Bistro Bardot

We wanted to try this place... For a long time now. The bistro is placed inside the hotel. Nice interior. The food was also nice but nothing more. We took the mix plate (14 euros I think) : Vegan Curry wurst, very small portion of bugrul salad and half a wrap. We had a hard time finishing the food... because we didn't enjoy it. The texture of the sausage was weird... The burgul salad was nice and the wrap was cold and ok. For dessert we had a cake which was sooooo dry... we couldn't finish it. The service was ok. The girls were nice... But we didn't feel like we could approach them even to say that the cake was inedible for us...

I would definitely recommend Bardot :) even if you are not vegetarian or vegan. My wife and I got married there and loved it! It was so hard finding a decent place after the ceremony, but Bardot turned out to be perfect! We are not even vegetarian nor vegan, but we loved the food and the service won us over! Kantalo, the restaurant chef and manager, attended to our needs and really listened to us, creating a menu that pleased all 30 pallets! Ester was incredibly nice and did above and beyond for us, she even decorated the entire restaurant on her behalf, inside and out! You could see she pays attention to the smallest of details. The outside area was so great because it was one of the first sunny days of the year, which we got to enjoy thanks to them, which made us feel like we were in our own backyard :)

Amazing Synday brunch buffet, complemented with a very friendly staff. Would recommend any day.

Food is ok, and for being all vegetarian and vegan, it's pretty tasty. But the price is the real killer here. Even with hot drinks included, there's no way this place is worth 19 Euros (on Saturday) or 25 Euros (on Sunday) for their brunch offerings. The best part? Both days seem to have the exact same offering despite the price difference. If the prices were more reasonable, it would absolutely be a place I'd go to more often. The atmosphere is great, they have a nice outdoor seating area, and as I said the food is good. But it's just too darn expensive for what you get.

For the price I expected more. €25 for a brunch buffet in Berlin is expensive and I was ready to be dazzled. The food is good, not great and the choices are fair not amazing and certainly not worth €25. The service was pleasent, but again nothing remarkable. My husband brought me here for my birthday (at my request) and we both left feeling very underwhelmed. What can I say I'm disappointed and with those prices I'm surprised it has survived (it's attached to a hotel so I guess that's how). Plenty of other great options around and are half the price.

Was really excited to eat here as the vegetarian tapas described on the website sounded wonderful - made a booking in advance for 8pm after researching what food was available in the area for a special occasion. Turned up and was told that they do not serve evening food. Very disappointing. Should make website more clear.

This restaurant is an absolutely amazing place with really good service, the waiter here knows what he's doing and how to do it. The meals are stunning and so tasty that literally everything we had here could be recommended. It's nice to have some better vegetarian dining experience than all the normal ones in Berlin. This is a nice place if you want to go for some nice dinner in a good location

Service was beyond horrendous. The restaurant was empty and the server made us feel completely unwelcome. The food was mediocre but the server with a center nose piercing was beyond rude. Due to feeling sick (FYI feeling sick was NOT related to the food there) and being unimpressed with our experience we decided to end our meal abruptly and asked for the check. The server rolled her eyes, scoffed, and muttered something under her breath while taking our plates away. We then waited and watched her continue to clean and sit around behind the bar for 30 minutes. We tried so hard to be patient and polite, but eventually I had to confront her at the bar...insert an award deserving eye roll from her...and then five minutes later we received our bill. I have a physical disability and use crutches to walk so I was very unappreciative when I had to approach her when she was clearly visiting, talking, and delivering bills to other tables. I very much plan on speaking with management so I'll try to give an update.

Beautiful atmosphere, stylish interior design, extremely kind and caring service, delicious food! A real treat, not only for vegetarians/vegans. As an absolute bread lover I'm very excited about the beautiful tasty variety of bread with dip, oil and salt that they serve. The food is creative and full of exciting flavor. I'll definitely come here often and would recommend anyone else to do the same!

Terrible place. Can not make normal latte macchiato. Instead, two cups with instant coffee that tastes like ditch water.

Love this place, real food at a fair price! If you never had vegan food before, you must try it here. It will change the way you see the vegan lifestyle... It certainly gave me hope that I will be able to contribute to this planet by not eating any meat AND still have the option to enjoy meals the way I used to.

We were at Bistro Bardot last night. We had an 8:15 reservation and we were not seated until 8:30. We got our menus and then the waiter forgot about us. The service, when we finally received it, was extremely slow. It took quite awhile to receive our first course. The food was good; but service extremely poor.
