Black Sheep Coffee & Cocktails

The staff here are so lovely, and the service is super quick. I love that they have kiosks & in-app ordering for easy, speedy service. Their iced chocolate and mocha are always amazing, definitely a must for any chocolate lover. I also tried their cinnamon roll, which was really good. The place itself is pleasant, with free WiFi, clean toilets, & it's wheelchair accessible. It was so nice & warm inside, especially when we visited in -3 degree weather. There's seating spread over two floors, & the ambience is just lovely. Just remember to bring ID if you're ordering alcohol.

Stopped by for a quick weekend breakfast -- I ordered a croissant and a matcha latte at the kiosk and got my order in no time. Unfortunately, that speed seemed to have come at the cost of the quality of the croissant, which was super disappointing. The bread was dry and hard-to-chew, and left a really powdery texture in my mouth. Flavour was greatly lacking, too. The matcha latte was fairly unmemorable. Sadly, I would not recommend a visit here, especially given the selection of other lovely cafes in the neighbourhood.

A great shop in the heart of central London! Amazing matcha made by Quinn. Adi was also very polite taking my order thank you guys. Really chill atmosphere in the shop on the weekends, enjoyed sitting in one of the booths upstairs very clean and overall 5/5 experience :)

Julia was really great! We had an issue inputting our discount code at the self-service order screen, and she very patiently sorted out the issue - all with a lovely smile. This branch had a nice vibe due to it being at the Leadenhall building and near Leadenhall market - plenty of seating and open spaces. Made all the better by wonderful serving staff like Julia. Definitely recommend a visit. The cookies were yummy and the coffee is always great 👍

Hot chocolate was good but not better than any other mediocre coffee shop and for more than 4£ I expect something better. Bad thing: dirty plates and dirty spoons... absolute NoGo!

Visited Black Sheep Coffee – Leadenhall and had an excellent experience. The coffee is rich, consistent, and full of flavour. The baristas work efficiently and are always polite and attentive, even during the busy morning hours. The atmosphere is modern and welcoming, and the place is kept perfectly clean. The customer service really stands out — the team greets you warmly and makes you feel appreciated. They take pride in their work. A great spot to start the day or take a short break between meetings. Highly recommended.

I was out doing some shopping and needed a quick pick me up. I stopped in and got an iced matcha and the staff working were lovely. Very attentive and friendly, I will definitely be coming back when I’m in the area again!
