Bistro Casanova

We had a great experience from the moment we walked in. Michael at the bar was amazing. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Our server Riley could not have provided a more seamless dinner service. The food was delicious! Mahalos to Chef Bacay and the entire Bistro Casanova team!

Great Italian and Mediterranean cuisine. Real Italian Chef and Owner. Tapas change each week. The Paella is delicious!. The gluten-free pasta is as good as "real" pasta. Happy hour pizza and drinks were also fun. Can be a great night out OR great pre flight dinner in Kahului before departure.

Don't usually get to go out to nicer places between work and living this life I live. So bistro Casanova did NOT I say did NOT disappoint. I get a bit anxious around a lot of people and this place was busy that Thursday evening. But I found my table and the waitress took my drink order right away and in a couple of minutes came back to take everyone's food order. Service was superb. I even ordered and inhaled dessert! So good! We were a table with separate checks for each and our waitress was a seasoned pro. Settling the check went so smoothly. I will be back!

Small and quaint atmosphere; not overly crowded.Delicious food and conveniently located directly across from the Maui Beach hotel. Will definitely be back when visiting!

We were disappointed to be seated at a side bar table even though the restaurant was not busy. It was disheartening to feel singled out based on our nationality. Furthermore, we were informed that there were no available reservations for 1.5 hours, but we were able to secure a booking within 15 minutes through their website. Additionally, after waiting for our meal for 10 minutes, we observed the manager seat another couple who did not have a reservation, which left us feeling overlooked. We hope that in the future, all guests are treated with equal respect and fairness regardless of their background.

A rare gem tucked away under an office building in Kahalui, Casanova Bistro consistently serves up fresh seafood, amazing tapas, crafty cocktails, and Italian entrees.

First time visiting this establishment and was pleasantly surprised. Atmosphere had a soothing feeling to it as well as a nice decor. We sat at the bar and both bartendresses had a friendly demeanor and prompt service. I had the Pineapple/Mango Mojito. This was the main reason for the overall 4 stars as this drink had no taste whatsoever. I bartended and waitressed in Las Vegas and made Red Orange, Raspberry Mojito's and more. Never had a Mango or Pineapple. Was disappointed but the bartender did add more Pineapple to sweeten my drink but it didn't taste any better. We ordered the Caesar Salad, Fettuccine Alfredo and Blackened Ahi Tuna. All very tasty. Overall, highly recommend Bistro Casanova.

A great place to dine - a bit upscale, but still a great casual vibe too. My son & his girlfriend got engaged hours before this, and it was one of the few places nearby that was still open at 740pm. They comp'd the drink for Becca, and gave us plenty of privacy to reflect on the big event. The food was all very good. Just a little below 5 stars, but affordable and a great value for the price. For example, I had Surf & Turf for only $48! And it was delish! My son & his finace are gluten-free, and our server found items that they enjoyed. My wife enjoyed her meal as well. Good drink options too! Definitely worth the visit- whether celebrating an engagement or having a wonderful dinner on Maui!
