This place is so classy I want to keep it to myself! Remember you get do what you pay for. So if you’re a cheap person you might want to reconsider. But if you enjoy the finer things in life and know quality then BlackBerry Bliss is perfect. Weekend entertainment is fun, DJ are popping fresh high energy mixes! The food is amazing, has the fish tacos, salads and the steak was as good as Steak 48! Hookah is the best one in California! Yes I’ve been to almost every argila spot on in Cali. Service is very good and attentive.

Hands down one of my favorite brunch spots. They serve brunch until 2:30 p.m., and then transition to their dinner menu at 3 p.m., so there’s always something to enjoy no matter what time you arrive. The service is absolutely amazing—every server speaks either English, Russian, or Armenian, making it such a welcoming and inclusive experience. Whenever I have a busy day full of meetings, I grab their avocado toast to go, which is always a hit. But if you’re dining in, their Georgian egg and cheese kachapuri is a must-try—it's simply delicious! They also offer hookah, starting at 12 p.m. in the back patio and from 7 p.m. in the front patio, adding a great chill vibe to the whole experience. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area!

My family and I were visiting Glendale and we were going to a Thai restaurant but as we were walking by" blackberry Bliss " we decided to try it. We were greeted by Dasha she was very kind welcoming and wonderful helped us pick a table of our choice and Robert was our waiter they were both professional and attended to our table with care and attention. Atmosphere was great the food was excellent The service was fantastic my family and I all liked everything and enjoyed our evening we will be back again absolutely recommend this place. We are today couple cappuccino to share my wife and I and the heart that you see in the cup was our pre-Valentine' s Day memorable moment. Highly recommend.

I came here with my parents for the first time tonight. Everything about our experience was exquisite. The ambience and decor are so lovely and warm/welcoming. Dasha at the front was so sweet, helpful, and fun. She took time to check on us, talk to us about what the restaurant offers, and laugh with us. Our server was Robert and he was absolutely wonderful—friendly, nice, quick, and just so pleasant. We ordered two salads, the smoked salmon, the branzino, and the mushroom flatbread. Every dish was better than the last. They were so good that we ate everything before we could remember to take any pictures! We also ordered the pistachio croissant and dubai chocolates (pictured). Both to die for, especially the croissant. We will definitely be back, and absolutely recommend this place!

I always had a great experience at Blackberry Bliss. The vibe is amazing and food is delicious. I have been there for breakfast, lunch and dinner and absolutely love this place and their menu. It’s my favorite place in Glendale. It’s perfect for business brunch or relaxing dinner in hookah lounge.

We recently hosted our company’s Christmas and New Year party at Blackberry Bliss, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The ambiance was warm and welcoming, perfect for celebrating with our team and their families. The food was exceptional—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The staff went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of, and their professionalism made the evening even more enjoyable. A huge thank you to the entire team at Blackberry Bliss for making our event so special. We highly recommend this restaurant for any occasion!

Overall, it is a fancy hookah bar with great music, decor and ambiance. $80 for a hookah seemed a bit excessive but I have paid more so not surprised. To be fair, the hookah was great and it smokes the whole time we were there. The food portions were shareable and the katsu salad was bomb. If you’re looking to save money then this is not the place for you. Great spot to bring someone on a date or a night out with the wifey.

This is by far my most favorite restaurant! The quality is insane. From the food, to the service, to the ambience. I have yet to find anything negative to say about it. Every single cent spent here is worth it. & can we talk about the decor? WOW! You must try their tuna tacos, you will end up ordering another place because it’s THAT good. The vibes are truly unmatched

Good Russian Armenian restaurant with modern foods and a pretty lively hookah spot. The packs are always great and their teas are honestly the best I've had with the best presentation (and portions)! Service is usually a hit or miss here and prices are slightly above average. These aren't flaws big enough to hinder the fact that I enjoy the place and will probably be back soon. Their DJ's are always really good for some reason.

