We have used Black Tomato exclusively for all of our international travel over the past eight years. For our most recent vacation we visited four different regions in Colombia. They continue to exceed our expectations on every trip. Transportation is seamless, the local host and guides are always fantastic, hotel selections are perfect, and scheduled activates are unique and capture the beauty and culture of the area. This is something you would not experience with other travel agencies or trying to plan a trip on your own. Our trip to Switzerland was a trip of a lifetime, and Black Tomato coordinated with our Travel expert Caroline took all the stress out of planning and making all our excursions special. My wife and I greatly appreciated the clear communication, organized schedules as well as all our documents and or information needed were perfectly in order. the Resort Boutique Hotel we stayed at Art Deco Hotel Montana which was spectacular with memorable landscapes of Lucerne River and surrounding mountains. Black Tomato and Caroline exceeded our expectations by handling all the details from booking our hotel, private transfers, to our exclusive private activities and all our private and local guides made our trip worth the money and very relaxing. Bottom line, highly recommended this trip was memorable, Thank you Black Tomato and Caroline making our trip very special.

Alys, from Black Tomato, arranged such an amazing trip for our family. It was incredible. Everything worked like clockwork and we felt so cared for and looked after. There was someone waiting for us every step of the way and it was luxurious to not have to worry about any logistics at all. The experiences Alys planned for us were all unforgettable and fun. We will never forget the bike ride thru Chianti and our visit to the olive oil farm / vineyard in Tuscany. All of the guides we met were warm and friendly and made our time in Italy so enriching and memorable. And the accommodations were perfectly located and very comfortable. We recently returned from an outstanding time in Vietnam, thanks to the assistance from Black Tomato. When we started planning our trip, we reached out to three different travel consultancies, Black Tomato being one. Right from the initial proposal, it was apparent that Black Tomato was a cut above the others. Their consultants are work very hard to understand client preferences and are extremely knowledgeable and creative in putting together an amazing travel experience. This is our second trip planned with Black Tomato and looking forward to what next year brings. We worked with Andie and Sarah to make the Italy trip of a lifetime. The hotels were on point for our taste - boutique and walkable to sites , dining , and shoppping . The service at both hotels was top notch ( Eden Roc in Positano and Palazzo Ripetta in Rome ) . They set up car services for each day which was so helpful. The drivers were always on time and professional . I can’t even begin to tell you how amazing the tour guides they chose were. An archeologist at the Colleseum and an art historian at the Vatican Museum and Sistine Chapel to name a few . Each one was incredibly knowledgeable for the site we were touring .They also recommended and reserved excellent restaurants in each city . From warm and cozy to a dining experience with wine , each one was different and enjoyable as well as delicious . I very highly recommend Black Tomato !!! They listened to all my wishes and we worked together to make the ideal itinerary.
