Every summer we go to Bistron and it’s a great experience every time. This summer was actually slightly better than last year, much thanks to the splendid waiter. Very kind, speedy, attentive and knowledgeable – nothing to complain about really. The cocktails seem to have been updated – maybe there is a new bartender? – with contemporary ingredients such as whey, wine acids, chili oil, grilled peach etc. Nonetheless they were likeable and really tasty! The food was on fleek – everything was cooked to perfection and flavors were high. We had tuna, entrecôte, and lamb that all were delicious. The only negatives were the mussels that were a bit too spicy and bland and the outdoor heating which was way too hot. Regardless, I highly recommend Bistron.