BB what happened today?! Alright, first I just wanted to say everything was great. Had the eggs benedict and my boyfriend got a burger. Food was delicious and presentation was top notch quality. Atmosphere was incredible. I THINK it's a newer restaurant. The interior design was so pretty. They have seating indoors and outdoors, wherever u go, it's stunning. I like that u can have the option to sit indoors and enjoy this beautiful restaurant without having to deal with hookah smoke if you're not feelin it. I don't smoke but my boyfriend partakes and he said the hookah is pricey, I guess average price is about $25 and this place charges $60. I had to doc a star though! The service was not up to par. Hear me out, they were very kind, no one was rude, the food came out quickly, but the waiter was not attentive at all. It was not busy either, only 3 tables outdoors. I thought he was busy but I'd look up and see him leaning at the bar. He never went to the other tables either! What if we needed things? Which we did. I'd come here again for everything else it has to offer I'd just have to keep in mind that if I want something, I gotta flag the waiter down myself. Lots of potential here, I hope they thrive! Service is incredibly important in this business and I think it's important they keep this mind in order to grow.

Been here a few times now... first time was when they were newly opened..had not so great of an experience with service (one lady serving almost all tables) drinks lacked alcohol tasted like juice...food either bland/normal/or too much seasoning.... Ambiance was great! After a month or so, gave it another shot and came in with a bigger group for a bday and my past bad experience was immediately noticeably improved! Service was quicker, food tasted better and alcohol drinks tasted so much more better! Came back again last week and week before and experience was even better! Almost everything on the menu tastes sooo delicious! My friends/family and I have tried almost all of their appetizer items they're full of so much flavor and presentation is always beautiful. Caesar Salad is nice and creamy! Portions are not huge so with a group of 6 or more you need two or three orders of any appetizer to share. Service is good friendly waiters, pricing is not cheap but where is it cheap nowadays? Ambiance since day one has been beautiful!

First time visiting, and first impressions says a lot when it comes to dine in restaurants. Upon walking in, you can already tell it's an upscale restaurant with a Tulum vibe. Food presentation was wonderful along with the beautiful atmosphere. They have a patio out front if you don't want to dine inside and in the back they have their lounge area where you can enjoy cocktails, hookah, food and music. They had a great DJ playing all night long which was very entertaining and fun. Once we got seated, we were handed a few different menu selections, but one thing we couldn't find was the hookah prices. Once the waiter came around they kindly explained the pricing of hookah and how it would start at $65 and up depending on what you order. We went ahead and ordered a cappuccino latte and the hookah one above from the regular, which was a fruit head and that was priced at $80 now although the hookah quality was wonderful for us personally, the price was a bit steep. We are frequent, hookah, smokers nothing against the restaurant, but for us, the price point for hookah was extremely high un all honesty. I would go back, but only for special occasions. We typically like going and getting coffee and hookah at lest 3 to 4 times a week but not to the point where I want to break the bank every time. Hopefully in the restaurant reconsiders the hookah prices so that clients could have the opportunity to go frequently rather than special occasions only.

Completely empty they try to force a "sofa " table for $500 minimum. Last time they did same thing and was once again empty. This time she said everyone coming later but are all reserved. Complete lie

After a corporate function we were looking for somewhere that served food, cocktails and hookah in the heart of Glendale. Came across this place on instagram and it looked fun. One of the things that's popped out is that all the employees greeted us with big smiles. Ambiance is super cool, kinda like Tulum vibes. If you're going during winter time I highly highly suggest jackets! Food is ok, recommend to go for the drinks and hookah! Our waiter was Vanik and he was super professional, attentive and amazing hospitality!

Tulum vibes right here in LA? Yup, That's exactly what BlackBerry Bliss provides. They have three unique spaces - Front porch for brunch, indoor elegance for meals, and a back patio with Tulum-inspired charm for dinner, drinks & hookah. We had a little date night in the patio. I got a freshly squeezed pomagranate juice which was so refreshing. Their cheeseboard had a great variety of cheeses, and the stuffed mushrooms were awesome! I did not think I'd have some of the tenderest steaks ever. And I could have drank that chimichurri sauce it was so good. It's worth mentioning that our server was Artem and he was wonderful. From earthy tones to lush greenery, BlackBerry bliss is a perfect place for good vibes and great bites!

