Perfect location, perfect room! The room is surprising very sound proof, so you can't hear he street noise at all, which is perfect if you're a light sleeper. The room is in a perfect location to everything you could possibly see and places to eat and drink. The room is clean and comfortable with a very nice bed - perfect nights sleep after a long travel day! Thank you for a lovely holiday stay.

In a brilliantly central location and clean. Aside from that, definitely wouldn't recommend or stay again. The reception is unmanned, so there was no one around to assist us with issues that we had. Nor could we contact anyone via messages. The AC Remote Control was taken out of the room and so was incredibly stuffy and hot all night. We were given no WiFi information and had no phone signal so couldn't use the Internet or phone. The main shower had been disconnected, so we had to prop the handheld one up and use that (we were not informed of this prior). There was a nail sticking out of the wall by the door that could have easily injured someone had they not noticed it. The skirting boards are coming away from the wall and the decor generally needs updating. Overall, definitely not a 4 star experience and we left pretty disappointed with what we got for what we paid.

Location is the only good thing about this hotel. It’s kinda hidden so finding it the first time is difficult- have to press a buzzer to get in then up 2 flights- no elevator. Then a key needed to get into the hotel then another for your room. The hotel has a theater on the other side of the building that had a concert one night our room was shaking with how loud it got, beds are awful so hard, walls paper thin, room was only tended to 1 out of 5 days. Regardless what any websites say you do not get breakfast- it’s hard to even see anyone working in this place. This is a 2 star hotel that needs to upgrade itself.

A great B&B to stay at in Florence. It is very centrally located. Very nice and clean rooms. Easy to get in touch with staff when needed, as it is a B&B the reception has limited opening hours. We will absolutely return to this great place!

I couldn't travel because of an very important health issue and they have accepted exceptionnaly not to charge my credit card even if my reservation was not cancellable. I have really appreciate your help on that. Be sure that I will stay at your place next time I come to Florence. Many thanks again for your help, Agathe

Google incorrectly recognises this as a 4-star hotel which it isn't. I did not meet or see any staff/concierge. We had to pickup the keys in a restaurant and had to pay city taxes in cash, they won’t take card. Breakfast was not included and never offered to us. This is not a regular hotel, it’s more like an Airbnb type of a B&B. Location is great and room was super clean.

Location is perfect, there is no arguing with that. Rooms were clean as well. However, there is no concierge or front desk. The code was emailed to us, so we were able to get in when we first arrived but instructions were not very clear, and you will have to carry your bags up some decent stairs. One day when we got back, the code did not work. We called and there was no reply, and they responded to my email a day later (not helpful). Luckily, after 10 mts or so the code happened to work. They neglected to inform us that one of the 3 keys we had would work for the outdoor entrance in place of the code if the code was not working. Lastly, there is no legitimate way to leave your bags, so make sure you are ready to leave before 10 am on your last say. For a "four star" hotel we were disappointed. We are staying in a "1 star" hotel in another part of Italy now for a fraction of the price, they have 24 hour concierge extremely helpful with tips, tours, luggage, etc. we won't be staying here again!

Overall it was good! Clean room, friendly people, Only thing that was really bad is that wifi did not work in my room.. ( maybe because my room was the last one) i was there for 3 nigths with no wifi, Breakfast is poor, we when for breakfast somewhere else, also i thing friday and sat, they do music concert in the bottom floor so you can hear everything in your room... until 12am i thing. Location is very good!
