I came here to check out groceries and get lunch. It’s a small, cute place and I appreciate it being a fully vegan store, which I don’t have where I’m from. There are a lot of great products, from snacks to various refrigerated, frozen, and shelf stable cooking ingredients and foods. They also had some home and health items, including some free healthcare items. Unfortunately, the groceries were almost all completely unaffordable for me (which I understood with them being a small business). But I felt my breakfast Cuban from the deli was of comparable pricing and absolutely delicious. The person who helped me select and made my order was friendly. I ate outside, where there was plenty of seating, including shaded seating. There was also plentiful parking!

Such a beautiful bodega with wonderful vegan options. I got the breakfast burrito and it was absolutely amazing. I love that it’s community-based and there was a little corner with free goodies for anyone who needed anything from reproductive healthcare to just getting a little drink drink. I also love the patio area. I got to peacefully eat my food and enjoy some sun. they definitely have a new customer

Super convenient to The Heights / Ybor / Downtown, Black Radish Bodega is a vegan grocery, with a deli on-site with breakfast & lunch options, as well as a full coffee bar. I was impressed with the variety of vegan groceries, drinks, healthcare and frozen items for such a small space, and I found familiar vegan brands along with new ones to try. I ordered a pressed cuban tofurkey sandwich that was made and pressed while I shopped. It was delicious. I sat outside in the shade and enjoyed my meal. You do not have to be vegan to enjoy the food here. If you are looking to eat cleaner, or just less meat / dairy in general, I encourage you to try this locally owned gem.

My favorite place to purchase vegan items!! They have so many meat and cheese alternatives, not to mention vegan candy and snacks!! The best part is the deli in the back, they just make the best breakfast foods. The Monte Cristo is my absolute FAVORITE!!!! The steak and egg bagel is also pretty filling.

A non vegan’s favorite vegan joint. The breakrito aka breakfast burrito WITH pickled onions simply slaps. Iced vanilla oatmilk latte saves lives. Please and thank you. I will be coming at least once a week.

I honestly stop by at least once a week for a sandwich and to get food when I’m in the area running errands. Sometimes I come after the deli is closed but if I call to place an order before it dies they will make it and keep my order warm until I get there. I love all of the staff and how much they support the community.

Owned and operated buy a lovable troop of weirdos, this space has undeniable charm! The store carries a rotating ton of local and seasonal products; St. Pete Ferments, Gulf Coast bread, Get Along doughnuts and so many local baked goods its impossible to say no. Black Radish stays on top of the industry's latests products and trends, boasting exclusive vegan products that the big box stores haven't even heard of yet. The deli turns out smash hit after hit with its weekly specials, and you cant go wrong with a classic egg and cheese on a fresh made biscut. Black Radish is truly a labor of love and community, come check it out. Youll feel the same.

While a lot of vegan establishments have struggled to stay afloat, Black Radish continues to chug along. Tina and the crew have some of the best breakfast/ lunch options in the Tampa Bay area. And their assortment of vegan products is simply unmatched. They have so many items that you will not find anywhere else in the area. Truly a gem, this is the kind of small business that deserves our support!

Love this place so much!! Their all vegan grocery item options are spectacular. They have so many fake cheeses, meats, frozen foods and pantry staples that I haven't seen in any other regular grocery stores. I love to stock up for my house here. And their deli in the back?! Absolute *chef's kiss.* Everything I've had is just so delicious. My favorite is probably the Cuban. Recently I tried a unique breakfast sandwich on a blueberry bagel which was so good too. Service is always nice and friendly! 100% recommend this place and will keep coming back.

I came here for the first time today and they have a new customer. Outside was so stinking cute. It has two tables out front for you to enjoy some sun in a very spacious parking lot. The inside is so cozy inviting. they are heavily active in the community so I loved seeing that they had a small corner with some goodies for you to take home. I loved all the plant-based options they had in the store and everything was affordable. I got the burrito from the deli and it was the best thing ever. I'm definitely coming back for that. I love their wide range of selections on drinks as well. I'll be back soon to try something from their coffee menu.