The owners of this place were definitely smoking something else when they priced their hookah $90! This place needs to reconsider their entire menu as well as these steep prices, especially for having just opened. I understand if you need to quickly generate some revenue but the menu here isn't cohesive between items, the cocktail tasted like lemonade with seemingly a teardrop of alcohol, and I'm still wondering what is your "custom fee"? Not to mention half the menu is cardboard and the other half is two pairs of papers bind together by a stapler. I recommend letting your customers see their receipt, with your service charge on it, before handing them the card terminal and having them select tip amount. I understand the vibe but there are other things to consider with the atmosphere you're trying to foster. For one, the patio is so jam packed with tables in the center you can hear, and even join into your neighboring tables conversation. The only plus of this place is their amazing hookah man who is a true professional at his craft. The newly designed exterior and interior shouldn't be the only main wow factor of such a new establishment and your menu should definitely be tailored better than a stapled rough draft before you open your doors for business. I hope they do better in the future because I surely don't think anyone would or should drive into town for this. In response to the owner, pls read my review and decipher where you are lacking. And what is that custom fee for again?

First time vesting this place and very pleased. Food is delicious, hookah is the best in town, service and is AAA. Would highly recommend to try their lemonade and chicken artichoke! Nice place, highly recommended!

2 stars because only a bit of aesthetics were there but that's about it . Food :1/5 Service :3/5 Ambiance :3/5 Came on a Friday night at 8pm , with three ladies .... Upon walking in two host didn't greet us with a warm welcome but instead bluntly ask us for our reservation when the entire restaurant was empty. We were sat , menu was very basic . Food was overall bland, we ordered 3 appetizers (spicy tuna tartare/truffle fries/ zucchini flowers) spicy tuna tartare had no spice or taste whatsoever, needs improvement or a sauce at least, hard to mess up fries but truffle fries were thin & could tell they are frozen ,overly salty....the zucchini flowers were good but it came with a marinara sauce that you could tell it came straight from a can . For Entrees we order a whole grilled Branzino , wild mushrooms& black truffle fettuccine and a katsu chicken salad . 2 out of the three entrees came out , and a few minutes later the salad came out last ... The whole Branzino ,wasn't whole but more like a half fish with bones that you can't see because they add a heavy layer of micro greens on it . Wild mushrooms pasta was basic . The chicken salad was heavy dressed in sweet dressing and couldn't taste any flavor except the dressing. We ordered a dessert with coffees , the carrots cake was more like a dried old carrot cake crumbles with cream cheese filling in between . Overall will not be coming back , prices for sides /drinks / desserts are outrageous... $9 for a coca-Cola, $18 for old crumbled carrot cake , $11 for a regular latte .... But funny thing is they charge ridiculous prices but print cheap cocktail menus and dessert menus on regular printer paper & use plastic lamps on the tables . O and to top it off if you don't use cash they charge you roughly $10 extra. If your into hookah, they serve hookah in their patio in the back.

Pretty chill spot, really love the ambiance and the Tulum vibes. The service was good the hookah was good it did not burn but I think the food can be better. The tacos were dry no flavor, basic guacamole no salt no flavor no spice. I will be back and try again

We went there for Saturday brunch , no problem getting table. Ambiance is nice food is good if you go after 2 to order from dinner menu. Their berry tea was great too . My cappuccino was cold but if you get their cold brews you won't have any problems lol. The only major thing that our group had problems was getting our waiter's attention. We had to wait 10-15 minutes for any of waiters to come to our table ( we were only ones in the restaurant) . Their fries was great.

