Black Pan steak restaurant

We spent eight days in Vietnam and generally experienced good food and service. Unfortunately, this dinner was a complete disaster. The staff were very slow and poorly trained. I ordered a soft drink with no ice, but it was served half empty. When I asked the waitress about it, she said that because I opted out of ice, that was the correct portion. What a joke. We ordered the meat medium rare, but the kitchen only managed to cook one piece correctly. We also ordered two extra portions of fries with Parmesan, in addition to the one included with the platter. Only one extra portion arrived, and it had no cheese at all. We were informed that the kitchen would be closing soon, yet after that we did not see a waitress for 30 minutes—even though only four tables were occupied and there were six waitresses on duty. In the end, we spoke with the manager, who failed to understand any of the issues and simply asked us to pay the bill, deducting only the soft drink.

The striploin steak was very watery and tasted unnatural, as if it had been injected with water. There was almost no real meat flavor, so I wouldn’t recommend this dish. The sushi, on the other hand, was fine, tasty, nothing special but decent. Service was fast and friendly, and the atmosphere was pleasant.

BEST SUSHI IN VUNG TAU Amazing food and presentation. Exceptional service. Everything was cooked well. egg salad, eel roll, rib eye salmon roll/ beef roll my face says it all.

The environment inside the restaurant is nice, you can find a variety of drinks, the food is kind of simpe and small. The steak was dry and tasteless the salmon had to be return to the kitchen and also waiting time around 20 min. However, the waiters were attentive to the service. Hope next time when I come back to Vung Tau, they have already improved.

Amazing food and service! The meat is perfectly cooked and the sushi is also amazing. Price is also good for the portions you receive. Definitely a must go if you visit Vung Tau!

Order was clear but when my plate is served. Presentation is great! The size of my beef steak is not up to 200g. Felt cheated and I ask for medium well, almost half of it was black and dry, over grilled! taste very blend. I do enjoy the salad cuz is fresh! I dont see any special about the skills of the chefs here! Price is reasonable! Maybe I will order something like sashimi next time cuz it just have to be fresh and no skills needed!

Got the steak platter. Personally I love the Hokube, so soft and juicy. Suggest everyone to get the same meat cut. Another good things is that they gave us a free salad. ⭐

The food here is absolutely delicious! Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. I highly recommend the crab spaghetti . The presentation was beautiful, too – each plate looked like a work of art."
