"Bistro Sixteen82 has one of the most gorgeous settings in a city packed with them. One side of the restaurant opens out onto the Steenberg vineyards—founded all the way back in 1682—and the other positions you in full view of mighty Table Mountain. It's the perfect place to have a glass of wine, a light meal, or “brekkies,” as they often call breakfast here. Entry to the simple but beautifully designed restaurant takes you past the winery, and its jaw-dropping chandelier made of 2,700 green and red resin oval shapes resembling grapes, whetting your appetite for what lies ahead. Open for breakfast, lunch, and early evening tapas."

Best experience ever! Our lunch was awesome. So delicious from starters to main dish to dessert. Our host, Elaine, has been fantastic. The atmosphere and views are great. We will definitely come back.

A melting pot of gourmet tapas - definitely worth a visit! Influenced by many international cuisines, small dishes with great sauces are served here. Ultra-modern ambience in the huge Steenberg winery. Comfortable seating next to the dining room. Nice and modern architecture.

Oh my, this experience was amazing. We had a dinner here on monday, and the tapas menu vibe is amazing, allowing you to try a few different meals. I had the oysters, prawns, pork, and beef carpaccio. All were delicious and the waitress was on point and very attentive

The food was stunning . The pork belly was bursting with flavour . We also ordered the yellow tail fish and it was also scrumptious. The atmosphere was quite ‘high energy’ on the day we visited because it was raining so all patrons were inside and given the time of year the place was packed . The environment was still cosy - we sat near the wine cellar. The service was impeccable- our waitress was warm and her service was top notch . I am coming back soon .

Visited the place for business purpose and had a wonderful food & wine pairing experience. On top of that the restaurant is situated on the beautiful Steenberg Wine Estate. Both the food and the Wines were awesome!

An absolute gem. From front of house to finishing touches on your plate, it's all a smile every time we visit. Was a bit nervous seeing Crispy Baked Brie with Popping candy, citrus gel, goat’s cheese mouse on the menu imagining a vulgar American monstrosity, but was proven so utterly wrong with the most elegant, fun and delicious starter I seriously considered ordering one for desert as well.
