Bistro Soleiado

The service started off slow, and we poured our own wine. The staff wasn't attentive. Our server came to the table twice during our visit. They forgot our order and blamed it on the busboy. Good service could have made up for a bad meal, and bad service ruined what could have been a good meal. We asked for the check after sitting for over forty-five minutes, then left hungry.

A superb restaurant. Very good French food. High quality food, very comfortable atmosphere with no pretentiousness. Last year we visited 4 times and had breakfast lunch and dinner. I also stopped in 3 times just for a "pan au chocolate". An awesome delight in a sea of relative mediocrity.

If you're looking for a good steak in Mexico, this place has them. The service was appropriate. Never felt rushed. Nice touch to have music in the evening

This is the place you want to be in. You will be right at home. Great atmosphere, soothing music, the host is actually the owner: this is how down to earth he is & like promised for their great service I would brag to the world about them. Woooo hooooooo Great great great simply great

We had dinner at Bistro Soleiado a few nights ago and enjoyed the food but the BEST brunch we've had in Ixtapa is by far this restaurant. They have fresh pastries to begin the meal but also have an assortment of fruits, traditional Mexican, American (eggs and bacon), and French entrees. The food was incredible! We will be back here every morning for the rest our vacation in Ixtapa.

Went here twice. First time we had a group of thirteen-marginal service. I still tipped although i suspect, some in our party did not. Tried it again tonight, 1/22/25, party of two. Wasn’t busy, we had the same waiter- we each had a glass of wine—-not offered any more, had to ask for bread basket, even as everyone around us for theirs. Service and attentiveness=awful. Won’t be going back.

Decent place. Not too fancy. Food tasted good.

This was a nice restaurant with good food and reasonable prices. I had the tuna steak which was perfectly cooked to my request and bathed in a wonderful orange sauce and just a little bit of spice. The vegetables were cooked just perfectly and nicely seasoned with a bit of salt and a touch of butter. For dessert we tried the chocolate mousse in and the apple turnover. Both were lovely. I would definitely recommend this place.