Non vegan here but the food is actually tasty and doesn't bloat me. The breakfast burrito and the special menu item, snack wrap with ranch is frickin tasty. Coffee is properly pulled and their syrups are off the chain. Vajialle, flan, caramel, cafe con leche. So damn good. The cozy Kerri is a special too but so damn good with impossible sugar and Boursin.

Lovely little corner store that caters to the vegan lifestyle with an array of fresh and frozen options, dry good faves, and a plethora of tasty delights. I love that they're super on board with supporting local businesses, so you'll find more than the standard fare of just Violife and Daiya. The customer service is also really great. I was visiting just for the day and hoping to snag some Catalyst Creamery hemp cheese but they were low on stock. The person at the register called up the business owner to find out when they'd be coming in and texting me with an updated half an hour later. I got my cheeses as well as a fun new one to try by Darë. I had a one track mind and didn't really get anything else, but Black Radish seems to be a fairly popular spot for bites and provisions. Check it out if you're in the Bay!

Great food, people and choices! We had lunch here and their deli was so good. Had a Legend's Breakfast and the Pub Club and it was phenomenal. Additionally, I tried their cafe con leche and I actually think it's some of the best coffee I've ever had. Atmosphere was also great, quiet area with cute seating 10/10! After eating we got our groceries and they had so many things to choose from. They even had things that I've been looking for a vegan version of forever! Unique selections and clean ingredients - this is our go to place now for sure. Prices were very fair!

Had only been to the Black Radish in St. Pete so was excited to visit the Tampa location for the first time! It's small but mighty, so much fun vegan goods and gourmet snacks. I came into pickup a couple individual cans of Kin Euphorics, a non-alcoholic functional beverage. I like that they serve them individually here, whereas at Sprouts you're buying a pack of 4. I don't visit small grocers like this often, but I'm always so intrigued by the more unique small brand offerings when I do! The woman at checkout was friendly and helpful!

This is one of my favorite little hidden gems in Tampa! I always get the Havana hunny which is a Cuban inspired jackfruit sandwich that is chefs kiss! The breakfast of champions is also really really good (I get the bacon egg cheese croissant), everything is 100% plant based and actually tasty! ILYSM

We love their food! Unique vegan grocer and so happy this place was recommended to us. We love their breakfast sandwiches with hash browns on the side. The vegan steaks, Juicy Marbles and eat Meati are soooo tender and taste like filet mignon. The texture is just like a real steak. Delicious whipping creme, specialty cheeses, and ice cream i.e., drumsticks and ice cream sandwiches taste just like the real deal. We are not kidding! The Cuban sandwich is really good and we can't wait to try the Monte Cristo. We also like their vegan chocolate candy. Absolutely no regrets that we went Vegan but even if you are not, you should just try something from here. You will be pleasantly surprised. Brad and Alicia Hall

Absolutely radishing! Great vegan sandwiches from the in house deli made fresh to order. Outstanding value for such quality ingredients. Rare scarce hard to find vegan items in the store. Great N/A beverage selection! We drive quite aways away to shop here! Seasonal coffee offerings always surprise me. White chocolate pistachio cafe con leche for the win. Recommend BOC, monte cristo and all versions of a Cuban. Ample parking in rear.

