I love it. Breakfast, lunch or light dinner. Great place for small bites, great selection of daily offers. I had pasta with pesto and cherry tomatoes 😍😍. Elegant and modern interior with dash of industrial touch. Good wine selection. Lovely terrace in pedestrian zone, just a few minutes of main square.

Wow! What can I say other than it has become and remained my favourite locale in Zagreb. A great locale right in the heart of the city, Zagreb's famous Teslina, footsteps away from the Main Square and Cvjetni Trg. Bistroteka won me over with it's innovative, different, and delicious daily menus that change from day to day! When in Zagreb for an extended period menus get boring, but not here - and if you do want consistency then breakfast! There is NO better place for breakfast in Zagreb than here (tried all of them trust me) but best eggs in town, and a variety for breakfast. Other favourites include some of the locale's staple signature items (Roast Beef Sandwich, Broccoli and veggies with cheese [vegans], salads, and the risotto - real risotto!) alongside a good cocktail (Hugo for the win, a must try and don't bother ever ordering it anywhere else because the best one in all of Croatia is here!). Bistroteka - you can't go wrong, inside in the beautiful interior or outside on the terrace, enjoy in good company, great food and don't forget Hugo!

Fancy, overpriced, pretentious, badly-prepared food that is lacking any flavor. It looks good, but tastes like water. You can serve fancy ingredients, but you still need a chef who knows how to add flavor. Decent service though.

Great food. Upscale atmosphere. Great outdoor seating available. Daily specials. The carrot cake is sublime!

Great place in the heart of the center. The food is deicious and afortable. The very unique place where you can take tub water in a restaraunt.

We have a nice dinner with some light but tasty food. Recommended!
