Bistro Mornar

Definitely one of the best fish restaurants I have been to. Cold fish appetizers were fantastic and so were the fresh grilled fish. Recommended (but I also suggest to book in advance a table indoor, as the outdoor could be very hot and populated with famelic pigeons)

Best lunch in our one week trip in Croatia! And even if filled calamari was tasty, fish soup delicious - you have to choose here fish of the day. Grilled fish which was cought in the morning, with mussels, calamari, small pieces of tuna and swiss chard as a side will let you try so many different things which this bistro has to offer - and it is worth to try all of them! Great place, great dish 😃

Exceptional cooking and great ingredients. Medium sized restaurant with a homey, rustic feel. Our waiter was serving with charm and eloquence in multiple languages, happy to explain traditional Croatian preferences. He cleared 4 dishes, settings for 3, cups, bottles, and garbage in one go! Highly recommend the homemade pasta with shrimp, but everything was amazing. Coming from the USA, the prices were very reasonable.

4 nights in Rijeka and for dinners here! The food is good. Fish is always fresh. Great prices too for generous servings. It’s always full. Don’t go too late if you want to find a place. We basically tried almost every fish based dish in the list. Very good service.

One of the BEST tuna steaks we ever had - cooked to perfection! Also all other (seafood) dishes at the table were very tasty. Staff was friendly and attentive. Price excellent for the delicious food and drinks we had.

This really is a great place to eat. The meals are cooked very well and the waiters are really good. We had a cola, glass of white wine, a tuna steak and shrimp risotto and finished with a shared Croatian pastry. Very tasty. Paid 37 euros. It's a busy place and we know why.

Recommended by my hotel and it was good! Nice atmosphere inside and good selection on the menu. Seafood is fresh and service is good too.
