Nothing to worry home about. Soups are plain and flavorless. Tons of junk food and sweets. This should change to reflect a much healthier menu. Also, the prices here are unreasonably high.

Have to say.. for a Hospital cafeteria they got it all. Lots of pastries.. salads and lattes.. open 24hrs. Very Clean. Service was friendly. Comes in handy in a pinch (when ya gotta be in the emergency room). Patient says the cupcake is "very good." can't beat it.

Food can be pretty great, but I've noticed something interesting with the afternoon shift employees. They often seem pretty unhappy, looking like they'd rather be anywhere but at work. On the flip side, the morning shift folks usually have a much better vibe. They’re more upbeat and ready to connect with each other. This difference in how they feel really changes the whole atmosphere at work.

The service was terrible and there was basically no inventory available because everything i asked for, which was half the stuff on the menu, wasn’t there. It is frustrating because i visited that location multiple days in a row only to find that the basic items were out of stock each time. The supervisor angie/angela was especially rude and I haven’t received such disrespectful treatment anywhere else.

This place is so-so, I rather it when Au Bon Pain was in the hospital. Northwell shouldn’t have gotten rid of it. The chicken & rice was $20 and I couldn’t eat it, the rice smelled of bell peppers and the chicken was chewy.

Guy works at sandwich station Sunday morning 7am 23 November was so rude, seems very unhappy with the job, was racist towards the brown people, i asked him to make a omelette he look at me like i ask him for his kidney, was giving me expressions that he doesn’t want to see a brown person, was so rude ,management please look at it its not good for the reputation of northwell, cashiers are so nice, If we are paying these high prices we should get proper service and professional staff If you don’t like what you doing just quit and give a job to more deserving person

I am regular customer and the employees are so slow making drinks talking on cell phone. When they mess up all shift they give out free things. I see employees like edwin and talia taking food home with out paying. The manager tony is rude to employees by marco managing them.

I came into the Bistro in the very late evening early morning while my husband was in the ER waiting for testing and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. I forgot my glasses at home and could not read the food labels because I need to be careful of my salt intake. The very nice lady behind the counter went out of her way to show me foods and sandwiches that were fresh and low in salt. The place was very clean and I was impressed with the staff.

OK quality food but the workers are rude and unprofessional. Especially the overnight ones. They had a worker, working while she was sick. When I said something to the manager, she asked if I was going to do her job and if I was going to pay her time and a half. She said it was allergies but she was def sick.
