We had an amazing breakfast/ brunch here. I could keep on ranting on how amazing the Turkish eggs were, make sure to try them! My friends also really enjoyed the crispy bacon and fried egg sandwich and they were able to substitute the sauce to accommodate for a milk allergy. The atmosphere inside is friendly and relaxed, 100% recommendation for breakfast, brunch or lunch :))

I had Çılbır here for breakfast—spelled "cilbir" on the menu—and I was genuinely impressed. As a Turkish person, I’ve rarely seen this traditional dish featured so accurately and deliciously outside of Turkey. It was rich, well-balanced, and full of flavor—simply excellent. The coffee was also top-notch, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend trying Çılbır, especially if you're looking for something different from the usual croissants or pastries. It was a wonderful and unexpected breakfast surprise.

Travellers look to find local flavours to inspire. This place is for locals looking to enjoy a piece of Melbourne, Australia. The place oozes contemporary city cafe vibes, and the service and offer match up well. It's not a Valencian experience for those onus visiting, but a comforting cheat moment when we want to break the path of discovery for a taste of home.

Incredible breakfast menu. Perfect combo was the mix of Turkish eggs and Italian fennel sausage burger - one offered a smooth sour experience while the other added texture and right flavour. Would 100% go again!

We were just here yesterday—and guess what, we’re back again today! The service is incredibly kind, the coffee is excellent, and the Polenta Naranjia cake is amazing. So why not come back? Thanks again!

Lovely little spot with indoor and outdoor seating. Granola bowl was healthy and hearty. We had banana bread, cinnamon bun, and toast with peanut butter & jam. The coffee was yummy.

Their chocolate chip cookie is a 5/5. Crunchy outside, soft interior, high quality chocolate chips and lots of salt on the top. Because they stack the cookies, you also get salt on the bottom. I’ve also had a croissant and it was sooo fluffy and buttery. I got the cookie to go and they gave it to me in those paper things you use to grab pastries so it’s not a bag because 3 out of 4 of the sides are open. I asked for a bag because I wasn’t going to eat it right away and the server told me I had to pay for it, which I thought was odd because she gave me my croissant in a small bag. The tiny pastry bag probably costs the bakery 0.01 euro so it seems like a weird thing to charge a customer. Anyway, I would still come back for the cookies but need to be prepared to eat it right away! 🫢

My favorite breakfast place in Valencia. Love their avocado toast! There's a reason they're always busy. I'm not a coffee drinker but I hear it's really good.

I absolutely love this place from the coffee to the pastries (especially banana but bread) to the breakfast sandwich. The service is good but it is best to try and use your spanish if you know some. For sure my choice for breakfast destinations. The location is perfect if you love thrifting the stores close by are absolutely amazing!

Blackbird in Ruzafa is so welcoming and not only did they greet me with a smile, they helped me perfect my ordering in Spanish (always a work in progress!!). Great solo espresso. Very good flavor and smooth. Served with a glass of water, a nice touch. I also enjoyed a slice of lemon and poppyseed cake. Yummy and ALL HOUSE MADE in a bakery kitchen you can watch them work in. Location is wonderful, very close to the Mercat and the heart of this vibrant barrio. The space is open and airy with seating that is comfy and eclectic. So be a good little bird and fly on over to get your fix at Blackbird. You will thank me immediately after!

Never come to this coffee shop. Ever. Never ever... Ok are the tourists gone now? This is the best coffee shop I've been to in my entire life. It's like I walked into the coffee shop of my dreams. If I had a million dollars, I would open this coffee shop. Juices handpressed...perfect espresso drinks...insane in-house, hot pastries with berries you can actively smell as you order...they have a 'no laptops before 3pm' policy...a giant window into the back to see an elevated kitchen where they make everything...perfectly seasoned breakfast food with fresh, harmonious ingredients...and did I mention? Everyone in here is so nice. If I lived here, I would never leave and just read and write all day. Never come here. It's mine.

A very cute place. But lacks the most essential thing for a Cafe in my opinion - free wifi. The server at front seemed a little upset when I asked about WiFi. So... You simply won't get any Wifi here. For that, I think it's worth taking away two stars. Oh and one more thing, I arrived at 2:45 ish. And at 4 the server kicked me out. I couldn't understand his reasoning because the place was pretty empty. But, not a great experience nonetheless. So I'm taking another star away.

This is the best coffee and breakfast I've had in Valencia! Beautifully decorated. Friendly staff and my food was fresh and amazing! Unfortunately I found it on my last day in the area. I would eat here every day otherwise;)

I came here with a friend on the way to another place after shopping at Ruzafa Mercado. Wow. I'm glad I did. I don't usually like the sandwiches here in Valencia,; too much bread and not enough stuff, but the bacon and egg sandwich was exceptional. The pastries are delicious too. My new favorite bakery in the neighborhood.

great breakfast place to stop by, nice vibe. there is a nice avocado toast with a fried egg, yummy cinnamon bun and good coffee. gets busy on weekends but can find tables. really liked it and coming back for sure

Had high hopes for this little spot in Ruzafa. They were quickly deflated by the antagonistic staff, nothing-to-write-home-about coffee, and cloying-to-the-point-of-diabetes cookie. There is a no-laptop policy, which is fine by me, but there are no visible signs informing you of this, except for tiny cards on the tables (you order at the counter, so there is no way to know of this policy in advance). I had my laptop out and was immediately reprimanded, even though the shop was half-empty. Some of the pastries looked scrumptious, but in my opinion this does not make up for the overall unpleasant attitude. Three stars

HIGHLY recommend checking out this darling coffee shop! Barista was extremely friendly and the food was absolutely stellar. I will certainly be returning for more goodies!
