Bistro Nine

As usual, the food was great, definitely recommend the Chef's salad, either as an appetiser or side salad, but unfortunately service is still lacking. My escargot appetiser was beautifully cooked and the imported baby back spare ribs were surprisingly filling when accompanied by the Chef's salad. Washed down with a cold beer byt no room for dessert. 😓

High quality, flavorful French food. Great steaks, sandwiches, and breakfasts. The burger is filling and delicious with added bacon. Bread is always fresh and the service always good. Good for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Good before 2025, bad after Lunar new year 2025 Come here for dessert and white wine and rose, not red - Came at 7, main dish arrived at 8pm - Dinner absolutely don’t recommend. Too much for what you take. Too expensive for the quality - Pizza crush is mass production frozen type - Chicken is dry and not warm, waiting 1hr for a room temperature really brought me a concern ? Again. For new customers and old customer who have eaten here for 5 years. There must be something wrong either new chef or new management. Red flag 🚩 when you come to your favorite restaurant: they changed the menu :)).

Bistro 9 offers French cuisine that remains authentic, without being modified to suit Vietnamese taste preferences. If you're accustomed to Western dishes, which often have more subtle, natural flavors, this restaurant won't disappoint. I particularly enjoyed the steak, which was perfectly cooked and flavorful. The dessert was the perfect finishing touch, complementing the main course.

We came for dinner and it took about an hour to get our food cooked. Beef tartar and wine are good. Chicken was super dry, seems like it was not freshly cooked (for the price of 350k), pizza felt like defrosted. In general very poor quality for a very high price. I don’t recommend

Cute place, colorful and full of plants. Great menu with a large wine selection. I enjoyed eggs benedict and apple juice the eggs were half ham half bacon. My boyfriend had the blue cheese burger and kale and kiwi smoothie he was keen on the burger. The staff are efficient and attentive with fast service and the owner is friendly and lovely.

Everything was brilliant and perfect … surprised to the see word organic in veggies and wines .. loved the way they use paper takeaway and paper straws .. good education and environmental awareness … my lamb shank was amazing .. and I got the biggest piece .. lamb had no weird smells .. perfectly cooked .. I dint mind waiting longer for food .. cause I know it is being done with proper care .. then I had a beef lasagne .. very generous of the beef and came sizzling bubbly hot :: .. then I ordered a garlic bread .. very creative and delicious .. next came my chocolate eclair .. tasted good .. my jasmine tea with ginger was a first one for me so so excited to fall in love with Asian teas with ginger .: .: oh by the way I feel everything is an art here .. choice of glasses and food presentations and wall paintings were eye catching .. I found heaven on a hot humid day in vang tau.. food heaven … I had a cute dog to be my friend in the private cellar .. with was aircondioned properly .. keeping the wines ok.. in the heat of Vietnam .. oh I was such in such a good mood from the staff and boss .. I had teo proper sapphire tonics with lemon and a Belgium beer .. by the way I heard there is a discount on take away wines .. !!!! Highly recommend .. if you want proper food near the beach .. yawning .. got a hail a grab get back to my room and sleep after this meal .. ate too much .. oh I forgot to mention. I had freshly made juices without sugar .. I got everything. I ever wanted in a restaurant thx bistro staff for this honorable experience .. i forgot to mention the food was not salty .. cheeses were exceptional quality …

Very helpful staffs. Open atmosphere. Delicious and reasonable meal. Especial the pizzas full of topping and cheese at around 200k. Right after you eat, you could feel how generous the owner is hehe. 2 persons-700k- foods + drink FYI.
