you. The food was thoughtfully composed, harmoniously balanced in flavor, and so refined that we wouldn’t have changed a thing. Each course was paired with a perfectly selected wine, further elevating the experience. Chef Erik personally introduced each course and wine, adding a personal touch and a genuine sense of dedication to his guests. A truly memorable experience I wholeheartedly recommend to all lovers of fine dining.

The service at Bistro 9:45 is excellent! Both waiters are were exceptionally friendly, fast with service, and made us laugh. The food was delicious. We shared the poached pork and roast beef and both types of meat were super tender - the carrot pure and creamed potato was soo tasty. I would highly recommend Bistro 9:45.

Amazing experience at the bistro. Menu is quite enticing, we had the trout sashimi as a starter, very well balanced, the cauliflower, super tasty, loved the almond crumble, and the venison, it was a tad overcooked for my taste but very flavourful. Service was super attentive and kind. Ambiance is very beautiful with nice views of the mountains. Loved the experience!

A nice place with friendly staff, to have something a bit more special, with local ingredients and good combinations. Especially the starter and dessert were very very good. Things that can be improved: better acoustics in the room, some potatoes or fries with the main dish, and the rib-eye could be a bit more medium-rare (instead of medium+). Overall still a very good restaurant and would definitely recommend to go here. I would recommend to make a reservation as well.

Wow! 🤩 one of the best meals I’ve ever had I had the trout and ricotta ravioli and the trout main course. Both were absolutely exceptional and extremely well balanced and delicious. The fish was sourced locally and tasted so fresh. The service was outstanding too and the views were fantastic. I recommend this restaurant to everyone. I’m sure it will get a Michelin star soon as they absolutely deserve it. ❤️🗻💕👌

We couldn’t decide where to eat for our final night in Bovec and stumbled across Bistro 9:45 online and decided to book due to its amazing reviews. We managed to get a last minute reservation, and despite some confusion with the reservation (and a very busy restaurant), the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us - and proved worth of each 5* review. The food was out of this world incredible - some of the best we have ever had. The service from Miha made the experience unforgettable, with descriptions for each course and suggestions for drinks. This paired with the stunning views made for the perfect evening and one we will always remember as a couple. Thank you so much Miha & the rest of the team. **Also to note that gratuity can only be left in cash - important because the staff really deserve it**
