Absolutely not I will not be coming back here. I ordered over the phone at 4:55pm I was told it would be 15 minutes 15 meant turned into 45 they did not start making my fool till I walked through the door and I has special request for my food they did not follow so they had to remake it 3 times and at that point I was not even interested. And my papaya smoothie was watered down because they did not give it to me right after making it the corn looks unappetizing and it tasted so sour . $30 down the drain

Bitez is a new cool street grill restaurant on Morton street. It has a decent amount of items on their menu to pick from. I chose the steak and shrimp bowl it was very fresh and delicious. I’ve moved since I’ve tried them the last time but I’m def going back soon. They’re definitely worth a try. The restaurant is small but very nicely decorated

Thank you, IG! So!, happy I found this gem! I had the tacos 🌮 the empanadas, street corn 🌽, 4 different types of wings, the churros, and 2 of their juices- passion fruit & lemonade. EVERYTHING was delicious! Would recommend and will return.

I ordered two smoothies one busted while i was putting the straw (clearly not properly closed) and they both tasted like straight milk no flavor so i asked if i could get a lemonade and she said no. I told the lady w the glasses i will buy it now they’re arguing with me about how i ordered a smoothie when all i want is to buy a new drink. i just said nevermind then they’re gonna get an attitude and say bye. horrible service and yall don’t spam english how do you work here and can’t understand a simple conversation. never coming back here please learn english

Love their food. Only thing on top the music they be talking & at times yelling too much among each other or from the front to the back & sometimes while making your plate that's a big NO for me. So I don't frequent as much as I'd like to.

Best Cubano sandwich I've had in a long long time, Also my GF needed to use the bathroom and none of the businesses around would help her out and the owner was awesome enough to let her use the one in the back. She ordered a Torta and Guava Agua Fresca thoroughly enjoyed both

This was our first time getting food from here…terrible first impression. We ordered 5 empanadas and were only given 4. We did call and a staff member said they’d be able to give us a refund for the missing empanada, so that was appreciated. Once we started eating, the chicken and cheese empanada looked off/had a weird texture, so we decided to open it and look. I can guarantee that it wasn’t chicken that was in that empanada. Whatever was inside looked/felt like something squishy and super chewy, we’re convinced it was fake or lab grown meat. The beef and cheese ones were good but there was a hair in it (obviously not our hair), so overall just not a good experience. We wouldn’t go back to Bitez unfortunately.