Black Radish Grocer is an all vegan grocer in the Ybor area. It is very small, with not a large variety of products. Each type of product may have one, two or three brands at the most. One wall of the shop features a cooler of meat substitutes, coldcuts, vegan cheeses, vegan drinks and produce. There is a small freezer that has some vegan seafood items. The other wall of the shop features vegan snacks such as chocolate, candies and jerky. The aisles in the middle of the store cover everything else. There are canned items, boxed goods, coffee and additional snack items. I like that Black Radish emphasizes local when possible. For instance, the only brand of coffee on the shelves when I visited was King State. The cooler contained a couple different kombuchas, with Mother Kombucha being one of them. Catalyst Creamery, a local vegan cheese company, is sold here. You can also pick up some Oopsy Daisy Sweets. I also appreciate that even though I know my way around vegan grocery stores, Black Radish had items that I've never seen anywhere else. Some of the items on the shelves were pricey, some were comparable to what you would find at other grocery stores. I am excited to watch Black Radish grow. I hope they will continue to support local vegan products when possible and give back to causes they feel are important (I visited on a day when 10% of all sales were donated to the NAACP).

Love this place! They have the best breakfast Sandwiches! My boyfriend is a meat eater, & he still enjoyed his "create your own bagel". The cheese is so melty and the Cuban bread is crispy and fresh.

The selection of goodies is always changing. The made to order food is great. I just wish they were still in st pete

I was so excited to see a nearby "vegan grocery store" I had to come check out Black Radish. The girl inside behind the counter greeted me with a friendly "hello" as I walked in. If you haven't been here before- i would describe the size of the space more like a small market- not like a Sprouts size. I was happy to see so many items from snacks to pastas to cheeses to frozen items; drinks even candy. There was some local products to choose from. I wanted to take a couple laps around the store space to really take in the selection. I picked out a couple little things to try and will definitely be back another time =)

The Black Radish Grocer is the best vegan grocer I've been to in the Tampa Bay Area. The owner was very kind and welcoming. I ordered the breakfast of champions served on a warm biscuit, vegan cheese, hash brown, & savory chipotle sauce ! It was mouthwatering good! If you're looking for a great vegan grocer & deli look no further than the Black Radish Grocer !

Stopped here on my visit to Tampa. Definitely had lots of variety and cool vegan grocery products. They sell warm food during certain hours which is great to grab and go. My Hilton Ybor City hotel shuttle was able to drop us off and pick us up from this location. Highly recommend.

i love this place! i stopped by because i heard about them through instagram, and although i live too far to pick up cold groceries, i thought the selection was intriguing and i enjoyed checking out a few brands i hadn't even heard about before! the staff was friendly and helpful regarding both stock and menu items, making for easy interactions. they also have cute merchandise, and i picked up a black radish tote bag to carry my groceries. the food i ordered took a bit to be ready, but i did not mind waiting for the quality of food i received; i can tell it is all made with love! the club pub is a must-try, and i enjoyed the classic sandwich a lot! i also ordered a special they had, the double dog dare munch wrap, and found it to be a fun and unique concept that tasted great! filled with eggs, hot dogs, cheese, spicy mayo, kimchi, and hashbrowns, the crunch wrap was delicious! i did notice that the tortilla didn't fully seal the crunch wrap itself, so the top ended up open to the elements, but it could have easily broken when i was leaving the store. overall i really enjoyed my experience here, and i will definitely return often when i'm in tampa. definitely stop by!

All vegan grocery store! In a fairly unassuming area, but a cute size and hits all the points you need - proteins, fruits, veggies, carbs, fats, etc. The really awesome thing was I saw a few items that I haven't seen anywhere else (publix, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, etc)... like shrimp?! Wow! I bought a few different items, with my most exciting item being the 'twinkies', to get a feel and I can't wait to go back!

Phenomenal place. This Cuban breakfast was amazing! Tampa is way better than St. Pete. The sandwich did not rate the same. But still good. LA vegans this is a must try place. They have amazing food and snacks!

You have to try and Havana Hunny. The beautiful folks at Black Radish have truly created a hip and casual grocer. Their deli is better than pub subs. The workers there are incredibly chill and down to earth, it feels like I'm in a dream. Check them out!