Blackberry Bliss deserves only 5 star reviews. To start things off, I am extremely picky. My first time at Bliss was on Mothers Day of this year and my family & I had an amazing time. We were welcomed with beautiful flowers. They had a special menu for Mothers Day, which included appetizers, entrees, drinks & dessert. The drinks were amazing, not too strong, not too weak, with the perfect amount of sweetness. The appetizers were authentic and presented beautifully. The entrees were some we have not tried from anywhere before. I personally had the lobster roll, which was cooked just right. We also ordered salad, a breakfast burrito, a breakfast burger, a regular cheese burger (Bliss Burger) & many more. As far as the desserts go, we had the red velvet cake & pistachio tiramisu, which was amazing. I personally never had that before. The service was just as good. Everyone was so kind and had a smile on their face. The DJ was dancing with the crowd and definitely set the mood. We loved it so much that my siblings and I decided to come back at night. The ambiance was even better. You feel like you're sitting in the middle of Mexico. We had pasta, drinks & ice cream. I wish this business nothing but the best. And as far as the reviews that are not 5 stars, let's cut them some slack. They are trying their best. Everyone has slow days & no one is perfect!

This has become my favorite lounge in LA! The DJ is great, the hookah is top tier (they have a resident hookah expert!!), the drinks are beautiful and delicious, and the food is *chefs kiss.* Suzy (super cute blonde manager) is extremely professional and accommodating whenever me and my girls come. Just make sure you respect her schedule and arrive within the 10 minute grace period for your reservation, it gets packed. Artem is a great server as well, always super attentive to our table. Musho the hookah guy always packs the bowl to perfection, definitely the smoothest hookah I've had in the states. Yes it's pricy, but they're using $1500 Wookah wooden hookahs and premium tobacco! I'd compare it to the too tier shisha in Dubai. The vibe is immaculate and the bathrooms are sparkling clean. What else could I ask for? 5 stars!

We had brunch here this weekend and our experience was amazing. The venue is beautiful and so tastefully decorated. The food was amazing!! Fresh, delicious and overall a great place. I'm excited to try this place for dinner. The back room was beautiful but 21 and over and more of a dinner/lounge vibe.

First and foremost, we needed this in glendale! The most beautiful restaurant with probably the best food I've had in such a long time! Every dish was flavorful and once I got home I was already craving some of the dishes I had for lunch. Staff was beyond friendly and professional. Great place for family, a business meeting, or a date! Can't wait to go back this weekend!

Amazing place, amazing service. Food was good, hookah was good. Hands down probably one of the best Caesar's salads I've had. Drinks were also good, but little to no alcohol in it. Which isn't cool when paying for alcoholic beverage.

This place was renovated from a previous location. They did an amazing job. The vibe was a cross of Cuba meeting Dubai. It was very chill. The DJ on Saturday night was awesome. His music was European hits, American old school, top 90's and then after 10:30 it was a house blend. Very very nice. Service was extremely slow, but very polite. The menu is minimal, which was nice and simple the food was tasty. The ambiance and the music really makes the place. Once the bill came, this is where we had an issue. There was a service charge on our bill. So initially I thought, service charge may be gratuity maybe. But apparently, that's a kitchen charge. Now I thought when you hire a chef/cook the employer is paying them to prep the food, so why is the customer paying for a service charge for the kitchen??? I think that is very petty I would rather be charged a $1 more for everything on the menu rather than see a separate charge. What's the point of a restaurant if they are going to charge their customers a separate extra charge for a kitchen fee. A restaurant doesn't function without a kitchen, so why isn't the owner/establishment paying their staff for their services? I really liked this restaurant/lounge, but didn't like their surprise charge on our bill. It's expensive for what it is, but it's a cool place to be.

