By far best food we had in Puerto Rico! Great food, great personality, great value! The flavors are so different but AMAZING! It's all cooked fresh and tastes great! A MUST if you are in Fajardo and/or the Bioluminescent Bay. YOU'VE GOTTA TRY IT!!

This place is amazing! I loved the fact that they will modify the recipe and items for veggie lovers on the spot. Appreciate the time it takes to get your food. Keep up the good work. Will definitely visit when I return to Puerto Rico. We had stuffed yuca with veggies, stuff plantains with veggies and vegetable empanadas. Glad to see they had kale available! The pics don't really show the love because it was dark. Please stop by if you're in town!

I saw this place on Google Maps and it had almost all 5 stars with 22 contributions so I couldn't wait to try it. Boy was I disappointed. I walked past it a bunch of times looking for a restaurant, but it is more of a pitched food truck. There are (were) only two tables and about 10 chairs, so you have to stand. That's still not bad if the food is really good, which this was not. The food was EXTREMELY salty, and the empanadas (turnovers) that we ordered were soaked in oil. I was there with some other diners and we mentioned that. I think the lady overheard us because for the rest of the night, she just kept saying how much she "loved" her empanadas. Well, that made only her. Would I recommend this place? Nope. But maybe she just had an off night.

Steak and Chicken Mofongo were excellent! Hands down best meal we have eaten in Puerto Rico! Home fries were also good, they had a sweet mayo type of sauce and complimented the mofongo. Dont miss this stop!

Absolutely incredible food! I'm a vegetarian and it's hard to find good options in Puerto Rico but Bistro Del Mar caters to vegetarians and the meat lovers like my husband. It's only a short walk from El Conquistador if you cut through the marina. The mofongo was soooo good. The best meal I've had in PR by far!!

Paid 14 dollars for 2 groupe tacos from a food truck, which is the most expensive tacos in my life, been waiting in the dark rainy night for 45 minutes!!! For an to go order Only two tacos!!! Then when arrived at hotel, there was NO tacos at all, I only got pineapple veggies🤬 Not the fish taco I’ve been craving for, nor even could I see a piece of meat. SO DISAPPOINTED!

This just wasn't a good experience. We had really high hopes per the other reviews. We ordered a few dishes to-go. They didn't seem all that busy. After almost 2hrs of waiting, and watching others who ordered after is receive their food, we finally left. There was no sense of urgency, apology, effort, etc... Not even a "hey, we're about 2 hours out right now" (which would have been great to know). We were just in waiting limbo which led to a hangry situation. It seemed like their little truck is just too small for their style of cooking, as they were producing about 1 order every 5 mins or so. No idea how the food is. Hope it's worth the wait.
