Overall satisfied with the food and drinks. The service was okay, a bit slow for the amount of employees.
To start off, the line was fairly long so it's definitely understandable for a 5-10 min wait.
My order:
2x Avocado toasts ( they did run out of toast so I substituted for a croissant instead )
2x Large ice lattes, one decaf the other regular (non-dairy milk)
The hot food came out within minutes, which I patiently waited for the ice drinks. Ice drinks are supposed to be much quicker, in case someone reading this doesn't know,
It's (syrup if asked for) 2-3 shots of espresso on the bottom layer, ice, milk top. Literally the espresso is the only thing that take seconds to pour, no frothing of milk since it was iced. Yet I see other people that order 10 mins behind me receive there drinks. I go up to the lady making the sandwiches and ask kindly how much longer for the drinks? She said there coming, mind you this is already at 18 mins. At around the 20 min mark, I go up to who I believe was the supervisor or manager in their bistro and explain the situation. By the end I was already ready to walk out as the food was getting cold, I just asked for a refund.
The reason they deserve the 3 stars is from the resolution, she wrote down my receipt checking number for a refund and provided the drinks.
I would come back here as the coffee and food was actually great. If their were anything to suggest maybe organizing a system to receive and delete tickets. As I believe my drink order ticket was lost somehow or accidentally trashed which left me hanging their for close to 30 mins which I stayed patient for around 20 mins, not ideal when you have reservations elsewhere.
