i didn’t want to do this butt, here we go. i really wanted to have a good experience here, but it was very disappointing, but i’m honestly not even surprised anymore. i first reached out to Tre; from Black Ink on November 9th. i paid my $100 deposit the same day. Today is December 4th.. since then, i never received my updated draft placement, a price range, or any clear communication about my tattoo. Every time i would send a message, it would take days or even over a week to get a reply, but most of my questions went unanswered. as of today, (December 4th) still no reply back from Tre.
On November 22nd, i reached out to the shop directly (not Trey) via email, explaining the disappointing situation & politely asking for a refund. i followed up again this week (December 3rd) & i still have not received any response from the shop regarding my $100 deposit. Tre has also not communicated anything on his end, despite being active on social media..
At this point, i’ve contacted the shop through email TWICE & through Instagram (an app i don’t even use) & no one has responded. As a paying client, this has been extremely unprofessional & frustrating. i’m sharing my experience so others understand the lack of communication & accountability i encountered from both the artist & the shop.. i truly believe if i had booked with another artist or another shop, i wouldn’t be dealing with these issues. so please, don’t waste your time here, spend your money where it is deservedd💗!
