Fantastic spot next to Chapel Street for donuts, cinnamon buns, coffee and toasties. Recommended the creme brûlée donut and Cubano toasted sandwich with an iced latte!

Loaded donuts are loaded donuts to me, often a bit overkill. The Original Glazed Donut and Cinnamon Scroll are very yummy, as well as the cookies. I shared a Reuben toastie once and that was also great. Not terrible, just not my first choice for dessert!

I’ve ordered from Bistro Morgan a few times in the past, and today I finally stopped by the shop in person. I just have to say — the customer service has always been excellent! Their chocolate chip cookies and cinnamon scrolls are absolutely delicious. Whether ordering online or visiting in person, it’s always been a great experience. Highly recommend! 😊

Gorgeous coffee and donut spot, especially as a pick me up on a Sunday morning. If you are looking for donuts that aren’t overly sweet I recommend having the biscoff one!

What a delightful experience. First time visit and certainly will now become my favourite. Service was first class and engaging. The coffee was best in the area with such a wide choice of delicious food.. Had a scroll and could certainly of had another. So light and tasty.

Delightful lunch at Bistro Windsor. Enjoyed two perfectly made toasties paired with excellent coffee – fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. The casual vibe and quality ingredients make it a standout spot in Windsor for a quick, yummy bite. Highly recommend!

Some of the best donuts I've ever had. The dough texture is soft, buttery, yet somehow fluffy and flakey? They are a good size- not too big that they make you feel sick. All the flavours are well thought out, are very well presented and are generously topped and/or filled. We had (from top left moving clockwise) Creme Brulee Vegan Apple Chai Bruno Mars Cookie Monster Kit Kat Gold Biscoff Biscoff and cookie monster were NEXT LEVEL. Highly highly recommend. The others were very good, but nothing in comparison. Overall the standard of donut though is very high, and I can't wait to go back and try more flavours. Cafe ambience and decor is also pleasant and staff are friendly.

I love Bistro Morgan's unique doughnuts! They are so creative and interactive with customers. I got the Toblerone Syringe doughnut that had Toblerone pieces, couverture chocolate, sugar coated brioche doughnut and a chocolate-hazelnut syringe! I was able to squeeze all the chocolate sauce into my doughnut myself and it was so fun and tasty! My friend had the cookie butter doughnut that she absolutely loved as well! This is an iconic shop to visit if you're in Melbourne in Windsor area!

There's a lot to like about this place. It's simple, unpretentious decor, a new menu every week and a great range of sweet treats. We only tried the donuts but found the flavours were creative and carefully thought out. Donuts are soft, fluffy and fresh! At $5.50 each they sit at a pretty good price point compared with similar places. Really impressed! Be warned: 1. despite the crazy flavours they aren't sickly like some other places so you can easily eat two or three at once. 2. They sell out pretty quickly (and rightfully so), make sure you get there early!

Great while it lasted! 15 year old Morgan from Camberwell Grammar started his business last year and sells to some local cafes around Toorak and Prahran. The doughnut options were tasty, light and fluffy. It's great to see someone so young having the enthusiasm to create a business and follow it through!