A great place to have hookah and conversations with friends. Lemon ginger tea was about $25, red velvet cake was $16, they have large glassed water available. The hookah tasted phenomenal and the overall ambience of the outdoor patio was great. The staff is kind and conversational, they treated us well and made us feel comfortable upon arriving. There is a staff member who specializes in hookah, so he comes out, greets you and asks what you would like. The lemon ginger tea (despite its price) is the best ginger tea I have ever had. Ginger tea usually has an unshakable dominant bitter taste, but the flavors were lemonade adjacent! There are two main critiques that I have with this restaurant lounge. For one the waiters do not bring out itemized receipts of your total. So for the 3 things we ordered, tea, a small one person dessert, glass bottled water, and hookah it came out to $150. Therefore, hookah is approximately $100 per individual hookah. The price feels steep so I would highly recommend assessing your options when choosing a place solely based on price and lack of transparency from the beginning with explanation of prices and options. Such a cute place in the heart of Glendale. I'm surprised by all the bad reviews. We had drinks, hookah and dessert. The service was amazing and the hookah was just perfect. Yes, it's in the pricier side but it's a nice place. Would definitely come back for dinner

Went here on a Saturday and the place greeted us with their staff. Coffee I ordered was one of the best I've had. Then I ordered an off menu tomato-egg traditional dish and it did not disappoint. So flavorful and filling! As a dessert I ordered the crepes and it was better than the crepes in Paris. I can't wait to be back! Btw, they serve fresh juice for the kiddos!

Definitely overpriced. Hookah was fantastic though, and the DJ was a rock rockstar of the night. Cocktails are below average. I ordered a spicy margarita and it came with a cayenne pepper on top of the entire cocktail. I carefully read the menu before ordering it - it said spicy infused tequila, nothing about cayenne pepper on top. I asked the server to redo the cocktail, he refused in the beginning, after a discussion he agreed to remake it but also mentioned "Next time you should read the menu, it says spicy". Oh well. Definitely not coming back. Owner has to do a lot of effort to make this place work. Starting from proper training for servers and teach them what hospitality is.

I ordered gin and tonic and apparently they charge for the gin and tonic separately. Also, their hookah is 90 bucks. Save yourself the money. Service is also very slow.

I have been to Blackberry Bliss Lounge several times and I am really impressed with them. The first time i came i loved the food, drinks and atmospehere of their tulum inspired patio/lounge. I liked it so much that i decided to pick it as my venue for a parents-to-be party and celebration i was hosting. It was the best decision! Our party had about 80 people and I worked with the owner Hovo to make arrangements regarding food, drinks, and music. The owner was really accommodating with my requests - speciality drinks, off menu food items, table configuration and dj. He was clear about cost from the beginning, which i really appreciated as there werent any surprises when it was time to pay. I stopped by the day before our party and spoke with the manager Suzy to confirm everything. She was very sweet and took notes of my requests. The day of the party everything was setup the way i had requested and staff was friendly. They made sure to ask me directly if they had any questions and my preferences on certain things. My guests loved all the food - ribeye steak, brussle sprouts, stuffed mushrooms, among other things. There was plenty of food and i saw waiters replenish things as they ran low. The owner scheduled the most phenomenal dj for my party - @djox.la. She was unbelievable- truely amazing and professional! Mixing the best music and kept the crowd upbeat and energized. So many of my guests came up to me and told me she was the best dj and wanted her contact info. Overall, this was a great place to have a party. There was no need to hire a party planner or need to bring in any rentals since the venue is gorgeous. I left extremely happy with how the party turned out at this venue and would definitely host another one here.

Literally was driving by and found this beautiful place. Went in by myself and got hosted by the host to the back area where there is a hookah patio that serves really great food and good old fashioned. Could tell the owner put a lot of thoughts on the guest experience. Will come back next time with friends to try their hookah with Russian flavor they recommend.

Honestly when I opened this page I was shocked to see it had a low - ish rating. It was my first time trying this place out & I loved it! Granted, all of the negative comments seemed to be toward hookah prices and drinks which I do not partake it so I cannot speak on that behalf. The ambiance was beautiful! Love the chill yet comforting yet beautiful design. Service was great. I did not seem to have a problem. I came here for brunch got the salmon Benedict, cappuccino, & fresh squeezed orange juice. Loved it all! This place has lots of potential!!

