Bistro Soleiado

Food: Great food. Very good Italian food option in Ixtapa. All foods feel authentic. We ordered Red Snapper and Mahi Mahi fish filled and ravioli and Calamari. All are great. Desserts are good. Service: Service is good. No complaints on that. Ambiance: Good ambiance.

If you're looking for a good steak in Mexico, this place has them. The service was appropriate. Never felt rushed. Nice touch to have music in the evening

This is the place you want to be in. You will be right at home. Great atmosphere, soothing music, the host is actually the owner: this is how down to earth he is & like promised for their great service I would brag to the world about them. Woooo hooooooo Great great great simply great

This was a nice restaurant with good food and reasonable prices. I had the tuna steak which was perfectly cooked to my request and bathed in a wonderful orange sauce and just a little bit of spice. The vegetables were cooked just perfectly and nicely seasoned with a bit of salt and a touch of butter. For dessert we tried the chocolate mousse in and the apple turnover. Both were lovely. I would definitely recommend this place.

The service started off slow, and we poured our own wine. The staff wasn't attentive. Our server came to the table twice during our visit. They forgot our order and blamed it on the busboy. Good service could have made up for a bad meal, and bad service ruined what could have been a good meal. We asked for the check after sitting for over forty-five minutes, then left hungry.

It's probably the best restaurant in Ixtapa / Zihuatanejo. We started with pulpo carpachio and a Ceasars salad. Followed by dinner, I had the tuna steak, my wife had the mussels, our host had the pork loin all were extremely good if not excellent! We have visited all the high-end restaurants in our 20+ years of coming to Z, and this one tops them all.

Consistent quality and service. We come several times a week for breakfast. FRESH squeezed jugo. It’s a little more expensive than some breakfast joints but totally worth it. We can always count on fresh fish for dinner.

A hidden trove in ixtapas food paradise. It serves mixed Mediterranean, french cuisine and is very well done. Staff was friendly. Food was scrumptious.. Ambience pleasant.

Of all the restaurants in Zihuatanejo, this place was our favorite for breakfast and dinner. Great service and reasonable prices for USA standards and quality of food.

I've been wanting to try this place out but my original plan I had intentions to stop at another place close by. After walking by I decided to stop in. The patio area seating is encircled with plant barrier to keep you away from general viewing and is quite cute. The menu is a variety of items from French, Italian dishes all look to be good and a good wine selection. This evening I went with the clam linguine's and a glass of Italian Pinot Noir from a fresh opened bottle. You definitely get your money's worth on the linguine. The only drawback is sometimes there are cats that come around so that maybe a turn off for some folks other maybe not so much. Regardless, its definitely a place to add to your list of places to eat here in Ixtapa.

Everything about soleiado is great. Ambience, food, service and entertainment. We always frequent when in ixtapa. Will continue in the future.

Nice ambiance but the portion of food was small, the veggie soup had so little broth they were half submerged in a giant bowl. Glad I got that since the Napolitana I ordered to have a bunch of veggies had barely a mouthful of them, and was also a sparse amount. In some ways it is good there was not so much food, since I have the runs the day after. I know it was this food since I intermittent fast and have had nothing to eat. Also everyone at our table asked repeatedly for water and was never brought. I had to go to the bar and practically do it myself.

Great Italian place with cool ambiance. Table-flamed crème brûlée was a highlight for us. Some good.

La pasamos súper y definitivamente regresaremos. -- Aside from the fact that the food was delicious, the service was SPLENDID! Everyone on staff were incredibly nice and attentive to our needs. Julio's recommendations were ON POINT! We had the melon with prosciutto, the Caesar salad WITH ANCHOVIES, Risotto with mushrooms PLUS SHRIMP, and the Escargot was delish! The Margarita was prepared my way: mango with a touch of tamarind and it was DELICIOUS! We will definitely be back!

We had breakfast here and it was wonderful. They had Menus in English and had a English speaking waiter. The food tasted great. Took the entire family.

Exquisite surroundings inside that creates a romantic ambiance, with white twinkly lights. Flowers are seen as one walks thru the elegant patio. Food is Devine! This is the restaurant to go to for celebration of birthdays!

Great breakfast option in Ixtapa. Fresh fruit and juices. Homemade muffins and jams. Mexican and international options including chilaquiles, huevos rancheros and even eggs Benedict. I visit Ixtapa about every three months and have notice that service varies but in general is good.

Here at Soleiados tonight for the amazing food and 80's music. The restaurant is decorated and set for a great evening. Hurry here!
