Fantastic Pizza from here. €16 for a really decent size (easily enough for 2 people) and you can pick any 3 toppings. Alex is a great guy too, very friendly. I'll be back next time I'm in Madrid 😁

I found this place while my girlfriend and I were looking for a place to eat after having toured the nearby palace. It's tucked in a corner and a little hidden but it's definitely worth the trip. We found it very easily on Google maps. The owner, Alejandro, is super nice as well as informative and is ready to make suggestions. He recommended bacon, blue cheese, truffles and we added chicken and onions.... OMG it was delicious!!!! Also, the dough is hand made and he let's it "rest" for 72 hours. I HIGHLY recommend. Thanks again Alejandro,. Great job!!! We'll be back and recommend Bisu to all of our friends and family if/when they make it to Madrid.

Honestly hands done some of the best pizza I've ever had! We're from Australia and came down with a tour group to explore and look for some good food and we found this little pizza bar on google with rave reviews. We ordered a pizza with three toppings deal and if you want a tasty combo go for the championes (mushrooms), Pepperoni and Pimientos (peppers) and don't forget to ask for some chilli oil to drizzle. Pizza was thin, crispy, and really the perfect combination of ingredients. Super light, has the at home feel and just has the taste that hits your taste buds with a Hmmm damn that's good pizza. We ordered a beer and cola and tiramisu dessert and all that only cost about 23 Euro all up. Then we had a really wonderful chat with the owner and chef Alex in Spanish using our broken Spanish and google translate and he's such a lovely personality and even gave us recommendations for places to see in Spain. The staff there are wonderful and can speak english and gave all around great service and were super friendly. Highly reccomended and don't leave Madrid without trying this man's pizza. My family and I were in search for a good pizza after walking around Plaza Mayor in Madrid. This place exceeded our expectations and satisfied our cravings. The pizzas were delicious, the crust was on point - thin, crisp, crunchy that gives way to a perfectly soft interior. The toppings and sauce were well-balanced which enhanced the flavors of the crust. The owner, Alejandro, was friendly and even gave our daughter a little rubber duck as a souvenir. We also loved the messages he wrote inside the pizza boxes. We highly recommend visiting Bisu Pizza when in Madrid.

This was honestly the cutest pizzeria we could have gone to. Not by the looks but by how the pizza was made and everything that went into making it. Bisu made some suggestions, was so into his pizzas and it really showed in his food. Everything was fresh and super tasty. If you are in Madrid and are in a mood for a super quick authentic pizza, this is your joint.

Great pizza, which you can get by the slice, at a great value. Eat in or take out. Their (few) ingredients list is posted right on the wall. This is clean eating. Crust is thinner and crispy--just the way I like it. Impressive.
