We stopped in here for lunch and I had what was hands down the best pasta I've ever eaten! We had a lovely time here, we were seated quickly and the service was friendly and attentive but not overbearing, which was nice. The food was served in good time and was beautifully presented and delicious. I'd recommend the goat's cheese ravioli to anybody!

The place is beautiful, both the view and the aesthetics, and the bathroom is charming. As for the food, I thought it was good, but we had a problem with a side dish that didn't arrive with the main course. Anyway, the staff apologized, and we decided to cancel the side dish.

The food was amazing - the salami pizza was delicious, the prawn pasta was juicy with a rich, thick sauce, and the pork cutlet was perfectly crispy and paired beautifully with the apple & pear mostarda. However, the service was a bit of a letdown. Our waiter seemed quite grumpy throughout. When he came to take our drink order, we mentioned we’d like to order drinks a little later, but he looked annoyed and walked off quickly. He didn’t seem happy when we asked for a takeaway container or when we said we’d like to share one dessert. We were also celebrating a birthday, and although we selected “birthday” as the special occasion in our booking, there was no acknowledgment at all - which was disappointing, especially since we saw several other tables celebrating with a mini cake and candle. Overall, amazing food but sadly let down by the service.

Wonderful location, right on the water in the viaduct. The staff were really friendly and attentive, even providing a colouring pack for our daughter. Our friend loved her salad. We ordered the mushroom pizza which unfortunately was quite bland, better with hot sauce.

Wednesday, so busy but fantastic service, felt like a Friday. Definitely need to book and the food we had was outstanding. The skin on snapper was so delicious along with the lamb cooked to perfection.

We absolutely loved our dining experience at Bivaco! The food was amazing, every dish was delicious and perfectly prepared. We thoroughly enjoyed our entire meal from start to finish. Highly recommend visiting.

We enjoyed the Raw & Roast Sunday Buffet for Father’s Day. The selection was extensive with a variety of dishes to suit anyone’s palette. The ingredients were high quality and all the dishes were fresh. The staff were attentive and stayed on top of refilling the stations. One qualm I have was the inconsistency of the ice cream servings. One server gave us the tiniest scoop of ice cream while another gave my dad a massive one. Other than that, everything was divine. It was definitely bang for your buck. I already have plans to go back!

The warmth of the staff is always greatly appreciated. They are not only good at the "mechanics" of food service but they are all on board with the warmth and smiles it takes to make a potentially good restaurant an absolute favourite. The tuna crudo was perfection.
