Very mid experience disappointed, my daughters burger and fries was the best thing in the order. Empanada taco super greasy, rice and burrito bowl bland and rice was overcooked maybe reheated with water?

I've ordered the cubano and completo sandwiches and both were very good. I also love their fresh Tamarindo juice. Their prices are reasonable. The staff has greeted me nicely both times I've gone. The only con so far is Parking. It is usually hard to find, causing you to double park or go around several times. Besides that I would recommend to check them out.

I had been to this place several times and didn’t have a complaint. The last two time I got food. First time being delivered to my house. Both times I been disappointed. Portion are much smaller. Service was awful and the fact that no one speak English in an English community. I can’t say I will be coming back. Not to mention I was leaning toward going to Yellow door down the street. Should have stuck with my first plan.

Absolutely not I will not be coming back here. I ordered over the phone at 4:55pm I was told it would be 15 minutes 15 meant turned into 45 they did not start making my fool till I walked through the door and I has special request for my food they did not follow so they had to remake it 3 times and at that point I was not even interested. And my papaya smoothie was watered down because they did not give it to me right after making it the corn looks unappetizing and it tasted so sour . $30 down the drain

Bitez is a new cool street grill restaurant on Morton street. It has a decent amount of items on their menu to pick from. I chose the steak and shrimp bowl it was very fresh and delicious. I’ve moved since I’ve tried them the last time but I’m def going back soon. They’re definitely worth a try. The restaurant is small but very nicely decorated

yes yes yes! I tried my first ever empanada here and it was beautiful! The flavors were so amazing i’ve never tried something so flavorful and yummy! I’m so excited to try the tacos and everything else!

Got 3 small tacos it was so soggy filled up with a bunch of lettuce and drowned with some nasty sauce. The Mexican rice smelled burnt and was over cooked. They speak no English what’s so ever. What a waste on $25

Bitez is the best because they make there stuff homemade and a guacamole is so good and the chip they make it fresh and the fries and the chicken is so good. You should try it.the service is amazing they don't rush you to make your order they are really nice love bitez go try it is amazing

The food here is good, GOOD, I had Chicken Tinga Flautas, street corn, and lemon pepper wings. My cousin had burrito's. All of it was delicious. They were clean. You can tell a place that has great food people keep coming in. Packed!

I had high hopes for Bitez in Mattapan, especially since I've been craving birria ramen for a while, but unfortunately my experience didn't live up to the hype. I ordered the birria ramen and some beef tacos. The ramen was plain and lacked flavor and it completely ruined my appetite. As for the tacos, they fell apart the moment I picked them up. I'm not sure if it was because of the corn tortillas, but it made them impossible to enjoy. I gave it a shot, but I could barely finish anything. I ended up tossing most of the meal, which was disappointing since I'd been wanting to try this spot for a while. Maybe I chose the wrong items, so I'd give them the benefit of the doubt, but I'm not sure when I'd go back again. Check out the photos and decide for yourself, but for me, it just didn't hit the spot.

Got the birria ramen and a carnitas taco. Birria ramen was so plain and unexciting. It's just meat and noodles and the flavor isnt anything particularly good The carnitas taco was so bad I couldn't eat it. The meat tasted rancid.

$6 for a empty empanadas, WILD! The fried shrimp was soggy and I was in store watching them make it. Very much over priced!

On Aug 14, 2023 I ordered for the first time trying it was totally not what I expected at all! The place was very modernized! Looked great I got the Empanadas Beef and Cheese! Also I got Quesadillas Wheat Tortilla, Ground Beef, Side of Sour Cream & Extra Cheese. For a drink I got a Banana Smoothie! It was refreshing and do good! Light not heavy and not overally sweet! The Empanada was delicious it wasn't dry the beef was seasoned and not salty and it wasn't oily! Best beef empanada, I've had! The Quesadillas where so good a great even amount of beef and it tasted fresh all the ingredients where excellent! This spot is a hidden gem! Love finding local businesses in the community the serve great food! I will be back again check it out if you haven't yet.

Mainly a take out spot but they do have a few seats near the window. Staff was really friendly and helped us with any questions we had. All the food came out hot and fresh which is great! We loved the chicken torta! The sampler can be changed around but we got the elote, wings, and flautas! Loved the wings and the corn! Their fresh juices are also delicious especially the passionfruit one. Definitely recommend Bitez if you're in the mood for Dominican or Mexican food!

I love supporting family owned businesses and have been wanting to stop in for a while. You can't miss this Dominican-Mex Fusion shop, as it's Bitez-mobile (haha) is parked outside. I didn't eat in, and also ordered on the phone with a sweet associate. Food itself was yummy. Favorite was the corn, which was wonderfully charred, smothered in chipotle Mayo and cotija cheese. The wings and flautas were good too, I'd probably just try another wing flavor next time. I do wish it brought atleast 1 more wing or flauta for $15, but I enjoyed either way. Everything tasted fresh, this spot is worth a visit!

I had been wanting to try this spot for a while now. What a letdown. I ordered the sampler with wings tostones and street corn. They gave 3 pieces of chicken that equals 1 and a half chicken wings and soggy tostones. The street corn was cold, but the flavors were delicious. The churros were yummy as well. Overall it wasn't worth my money and I wouldn't recommend it.

Great Mexican and Dominican food! Really modern, clean place, tons of options including vegetarian stuff. Highly recommend!

Finally, tacos!!! My new favorite spot, and it's 4 minutes away from home. As soon as I walked in I was blown away by how fresh and amazing the food looked. Everything looked good. I ordered the shrimp tacos wrapped in plantain, instead of a shell.. delicious. I watched them prepare other orders and I kept asking, "what's that?, what's that??" Because I plan on ordering everything I seen them prepare in the future! I'm so mad that I just found out about this take out spot. I plan on eating here often, healthy and delicious food Welcome to the neighborhood

The tasty empanadas and sauce make me a returning customer. Though I haven't tried anything else, the menu looks appetizing. Part from having to wait a bit longer than I would like, my favorite item is delicious and customer service is good.

A little pricey but the food was ok. Sandwich was good, fries were salty. Thats lemonade is amazing though. Service was ok some of the staff dont speak great English but definitely gonna give them another try

food was decent but not for the cost. prices are pretty high for the quality received. wasn't terrible but also wasn't great. cannot speak to service or atmosphere as i ordered on uber eats. would not rush to go back as there are places in area with better food and value.

Steph being disrespectful late orders no communication good food but horrible customer service would not go back again needs to work on customer service a very important part. I was not impressed workers using business phone for personal calls not impressed.

Food was ok. Have had better. Especially considering the price. Food is OVER PRICED. The sampler comes with a whole plantain, 1 empanada and 3 small party wings. 13bucks. And a pulled pork dry sandwich for 12 bucks. Service was good ambiance ok. Food just over priced. 3 items for 34 bucks....ridiculous and again food was below mediocre...

the ham and cheese sandwich was so good definitely will go again. i also got some churros and it was so delicious

The bread on the torta was alright. I've had better ones in the area. My friend got Buffalo Chicken Yaroa and said that the fries were soggy. I had a mediocre experience, but it very well could've been because I ordered the wrong things. The price wasn't very worth it.

terrible will NOT be going back all the employees fool around the entire time , I waited over 30 mins to receive a burrito and fries just for it to be cold also one employee touched my food without using glove with her little nail . DEFF WILL NOT BE GOING BACK !