Yesterday evening, following dinner, we opted to visit Blackberry Bliss for some drinks and hookah. This was my second visit. Firstly, I must insist that they update their menus. If they are charging $80 for hookah, I expect the menu to be more than just a piece of paper, and at the very least laminated. The venue is undeniably stunning, both inside and out, and this is the primary draw, especially considering that they are new. The staff are very pleasant. During my previous visit, I had sampled a few drinks and some food. However, this time, we only ordered drinks, hookah, and a few servings of fries to snack on. While the drinks may look appealing, they need to elevate their quality. I tried the gimlet and the blackberry martini, both of which tasted like juice. Frankly, I was almost convinced that there was no alcohol in them, which was quite disappointing as I was looking forward to a fun night out with friends. The fries were delicious. I was satisfied with the hookah as well, although I believe it was unfair that on a busy night they had only one hookah guy. We had to wait for charcoal for quite some time, but I can't fault him since he was the only hookah attendant with the entire venue full of people smoking multiple hookahs. During my previous visit, it was not as crowded and he was on top of things, leaving me impressed. Their prices are quite high-end, which I don't mind, as I understand that opening a new and beautiful establishment entails high prices. However, they need to live up to their pricing. When I spend $18 on a small portion of carrot cake, I anticipate it to be freshly made.

My coworker and I came by because we've seen it being worked on and thought the inside looked cute. The interior is very nice but that's doesn't make up for their very high prices. We decided to just order a coffee because we saw the menu prices for food were high. We wanted to play it safe, the coffee came in cute cups and saucers but they were quite small. When the bill came we were so surprised.. $12 per coffee! Way too expensive

Beautiful design and that's it! Average food. No service. Extremely overpriced!!! 2 appetizer plates, 6 drinks, 1 hookah, 2 deserts - $400!!! They don't give you a hookah menu, even if you ask, and slap a $90 charge on the check at the end. They include a mandatory 10% service charge, which the waiter pitifully claims to be a "kitchen-only" charge to squeeze out an extra tip. There was also some mysterious $10 "Custom Fee" on the check that the waiter was not able to explain. All in all, just a fancy money trap. No mas!

Where do i start, the 2 stars are for the ambience, vibe, and hookah as it lasted all night, but that's where it ends. Walked in and wanted a table for hookah, "do you have a reservation?" no i dont, how do i get one? i get 0 response, and booted, after asking 3 different people i'm told a spot is available and i'm thankful. After finally being seated, it took literally 30 minutes for a waiter to come to our table to get our drink order. We asked for hookah and that took another 30 minutes for the seperate hookah guy to come get our order.. (we've been asking for service multiple times). on top of that our stuff doesnt come for another 30 minutes. All in all we havent drank or smoked anything and we've been sitting here for an hour... Okay sure let's look over all that, the music was dope, the hookah was good but then the bill comes. literally $200 for 3 drinks and a hookah. That's just wild. I'm by no means cheap if it's great service and good food/drinks/hookah. but after all that are you kidding me? On top of all that you got the tactic where the waiter likes standing over you with his machine watching you input your 20% tip.

Our hostess Suzy was so friendly and sat my group of friends in front by the DJ. The DJ plays epic music! Great vibes! Musho was our hookah expert! And Artem our waiter who gave exceptional service! A new fave place to hang with the girls!

DJ Merman is fantastic. Great ambience and food. Haven't seen the bill yet but don't think i'll be disappointed. Just make your drinks a bit stronger. Would come again. Did i say your DJ Merman is a bomb?

Ridiculous, will never come back. Who charges $47 for gin and tonic and justifies it by charging the tonic separately at $9?! Hendricks at $36. Super slow service on top of it.

Awesome place, nice atmosphere, amazing food. Strongly recommended to go even in a week days they have live music. Very unique spot