I LOVE love LOOOVEE this store, SO MUCH!! I've found myself in the store every other day this week!! They have a fabulous of vegan treasures that you can't find at other local grocers(like my personal favs: strawberry rice treats and the all vegetarian drumsticks) and don't even get me started with the deli's Breakfast of Champions(BOC)!!! The employees are also total rockstars!!! They were out of my favorite snack and when I asked if they'd br getting more in, they ordered some on the spot, I was able to grab them only two days later!! 10/10, I will always recommend. If you're debating going, GO!! You will absolutely not regret your decision!! I love being able to support a small local shop and I love the service that's provided in return!!

I can't believe my favorite place only has 5 reviews! This is such a cute all vegan restaurant/small deli. I drive 30 minutes to come here just about every Saturday for brunch and it's well worth it. Im partial to the Breakfast of Chapions on a biscuit, but everything is a delicious choice. For grab and go I love the Gouda sandwhich and the chikin salad! The staff is ever so kind and helpful. The feel of the place is also just very calm. I reccomend this place to all my friends-vegan and non vegan! Also they don't use plastic bags which is wonderful, in place they have paper bags.

Absolutely friendliest vegan grocery I've yet visited. Stocked with a variety of vegan goodies that include savory and treats. Some items they had I've only seen online. For instance Pigouts porkless pork rinds that I love! Was a little pricey but that's expected for a vegan lifestyle. Staff did request us to wear masks (yes we are vaccinated). But provided the masks and asked very politely. I also was so happy they had a parking lot. Street parking is no fun near Ybor City. For those that have been in that area before understand the pain of parking. Was a small establishment with constant customers going in and out. If you need vegan items this is the place for you. Also had fresh baked goods like vegan banana bread. Can you say Oooohh soooooo gooddddd"!

Really exceptional spot. The biggest selection of vegan meat alternatives I've ever seen. Pretty big baked good/chocolate selection. They have it all - snacks, milks, teas, spices...and food they make in-house! The prices are very reasonable for a vegan grocery spot - I was pleasantly surprised! Definitely check this out. Well worth the trip.

Wow! Being a vegetarian it is so wonderful to have a normal breakfast biscuit sandwich as a huge treat! I can't wait to return. My daughter had the steak and egg bagel sandwich and she was a little disappointed. Nothing special. Their cold brew coffee on tap was wonderful as well. Nice to do some shopping with you wait for your breakfast.

The food was excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful. Also, the grocery store selection was amazing especially for a small place. I recommend this place to vegans and non vegans alike. They source their food from local artisans and farms which is really eco conscious and yummy. A+ 100%

A really nice place. As a vegetarian, one of the women I worked with at the Health Department recommended II try going there. The proprietors were very friendly and helpful. I bought the Jackfruit kimchi , some nice curry and a few snacks. Everything was very good. They informed me they also served lunches. Next time I am down in St. Pete or near their Tampa location, I will definitely check in.

So stoked to have a 100% vegan grocery store in Tampa. The place is super cute, the staff are so friendly and they provide great customer service. Can't wait to see how they grow.

This grocery and deli takes all the guesswork out of eating plant-based foods. Everything in the store is vegan and bonus for me they have many gluten-free options also. I noticed they have a deli with takeout options. I will be returning to take advantage of that. But, for now I was really happy to find a wide variety of vegan grocery items.

The breakfast sandwiches are beyond amazing. I am never disappointed. Groceries are terribly overpriced but if you can afford it for the aesthetic (& support vegan small business) go for it! They accept ebt. The breakfast sandwiches w pretzel bun will knock your socks off

Our neighbor texted this morning about this full-vegan grocery store. By noon we got on the car, to check it out. Small, but well stocked, with types of brands we normally don't see in vegan friendly larger grocery stores. Alpha.... All vegetarian Inc... black bird, etc. Very pleased with friendly interactions with store staffs.

I went by Black Radish today for one of their breakfast sandwiches. That was my first time there and I can't wait to go back. Truly the best vegan breakfast sandwich i've ever had, unreal! Can't wait to go back!
