Bixby Knolls Park

Small and quaint park, but spacious enough to have your own space. Grounds kept clean.

It is a clean and quiet park from what I experienced. I think it's funny that it says it closes at 10:00pm. It's an open park no fences or gates or anything. I don't get it. Anyway it's one of the cleaner ones.

Nice little neighborhood park. It's older but well kept. Mostly clean playground and not very crowded on a Saturday when we went. No homeless people hanging around and felt safe over all. I would recommend it if you live within walking distance. Probably not worth a long drive to get here however.

Had our family reunion there. Park was nice. Restrooms were atrocious!! Extremely filthy and without necessities like tissue for example. I walked in and walked right back out. It smelled horrid. I couldn't use the restroom until I got home.

I enrolled my daughter in a pre-k class through the city programs & the classes were moved to this location. I had never been to this park before. It’s in a nice little area & it’s got a ton of grass area. There’s a little gated play area & some swings. Inside the play area is the little classes center. With that being said it’s getting a lower rating because when I first got there I had to wait for the class to open & while waiting I saw 3 grown individuals arguing over money being owed. One of the men had no shirt on. Then after they separated 2 of them on bikes met at the picnic table with another shirtless man on a bike to exchange more words about money being owed.

I come to this park because it’s walking distance from my condo and I can walk my dog there. Honestly though, I have seen sketchy people there and along one side people park and smoke marijuana so one side of the park (near the playground) stinks like pot and/or cigarette smoke. I see lots of people let their dogs run around off leash and not pick up after them. Also some of the big parties leave trash everywhere. So rude. I swear this morning at about 7am looked like a drug deal going on.

Wonderful, well maintained green space experience for people, pups & children. There's easy street parking,clean, working restrooms, a small well appointed kids playground, picnic tables and many big old trees. The perfect respite after running errands in Bixby Knolls.
