As usual, the food was great, definitely recommend the Chef's salad, either as an appetiser or side salad, but unfortunately service is still lacking.
My escargot appetiser was beautifully cooked and the imported baby back spare ribs were surprisingly filling when accompanied by the Chef's salad. Washed down with a cold beer byt no room for dessert. 😓

The pizza is made from pre-made bases, not very tasty. It was a Napoli pizza, and the anchovies were barely noticeable. But the food at other tables looked fantastic, so maybe this just not a pizza place.

- Dinner absolutely don’t recommend. Too much for what you take. Too expensive for the quality
- Pizza crush is mass production frozen type
- Chicken is dry and not warm, waiting 1hr for a room temperature really brought me a concern ?
Again. For new customers and old customer who have eaten here for 5 years. There must be something wrong either new chef or new management. Red flag 🚩 when you come to your favorite restaurant: they changed the menu :)).

Had breakfast and dinner there after being in Vietnam for a couple of weeks. Was amazing to eat western food that's not common over here. The staff are super nice and friendly the food is delicious 10/10.
Its a bit more expensive than local food but still cheaper than prices back home. Well worth it if your homesick.

Bistro 9 offers French cuisine that remains authentic, without being modified to suit Vietnamese taste preferences. If you're accustomed to Western dishes, which often have more subtle, natural flavors, this restaurant won't disappoint.
I particularly enjoyed the steak, which was perfectly cooked and flavorful.
The dessert was the perfect finishing touch, complementing the main course.

Cute place, colorful and full of plants. Great menu with a large wine selection. I enjoyed eggs benedict and apple juice the eggs were half ham half bacon. My boyfriend had the blue cheese burger and kale and kiwi smoothie he was keen on the burger. The staff are efficient and attentive with fast service and the owner is friendly and lovely.
